Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not for me again - I can say cleanness was a factor. We woke up to a puddle of water in our bathroom and part of the room for. It was a leak at the bottom of the toilet. We also so up to many roaches throughout the room. You get what you pay for at this place.
- Meghan (10/5): - The staff here is amazing they all work with me and they love me and I love them
- Meghan (8/5): - Awesome stuff
- Face (2/5): - Roaches were everywhere and I mean everywhere
- Meghan (6/5): - The staff here is amazing there are the only reason I'm actually staying here when I got here my room was disgusting but I cleaned it like I always do at every motel no matter where I go but this one was pretty bad there's coffee every morning and it's really cheap to stay here and all the furniture in my room is made of wood and it's really really nice I really like my night tables the TV is big and it has an LED mirror in the bathroom which is my favorite thing in life
- rodrick (2/5): I hated it - It was trash and had roaches everywhere
- Jose (2/5): - Horrible
- Verified traveler (2/5): Place has potential if the can evict the bugs - Infested with roaches. Saw a fair share of ants. Beds had bed bug track marks everywhere, luckily did not see any bedbugs. Bathroom had black kold on the ceiling around 20% covered. No smoke detectornin the room either
- Jayla (2/5): - Had bed bugs and refused to refund our money
- Maryuri (2/5): - Terrible and nasty
- Jays (10/5): - Good
- Kristina (6/5): - Communication with the property
- Latisha (2/5): - It clearly shows/says pet friendly (plus the guy behind counter had a dog walking around freely behind desk) plus I rode thru and seen two other people walking dogs, but refuse me saying no pets(my dog is a small 11yr old Chihuahua). I’ve stayed here n past n I totally understand ur policies, but why were there dogs(when a Ppr says no pets) even tho it says online pet friendly plus people have pets there as well that are bigger than a chihuahua!
- Christian (2/5): - Very dirty, unprofessional. Never again.
- Tamara (2/5): - This is advertised as a three star hotel but it is not. It is oriented to providing housing for people who are in poverty and likely can't afford rents. Though I pad close to $300 USD on Expedia, a big sign outside the place says $49/night and offers weekly fees. This is fine, but not what I had in mind as a single woman who got stuck in Houston during a layover and couldn't find a hotel. It felt extremely unsafe - I had to cross three dark parking lots to get to my room and the one person I ran into thought that I owed them money (I had never met them). I ended up requesting a refund because I felt so unsafe spending the night there. Expedia should really do much more diligence before listing this as a 3 star hotel because the false description may leave people feeling very unsafe.
- Xenia (2/5): Stay room 103 11-12 July - Hello
This was a terrible hotel/motel.
The weekly rate is normally $159 or so, I was CHARGED over $250 for ONE night, due to Hurricane Beryl as many of us still do NOT have electricity.
For that money I could have had a SUITE in Las Vegas!
This is grocery money and I can understand charging $95 for someone who needs AC right now.
But this amount was ABUSIVE really... On top of everything, the crowd there was horrible as well..
These people took advantage of my condition right now.
I took pictures of this room, it was disgusting: holes in drapes, trash not emptied, things broken, no phone, no alarm, nothing.
Disgusting!
- Hugh (6/5): - Old hotel in a unique area of town.
- Jamal (2/5): - No power at all
- Kenneth (2/5): Not the cleanest hotel - The room was not all that clean. It had a few roaches that I kiilled. The towel were not all that white.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Continental (they lied) divide - All in all for the money not a bad stay. A not so pleasant surprise came when I walked to the front office in search of my complementary continental breakfast as advertised by the website and major contributing factor to my rental at this establishment. Then to add to my disappointment the lady working in the office was extremely rude and short with all any discussion.
- Stevie (6/5): - Nice quiet
- Stevie (4/5): - Iiit was ok
- Juanita (8/5): - It was ok, simple but clean.
- Rion (8/5): - It was great!
- Justin (2/5): False advertisement - It was absolutely horrid there is no breakfast. Period that’s false there was 4 channels on the tv room was very small and nasty it smells like cat pee everywhere because of a feral cat problem will never stay again
- Felipe (10/5): - Staff was really helpful, got me checked in quickly
- Reynaldo (10/5): - Everything
