• Nancy (5/5): Ok with very helpful man at the reception but not to be repeated - Easy walk to the beach, the pastry shop and downtown restaurants. Parking right in front of the place and to our surprise it was still free although prior to arrival parking pre payment of 3€ per day had been offered. Good thing we didn’t take it! The bathroom was the prettiest room in the place They advertise as sound proof but they are not. Right next door is a construction company parking site which caused a lot of early morning noise and red dust on everything. You could hear the neighboring apartments flushing the toilet. The back patio was right next to the facility trash cans with everybody who used them walking past our area. There were no cushions for the chairs. The advertised outdoor shower was not to be found. The indoor furnishings and decoration were very spartan with little thought to comfort. There was next to no storage space especially in the second bunkbed bedroom and no drawers except 1. if you planned your clothing near a wall, the paint robbed of white. The curtains were partially broken upon arrival and the nice reception man did his best to fix them. But one was simply removed and never replaced and that was a window at eye level for the cleaning crew who had their supplies right there. Each person got 1 hand towel, one shower towel and one bath towel for the entire 11 day stay. At least a second set per person would be necessary so that a dry set could always be available. The towels themselves were obviously very cheap including the one kitchen dish towel. We had a few mosquitos so I could imagine that in the summer mosquito netting on the windows and a screen door would be good. The kitchen was poorly equipped with no spatula for turning food, no frying pan lids, one very small Italian coffee machine but otherwise a machine that you had to buy tabs for at the reception for 50 cents each, one sponge, no basic condiments and supplies like salt and pepper, trashbags and such. There was no toaster - a very commonly used appliance for those making the own breakfast. There were no shelves in the shower stall for shampoo and such. It all had to go on the floor.

Siamo stati trasferiti in un appartamento della VITOP, di gran lunga migliore, con letti comodi, discreta insonorizzazione, tutto funzionante e pulito. In riferimento a VITORNO (pernotto 1 notte poi trasferimento a VITOP per 2 notti): Pulizia mediocre. Letti molto scomodi: materassi eccessivamente usurati e assenza delle doghe in quanto appoggi su un piano in legno). Arredo usurato. Nessuna insonorizzazione sia verso l'esterno e soprattutto con le vicine camere. Pompa di calore non funzionante. L'acqua della doccia non fluisce velocemente. Occorre sempre farsi in autonomia la pulizia e lavaggio stoviglie. Padelle fortemente usurate. La guarnizione della caffettiera andrebbe sostituita. Sedie interne scomodissime e ingombranti. Balcone molto piccolo e privo della copertura (mancava il telo). La vista montagna incluse vista parcheggio...

Prezzo comunque alto per essere andati a giugno, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 50 MINUTI il ragazzo per la consegna delle chiavi, pulizia non adeguata e letti scomodi! Odore di muffa incommentabile!!!!

• Kateřina (6/5): Overall, the place has potential, especially for families with kids, but it needs better cleaning and maintenance to mak - The apartment has some nice features — there’s convenient parking right in front of the house, a lovely outdoor playground for children, and even some toys available inside the apartment, which our kids really enjoyed. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Unfortunately, there were also several downsides. There was visible mold on the bathroom walls and in the shower, and we even saw a cockroach inside the apartment. The noise from the neighbors above and next door was quite disturbing, especially at night. Also, there were no basic supplies like salt or sugar, and the toilet paper ran out during our stay.

Skvělé pro rodiny s malými dětmi: k dispozici postýlky, jídelní židle, na pokoji i pár hraček a přímo v komplexu je malé, ale hezké hřiště. Kuchyňka by mohla být lépe vybavená.

La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, il custode ha fatto ripassare la stanza ma la polvere che c'era sotto i divani è rimasta. Per quanto riguarda la macchina del caffè non ci è stato possibile utilizzarla perché avremmo dovuto comprare per forza le capsule da loro in quanti non era una Macchinetta di Quelle che si trovano normalmente in commercio. Alcuni asciugamani erano macchiati ma hanno provveduto a cambiarli. Nel complesso la struttura è in una buona posizione magari con un po' di cura in più sarebbe perfetta

El supermercado también está a pocas cuadras. El lugar es muy seguro. Giuseppe, el encargado es muy amable y siempre estuvo predispuesto a ayudarme con las diferentes preguntas que me iban surgiendo. La cerradura es un poco complicada, pero Giuseppe te explica como usarla. El check in y check out se hicieron muy rápido. Todo muy bien. La cerradura de la puerta de entrada tiene su complejidad, pero después te acostumbras.

Lo staff sempre disponibile. Parcheggio sotto casa ad un costo minimo. Qualche problemuccio con lo scarico della doccia e la luce della cucina . Disagi segnalati che verranno sicuramente risolti.

