Fraai (8/5): Het was prima - Het personeel is supervriendelijk en helpt je graag met alles wat je nodig hebt. Klantvriendelijkheid en service zijn echt top!! De ligging was redelijk centraal in Perissa, waardoor we makkelijk overal naartoe konden gaan. Wat ons minder beviel, was dat de douche wat aan de kleine kant was voor ons gemak. Zeker met een kindje van een jaar was dat niet zo handig. Maar dit is natuurlijk een persoonlijke mening. Over het algemeen was het een prima verblijfplaats!

Sembra entrare in una topaia! Sporco, trasandato, pericoloso (la cappa della cucina stava su per miracolo e noi essendo lì con i nostri 3 bimbi non era proprio l’ideale!) gli asciugamani erano tutti macchiati, per non parlare delle lenzuola dei letti! Assolutamente sconsigliato!

La piscina è un punto di forza, soprattutto viaggiando con i bambini. Gli studios sono ad una decina di minuti dai primi bar/supermercati e a circa 20 minuti dalle spiagge più vicine. I proprietari affittano anche automobili, necessarie per scoprire le baie più belle di Santorini Avevamo lo scarico del wc che per tutta la settimana si continuava a bloccare

Flore (6/5): Mixed feelings - The pool was great and the beach was not far. The air conditioning and the bathroom sink were leaking so there was water on the floor, the dishes were dirty when we arrived and we found at least 4 cockroaches.
Simon (9/5): Superb - It's not perfect but we really enjoyed our stay. The location is a bit remote but very peaceful and still walking distance of shops, restaurants and beach. The daily cleaning is excellent. The staff super friendly. We especially loved often having the pool to ourselves. Loved it. The chlorine in the pool is a little strong and the outdoor space of our room was a bit cramped for a family (although other rooms had good sized terraces)

I will suggest to Booking.com to remove from the list otherwise customers complain on your website is going to be bad reputation for Booking.com. We request to change our mattress from one room to another room they said we need to do it . I will suggest people not to book in this hotel otherwise you will suffer. We don’t like the room , there no toiletries , very important item is microwave, There is no microwave in this apartment. Only 12 to 14 inch TV with 3 channel you can’t able to watch , very poor mattress quality ,

Then you need to use the one-way road to get into it. The property is near to the nice beaches, supermarkets etc.. One Toaster, one frying pan and a microwave would have been better..

The bus stop to Firá/Oia 1 minute. The beach at Perissa 20 minutes. Lovely young lady present always to help/clean. Fabulous pool and daybeds.

Deborah (4/5): OK for a one night stopover, but far from ideal. - The pool was lovely and quiet. The beds in the room were very comfortable. The location was quiet and away from the main road. There was a small balcony with table and chairs. The room wasn't big enough for the two double beds, there was literally about 30cm at the end of the beds, not enough room for 4 people to function in the room. Thankfully we were only staying for 1 night. The hosts weren't very helpful and were not friendly.
Hayley (6/5): - The man who checked us in, couldn’t of been any less helpful if he had tried, he was rude and was only interested in trying to sell us tours. Our room had 2 huge beds in, so no room to walk around ! Only one large dinner plate and very little cutlery. The 2 ring hob was extended using tape, health and safety non existent, sockets hanging off the wall. The beds and towels were changed every day which was in-necessary, however the lady doing the rooms was very cheerful. The pool was nice, if you could catch a few minutes without teenagers jumping in constantly, despite the signs , saying no jumping. We tried to see the person who checked us in several times but he was never around. Fortunately, we only slept and showered at the apartment as Santorini is amazing and we spent our time exploring.

It has everything you may need: the swimming pool is very clean, you can cook in your room, there is a good room service as well. This place is not so far from the beach (just about 8 minutes of walking), the bus station is really close to. The beach is amazing, the sea is clean with black sand! As for the hotel, the owner is very helpful and friendly.Really recommend this place, it provides the best value for money!

Lisette (1/5): cockroach infestation - leaving was our favourite part when we arrived our room had 7 cockroaches in just one corner. By the time we asked for the dust pan and brush there were 2 more. when we woke up there was one crawling on my suitcase(it was closed) and another in the kitchen and we asked to change rooms- we changed rooms which seemed fine until we had 1 more cockroach in the new one so they switched us to a different building. The 3rd room was fine but we still didn’t find it comfortable enough to unpack and relax. In the 3rd room also, the toilet doesn’t flush but we worked around it and the air con in one of the rooms was leaking water which leaked on plugs, the hair dryer and the floor. The cleaner was lovely and the other guy who transferred us from the airport was very friendly, with the others it seemed like i was asking too much to change rooms and i didn’t like that. The hotel ruined our holiday so we didn’t get to enjoy Santorini the way we really wanted to, so we will be back just not to this hotel.

Yan (9/5): Clean and comfortable room - The hotel room and the pool area is kept very clean. Daily housekeeping, with new towels. The room and bathroom are in reasonable size. A sink by the door, with necessary cups/glasses, utensils and a grill, and a table outside each room. It's a couple of minutes drive away from the beach on a side road, and is quiet at night. They can arrange airport transportation and tours (though we didn't use it). An 8kg laundry costs 10 euro. You give them the dirty clothes, they are returned clean and folded to your room at the end of the day, which is convenient and waste no time of your vacation. It's on a very small side road from the main road, no light on the road at night, though the hotel is well-lit. The GPS coordination bring you only to the point on the main road. We arrived very late, and with no street light, it took us several tries to find the place. Shouldn't be a problem if you arrive during day or get picked up. You'd better to have your own car to move around, it will be of some walk if on foot.

Sophie (5/5): Would not stay again - Decent location, nice staff, clean rooms. Rough towels which dry you quickly and given plenty of them. Free shampoo/shower gel and soap. Big, spacious beds and air con worked well. Bottom of the pool was dirty, the shower head is only at waist height so you have to kneel on the floor to wash your hair, beds were SO uncomfortable I had awful neck/back ache during my stay due to the springs. Slept on top of the covers which helped slightly with more cushioning. Rooms small which is fine, however if you plan to make your own meals here this isn’t suitable due to tiny ‘kitchen area’ - if you’re eating out most of the time it’ll be fine! Some cutlery was missing such as little spoons and knives and the washing up sponge needed replacing.

Chinwendu (6/5): Okay. Can stay a night or two (if you’re not very picky.) - It was an okay place. Exactly as in the pictures. It was super clean and had the cooking utensils we needed. Fred had just refurbished the room (he said). He was also friendly, giving helpful suggestions about where to visit and so on. However, it was very cold despite the AC on heat mode and blankets. I wouldn’t recommend staying there during the cold months. Another thing to consider is how tiny the shower area is, with a curtain that encloses you like a wedding veil, could barely move within it. So I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay. The owner didn’t always respond to your complaints about our room.

Two big beds. Cool swiming pool. Owner offers breakfast, coffee and some alcohol drinks. There are some tables and beach beds outside. Very close to bus stop and supermarket. Next time will stay there again 😎
