Gece 2 de büyük bir gürültü yüksek ses müzik konuşmalar bağırma sesleri korkarak uyandık. Karşı odada kalan erkekler geç saatte odalarına gelip çok yüksek seste müzik dinlendi,Alkollü olduklarından ne yaptıklarına bilmeyip koridorda bağırarak konuşuyorlardı çok rahatsız olduk korktukta biz ailece geldik hiç güvenli gelmedi bize koridorunda kamera bile yoktu. Şikayette bulunduğumuz lime home yetkilisi bize whatsApp üzerinden video göndernemizi talep etti. Koridorda kameraları olsa görüntüyü görebilirler bizden talep ediliyor. Bir sorun olsa hiç bir şeyi isbat edemezsiniz. Sadece kamera bina girişinde 5 kat aşağıda var. Karşımıza nasıl insanların çıkacağını bilmiyoruz sarhoş madde kullanmış olma ihtimali yüksek birilerini kapımızı açıp videolarını çekmemiz gerekirmiş. Odalarının başka kata alınmasını rica ettik, gerçekleştirilmedi ve ertesi gün yine sesler gelmeye devam etti. Rezalet bir konaklamaydı. Sıfır hijyen sıfır güvenlik.

• Valeria (3/5): Prezzo alto per ció che offre, struttura bella ma con tanti difetti!!! - Della struttura mi è piaciuto che fosse calda e ristrutturata di recente Molte cose mi hanno deluso: su 4 giorni di permanenza ho avuto il wifi solo una sera, la porta del bagno era rotta per cui si poteva solo socchiudere, il bagno è senza finestra e senza aeratore, lo scarico del lavandino era quasi otturato per cui l’acqua defluiva molto lentamente, in bagno c’era un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 4 giorni di permanenza, la pulizia è molto approssimativa e non è previsto nè il cambio dei teli da bagno nè le pulizia in camera, non c’è alcun kit da bagno se non due saponi, i cuscini sono piccoli bassi e quasi vuoti! Da una struttura del genere e per il prezzo pagato mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più! Inoltre pur contattando l’assistenza, non èstato risolto nessuno dei problemi segnalati!

• Razvan (7/5): - The accommodation was relatively good; however, I would like to point out a few issues that were not disclosed to us from the beginning. The room only has lighting from two lamps, there is no refrigerator, and the sofa is absolutely unusable (you could feel all the wooden parts through the mattress). The bathroom door is slightly damaged, although still usable. Other than that, the location is very good, close to the city center and the metro. As for the host, my experience with them was mediocre.

• Isabel (8/5): - La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Colchón cómodo, baño espacioso y nuevo. Tiene un patio donde te puedes sentar y comer o beber. Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba sin hacer. Me hicieron mandar fotos de la habitación sucia. Es verdad que inmediatamente nos dieron otra, más acogedora. Aunque está cerca del centro, 15-20 minutos andando, se hace un poco pesado.

• MaViRoo (9/5): Puente en Praga - La habitación estaba muy bien y muy limpia. Además tenía hervidor de agua y cafetera de cápsulas, incluso nos dejaron unos tés y unos cafés. La ubicación era bastante buena, esta muy cerca de una parada de tranvía para moverte por la ciudad, aunque andando se llega al centro en unos 20-30 minutos. En 10 minutos esta la plaza Wenceslao. También hay una pastelería justo al lado del apartamento para desayunar! Me hubiese gustado que tuviese un minifrigo al menos. En principio pensé que tendría cocina, porque cuando lo reservé en las fotos viene una cocina y al llamarse apartamento lo daba por hecho ... Pero solo tienen cocina los mas grandes. Realmente es como una habitación de hotel, pero no te hacen la cama ni entran a limpiar, incluso tuvimos que buscar a alguien del alojamiento para pedir papel higiénico para reponerlo.

Der Service war gut und meine Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Insgesamt habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt: Da man das Gebäude erst ab 14 Uhr betreten kann, wäre es schön, wenn es für Gäste mit früher Anreise eine Möglichkeit gäbe, den Koffer vorher irgendwo abzustellen.

La stanza era molto grande. Il wifi funzionava benissimo. La stanza era estremamente rumorosa. Si sentivano i clienti delle altre stanze e infatti offrivano come kit i tappi per le orecchie. Abbiamo avuto fin dal primo giorno un problema con il lavandino e nonostante avessimo chiesto supporto e ci fosse stato detto che sarebbero venuti a risolvere, non abbiamo mai potuto utilizzare davvero il lavandino. All'interno della stanza non c'era quasi nulla nonostante la grandezza e il letto era piccolo comparato alla stanza. Prezzo estremamente elevato per l'offerta.

There is no check in reception desk, which kinda made things seem a bit awkward, but the instructions were super clear, everything worked perfectly, and there was no problems whatsoever. The location is great, not too close to tourist area, but not too far either, everything we wanted to visit was within the walking distance. The place was spotless, the beds were super comfortable and the stay was fantastic! Literally nothing was lacking at the acommodation! There were 4 of us and we were all super satisfied! We will definitely check the place again if we come back to Prague!