• CONCETTA (5/5): Trovare le formiche è inaccettabile - L’appartamento non è male e la posizione è ottimale La pulizia fa schifo e devono lavorare molto su questo perché la struttura costa parecchio. Abbiamo soggiornato al Vitorno con grandi aspettative, ma purtroppo la realtà è stata ben diversa. La struttura non giustifica in alcun modo il prezzo richiesto. Il fatto più grave? Formiche sulla tettarella del biberon di mia figlia. Un episodio inaccettabile, che mette in discussione non solo la pulizia, ma anche la sicurezza degli spazi. In una struttura che si propone come adatta alle famiglie, questo è semplicemente imperdonabile. Un soggiorno che non consiglieremmo a chi cerca qualità anche perchè puntando sulla qualità il prezzo non è per nulla basso. Rapporto qualità - prezzo non veritiero. Strategica la posizione e anche il servizio parcheggio.

• Roman (8/5): Good location, friendly personnel. - 1. Great location. Easy to reach by car - no narrow streets to pass. Park your car just at the front door (ask them to arrange a parking permit - costs 2Euro/day). Close to the beach (7 min walk) but not too close (really calm place, at least in October). Walking distance from the downtown. 2. Reasonable size bedroom plus a living room with 2 small sofa's just enough for 2 kids. Our apartment was on the first floor (mind the stairs) and the bedroom had a view on a mountain. Lovely balcony. 3. A small kitchenette with all the necessary stuff, including plates of different sizes, glasses, pans, etc. Fridge. 4. Clean bathroom, although not very new. 5. Friendly personnel. When landed in Palermo, we got an app from Caterina, who welcomed us at the property 1.5 h later to hand over the keys and explain all the practicalities. Extra tip 1: The property has a back yard with water faucet, where you can wash your feet when coming back from the beach, to avoid bringing too much sand in the living area Extra tip 2: have breakfast at Pasticceria Capriccio. It is just a block away maps.app.goo.gl/SmQHyu2h38SaFd1t8 We all loved it, especially very friendly personnel. The prices are more than reasonable and latte machiato is the best we ever had. Extra tip 3: for lunch, go to Cunzati di Mare: 5 min walk maps.app.goo.gl/kngB5BS3KoXo876fA They serve delicious sandwiches, very fresh. Prices are 4-5 Euro per sandwich. Both us and the kids loved this place. Very friendly, especially the guy with a beard :) Extra tip 4: if you like ice cream and cannoli , try this location Gelateria Cavalluccio Marino maps.app.goo.gl/kMTBz6VkRXEH9vaP7 - it is walking distance from the Vitorno Residence. Although this gelateria is located in the touristic part, which we normally try to avoid, it is really good and not expensive. Try their conno pistacchiella. A short disclaimer: We visited San Vito lo Capo in October 2024: so, outside the touristic season. Nothing really serious, just a couple of things worth mentioning: 1. Windows had no mosquito nets. 2. Cleaning policy was not 100% clear to us. We did not explicitly ask for room cleaning and changing the towels, so no one actually did either (we stayed a week). 3. Sound insulation is far from perfect - we could hear (through the wall) our neighbors walking and talking. For us it was not a problem, but if you are a very sensitive sleeper, bring ear plugs :)

Beds are not the comfiest but for our short stay it was ok. Very spacious, nice balcony, poorly working a/c (none in the bedroom, so it’s one for the whole apartment which might be why)

Fully equipped with everything you need, lots of space and 2 gardens if placed on ground level, perfect if travelling with kids. We've had a problem with malfunctioning AC, but thanks to Lorenzo who was overseeing the complex, it was solved very quickly and we changed the apartment. Great thanks to Lorenzo who was very helpful, responsive and understanding. He gave us great tips about the surroundings and helped organize a boat tour. An absolute professional!

• Kyiem (1/5): Terrible night sleep, ingrained dirt and poor management. - The management is bad and will affect next season also, please be aware!! My room was completely unusable, boiler malfunctioning, air conditioning unit in dire need of repair/service and a completely broken spring mattress to sleep on. The only offer was for us to vacate the room which we had paid for, so that workman could come in and fix the problems for as long as it takes. I am a full paying customer who does not expect to leave their apartment with a 2 year old for as long as it takes to fix problems that are so clearly fixed in the off season. Basic management skills, so so basic. As i could not risk my family with a potentially malfunction boiler i left. Willing to have paid the night i stayed i chanced for a refund of the next two, but obviously, as you can imagine they take the stance that they should make full paying customers bare the brunt of their bad practise and facilities. And just a little conjecture for you, believe or not believe it - even the nice staff member said ‘this company only cares about the money, not you’. Overall - its haggered and in dire need of a paint, just so the ingrained dirt is at least not on show. Re kitchen, you could I suppose cook a pot noodle.

• Francesco (9/5): Good stay - Apartment was very located. Walking distance to the beach and the town of San Vito. The size of the apartment was big. In fact for 2 it was too big. Apartment was clean and with basic furniture. It is not a 5 star hotel but it is comfortable. Highly recommend for those with family and children as there are 2 extra single bed in the living room. Overall good experience. Would also recommend to book the newer apartment which cost a little more but really nice.

• W (8/5): Ok stay. Now as new as on pics. Good overall. - San Vito is a must visit place. This property was ok. Not really like it shows in the pics (taken when it was built). Currently it needs a revamp as there are obvious signs of wear and tear. But the price was ok for what it is. Located 5-8 mins walk from the beach. We were giving a parking permit to park on the street. Communication was good, however punctuality was missing on checking as I waited for 40mins for someone to show up with keys.
