Gyalogosan is elérhető a belváros kiadós sétával. Reggeli tipikus osztrák stílusban. Nekünk minden igényünket kiszolgálta. Tisztasággal minden rendben volt. Parkolni kényelmesen lehet. Lehetett volna hűtő a szobában. Áprilisban ennek hiánya nem okozott gondot nekünk.

Karin (8/5): Würden wieder kommen Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt zu 100 Prozent - das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Graz aber Bus in 10 Min zu erreichen dann weiter mit dem Bus bis in die Stadt. Frühstück sehr gut und reichlich. Zimmer für 3 Personen angenehm. Ruhige Lage Rezeption nicht immer besetzt einige Damen nicht sehr freundlich. Das Bad und WC sehr nüchtern Teppiche im Zimmer nicht mehr zeitgemäß

Denise (10/5): - Es war aaaaalles perfekt, wirklich, Service, Rezeption, Zimmer, Frühstück... Außer eine Sache (siehe unten) Es gab keinen Kühlschrank. Das war schon irritierend... Wieso gibt es in einem 4 Sterne Hotel keinen Minikühlschrank im Zimmer...? Ich bin oft in Hotels, ich war wirklich noch nie in einem Hotelzimmer ohne Kühlschrank. Aber sonst war alles super! :)

Albert (7/5): Gemütliches Hotel, leider unfreundliches Personal - Wir hatten das Komfortzimmer gebucht, es war groß, gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich. In der Beschreibung hieß es gute öffentliche Anbindung. Das ist so nicht ganz richtig. Ab acht Uhr abends ist es sehr umständlich, zum Hotel zurückzukommen. Das Personal war teilweise unfreundlich, bei der Abreise geb es nicht einmal ein Auf Wiedersehen oder gute Reise.
