- Patrick (3/5): Non… pas sérieux… - Avis très négatif… 1- pas de nettoyage de chambre, pas de changement de serviettes 2- pas d’eau, il faut réclamer à la réception 3- TV hors service 4- petit déjeuner sans café, sans pain et dans un restaurant à cote… 4- du bruit a 2h du matin dans les couloirs, obligé d’intervenir ( ce n’est pas le travail du gardien de nuit ???) 5- obligé de réveiller quelqu’un alors que nous avion ecrit (et dit 2 fois) que nous avions besoin de la navette aéroport à 4h du matin 6- Bouquet final : le réceptionniste nous dit qu’il faut payer pour la navette alors que c’est sensé être gratuit. Très déçu, nous ne recommandons pas!!!

- A Professor's Journey (5/5): Simple - I like the place,it's.near the airport. I slept earlier, so relaxing. I arrived at 9 pm. Waiting for them to fetch me but no one appeared. I was forced to take a taxi .just to reach the place.

- Sara (4/5): Good location and kind staff, but room quality needs improvement - The location near the airport and having an elevator, which was very convenient. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and genuinely tried her best to help me. The property felt quite ‘grubby’ overall. I checked in late and was lucky to have just enough Vietnamese dong to pay, as there was a 3% surcharge for card payments, which wasn’t made clear at the time of booking. Although the rooms are designated as non-smoking, the first room I was given strongly smelled of smoke. I asked to change rooms, and we had to check around five different rooms before finding one that didn’t smell. Luckily, I was only staying for one night.

- Anastasia (9/5): Тёплый бассейн и джакузи вне сезона позволяет плавать и хорошо проводить время - Мы прекрасно провели время в этом отеле и остались очень довольны проживанием. Одним из главных плюсов является наличие апартаментов — просторных, удобных, идеально подходящих для двоих. В апартаментах есть полноценная кухня, оснащённая всем необходимым для приготовления еды. Санузел также очень удобный: вместо душа — большая ванная, что стало приятным бонусом. Мы отдыхали вне сезона, в начале ноября, и очень переживали по поводу шума, так как чувствительны к этому. Но в отеле было тихо и спокойно — идеальная атмосфера для отдыха. Отдельно хочется отметить наличие тёплого бассейна — это стало настоящим спасением в прохладный сезон. После долгих прогулок было невероятно приятно вернуться и расслабиться в тёплой воде. В бассейне есть ещё и тёплая джакузи, что добавляло ещё больше комфорта. За дополнительную плату (6 евро с человека) можно воспользоваться сауной — она тоже оказалась очень удобной и отлично дополнила наш отдых. Большой открытый бассейн мы не пробовали, потому что уже было холодно, но территория отеля выглядела ухоженной и приятной. Минусов практически нет. Единственный небольшой недостаток — отсутствие моющего средства и губки на кухне. Нам пришлось покупать всё самим, так как посуду нужно оставлять чистой. Было бы удобнее, если бы отель предоставлял хотя бы базовый набор для мытья посуды
- TAKAHIRO (10/5): また利用させていただきます。 - 2回目の宿泊です。 空港から徒歩圏内で深夜1時過ぎにチェックインできました。基本的に清潔でアメニティは最低限です。 ドライヤーは棚の中に入っていて分かりにくいですがあります。 ドライヤーを戸棚の中ではなくアメニティの所に出しておいていただけると分かりやすいです！ シャワーが水に近いぬるま湯でした。。。（お湯が出る部屋もあります）

Not worth it! - It’s relatively close to the airport, 15min walk They charge you 3-4% extra if you want to pay by credit card so not the price agreed on booking. They say « free airport & breakfast » but if you book with the genius discount they tell you that you can’t have that beceause your room was cheap. They enter in your room without even knocking before! It was also very noisy! I could hear everything around, people in the rooms next to mine and a strange sound all night maybe from the AC from next room (?). The place is also very dirty, a shame bcs the cleaning personnel seem to be the only people that are nice in this place.

Есть зубные щётки и базовая косметика для ночевки Розеток 1 штука на всю комнату, окно (есть!) но не закрывается — шум с улицы жуткий, из ванной воняет. Должно стоить значительно дешевле. Думаю они в сговоре с VietJet, которые вечно переносят рейсы и люди вынуждены ночевать где-то возле аэропорта

- Jay (3/5): Close to airport but filthy, run down and rude staff. - I checked in 10pm and had to spend time debating the receptionist to get my correct change, which i did once he got his calculator out. I had to change rooms because tv and aircon didn't work and the pillow and towel were filthy. Receptionist was not happy, even when i showed him the big stains on pillow. I've stayed here before but will not again.

I only stayed for a night but it was a very good value compared to other hotels/apartments of the same price in the area. The staff at reception was very kind and the shower had perfect pressure and temperature. Recommended! The room was not very big/the views were not good but for me was more than enough for my short stay.