Personale delle pulizie riservato, disponibile e di grande aiuto Comunicazioni molto difficili anche in chat. Mi hanno riservato una suite dove il condizionatore non funzionava e nemmeno alcuni interruttori. Dopo vari tentativi in chat mi è stato chiesto di lasciare i bagagli in camera e passare ad altra suite dove funzionava tutto. Ho portato l'occorrente per una notte ma appena trasferito mi sono reso conto che avevo dimenticato l'insulina nel frigo della stanza dove avevo tutti i bagagli. La camera non. Era più accessibile perché avevano cambiato i codici di sicurezza. Ho chiamaro in chat per due ore senza risposta. All"1 di notte ho chiamato un numero di Milano dove mi ha risposto una ragazza inglese con la quale più o meno ci siamo capiti. Mi ha fornito il nuovo codice e ho potuto recuperare la mia medicina e dormire un po'. La mattina dopo mi hanno scritto che si scusavano per il ritardo e potevo tornare nella mia stanza dove sarebbero arrivati i tecnici per le riparazioni che poi erano le donne delle pulizie. Dopo altre due ore di attesa ho saputo che il guasto non poteva essere riparato dalle signore e mi hanno di nuovo rimandato nella camera dove avevo passato la notte facendolo passare per un dono, essendo quella suite familiare ma a me bastata un letto. Da quel momento mi sono organizzato e mi sono goduto la città. Ma ho perso quasi un giorno passando da una stanza all'altra.

La praticità dell'ascensore e del check-in/checkout a distanza. Probabilmente l'assenza di un forno e l'assenza di un servizio bagagli per arrivi/partenze fuori dagli orari canonici. Se ci fosse una stanzetta con un condice in cui conservare il proprio bagaglio sarebbe davvero l'ideale!

• Андрій (2/5): The Booking listing is completely different from reality - Clean, tidy, and a prime central location The property does not match the photos or the description at all. First of all, these are not apartments, even though the listing is placed in that category. It is a standard hotel room. The listing is intentionally misleading because the carousel shows photos of various rooms as if they were all the same, specifically those with a kitchen. As it turned out, my room had no kitchen. I would never have booked this place if I had known there was no kitchen, despite it being clearly shown in the photos. This is a complete misrepresentation. Secondly, there is no overhead lighting in the room. In the evening, you are forced to sit in semi-darkness because there are only four tiny lamps that light up the floor but not the room itself. It’s terrible; the atmosphere is gloomy and dark. Furthermore, the bathroom sink is broken—the water doesn't drain properly. Every time you turn on the tap, the water just collects in the basin. I would never have stayed here if I had known that the photos were either AI-generated or so heavily Photoshopped that they bear no resemblance to reality. In truth, it is an incredibly mediocre room, not the 'luxury' suite it is made out to be on Booking

• Monika (7/5): It could have been better..... - The overall experience was nice. The apartment has everything needed for a 3 night stay. It was very clean. The location was perfect, within 2-3 min walk you can reach tram and metro. I recommand it, with some improvements. Without notification, they have changed our room, from one bedroom suite to a duplex apartament only with skylights, no window, which I didn't like. The stairs were dangerous for our 3 years old child. The smell from the sinks in the toilet filled the entire apartment with a strong smell. The sofa bad was very uncomfortable.

• Fabien (8/5): Best value for money hotel - Very cozy, very comfortable, quiet. If you are looking for a good rest after a good party this is it. Wifi is a little spotty and no fridge :(

Even that I checkout early in the morning around 6:30AM they send me email with 60€ late checkout fee, when I contact him via WhatsApp they claim that cleaning service had evidence that I was still in room, even I was already departed (:, no amount of explanation help to convince him that this is mistake

• Koert (4/5): - The problem is the number of issues within the rooms. In our first room, the shower was broken, which flooded the entire bathroom floor, making it unsafe and unusable. We notified staff via WhatsApp, and they looked into it the next day while we were out. Sadly, they couldn't fix it, so we were moved to another room. Despite the significant hassle of moving mid-stay due to a major maintenance failure, no upgrade was offered, just a move to an equivalent room. This second room seemed fine at first, only for us to notice the hairdryer was broken. Then, on our last night, the Wi-Fi disconnected and staff actually asked us to troubleshoot the router (which didn't work). Expecting a guest to act as technical support is unprofessional, and a mere € 10,- refund for the Wi-Fi issue does not compensate for the overall experience. ​Furthermore, the cleaning is superficial (lift up a soap bottle and you'll find grime), and the doors offer zero noise cancellation we could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway at 3 am.

• Alina-Paula (9/5): - It is the second time we have booked here. You can find a parking place in the front of the building (on the street). The apartment is overall clean and well equipped (maybe the floor needs more attention - to be washed) - but it's important only for us with small kids. Elevator - positive point, but unfortunately in the building that was this time the apartment, the elevator was between the levels and with a big stroller wasn't easy. The acces ia quite easy, but you need to check in only on their website. Even if the booking was for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids, only the bed in the bedroom was prepared and the sofa was not. Not a big deal, we had everything in the wardrobe, but it would have been nice to be asked or to be prepared, as we couldn't sleep 4 people in a 1.60 m bed. The sofa itself isn't for sleeping too many nights.
• ALI (7/5): Daha iyi olabilirdi. kahvaltı yapabilmemiz için buzdolabı, tabak vs olsaydı daha mutlu olurdum. - Konumu çok merkezi, heryere yürüyebilirsiniz, tranvay durağına çok yakın. Toplu taşıma ile ulaşım çok kolay. Çok gürültülü bir yerde, odalar çok ses alıyor. Buz dolabı yok, eşyalarınızı koyacağınız dolap yok, tabak vs yok. Kahvaltı imkanı yok. Ana kapının önünde sürekli birileri oluyor.
