- AKSANA (6/5): - Отель находится близко к морю,нужно всего лишь перейти дорогу(это +).Номера уставшие,мебель и сантехника среднего качества,были проблемы с горячей водой,устранили неисправность на следующий день.Вид с балкона на море боковой(и так у всех номеров,кроме 2-х которых в наличии на сайте нет),а прямо напротив либо стройка,либо ветхий жилой дом.В некоторых номерах много муравьев,но справедливости ради скажу,что обрабатывали каким то средством.Уборка в номере за 9дней проживания была 1 раз.Отель среднего ценового сегмента и впечатления от него такие же.

Из плюсов: Наличие теплого пола и кондиционера помогло быстро обогреть помещение, несмотря на промозглую погоду за окном. Интересный дизайн, в отеле есть своя изюминка- что видно из названия - рок отель. Мебель довольно новая, санузел чистый, горячая вода с проточного накопителя постоянна. Из минусов - наверно расположение не самое центровое от Старого Батуми, где большинство достопримечательностей (но легко можно добраться на автобусе и такси) Окна с северной стороны выходят прямо на страшную старую девятиэтажку (но это не вина отеля, может когда то руки у города дойдут до старых домов) Несмотря на это, могу смело рекомендовать отель для отдыха и проживания

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The "hotel" is a rented out floor of a semi decent building, which has a lot of other things going on. The location is close to the beach and has several taxis outside waiting for you. I applaud whoever took the pictures and portrayed them correctly.

Large rooms with balconies and views of the Black Sea and the Coliseum in the 9 floor. fantastic bathroom. Only minus is no kitchen. Staf was friendly and helpful. Staff members do not speak in georgian and they should coz batumi is on if the georgian cities.they doesnt even speak english.only Russian.besides staff is not nice at all.whatever you are saying it doesnt matter coz its not their problem and they are sending you to the administration.also u should pay in advance but you can get your invoice only on the second day.well view is quite normal as the hotel is located on the 9th floor of the orbi bilding.but still it is overpriced! !!

- Amani_Bahy (10/5): Great location - I stayed at the Batumi Sea Tower Apartments, Khimshiashvili, 15a, 0101 Batumi, Georgia. The view was great, a panorama view to the new boulevard. Matched the pictures perfectly actually. The facilities were excellent, I don't usually find rental apartments with a washing machine provided. I totally recommend this apartment for anyone who's considering visiting batumi. the bicycle rentals are across the street. Mcdonalds is just 10 mins away (by walking). The beach is right across the street and for 3 laris you can rent a chaise longue for the whole day.
- Cloggy81 (8/5): Great Place surprisingly different - So we just visited Georgia with a few friends and I can only say good things about this hostel. My friend booked and I was a bit unsure about staying in a hostel but when he showed me the pics on line I was like ok this looks interesting. So when we arrived we were showed to a room and there was already one person in there. I was travelling with my husband and a couple of friends and we didn't want to share with random people despite it being in a hostel. We had thought we booked a room just for four. So we told the receptionist: manager 'Madonna' and she showed us another room which was fine but my friend got her to show us one more with a view and it was lovely. Very happy didn't mind paying an extra £5 for the room with a view so all in all very happy customers.
- 8t_traveller (6/5): Batumi's weather almost like Dubai - Its not exactly a Hotel and most the taxis drivers don't know the place! But however you can catch the place so easily by seeing the 3 famous towers on the Cornish street of the Batumi's beach . The Hotel located on the 9th floor up to 14 or 15, managed by a group of Croatian family only the manager Mrs. Natalia could speak English fluently! but the rest speaks only Russian and Georgian and hard to communicate with them for their poor English. All the rooms have a nice a view of the black sea but the banarome luxury rooms have the best ever scene of the black sea . The banarome room I had was on the 10th floor not recommended to anyone for staying for the insects abound mold behind wallpaper frequently cause us a lot of itching and sensitivity ! I believed that has been originated from moisture atmosphere of the Batumi region. However , staying on the same floor of the management is much better than any floor for the availability of the AC on the hall unlike other halls with lots of urban mosquitoes. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the beach so lovely swimming in the Black Sea unsalted water! The place surrounded by lots of interest supermarkets and pharmacies very helpful indeed .
- anya_kiwi (6/5): We got a penalty from bookig.com after check-in! - We stayed not in the hotel itself, but were placed on 17th floor to apartment 1703 instead (though booked this exact hostel). Great place, breathtaking view, clean and comfy room. Payed by cash (manager Madona tried to ask for almost 100 GEL more, than than there was listed on booking.com, so watch closely). But after the check-in, a couple of days later, we got an email from booking.com that said we never showed up in the hotel and had to pay 127 GEL penalty. Even though after the long wait for her at the desk top manager cancelled the penalty, we still can't write a review of the place on the booking.com and our impression was somewhat ruined.
- PawelMit (8/5): Four days in Batumi - Hotel is located on 9th floor of the building. Pros: Free WiFi on the corridor - you can easily talk via Skype. Big shower, close to the beach (about 50 meters), good sound system. Cons: I asked for 3 separate beds and we got two... Only 1 of 3 receptionists speak english. It's about 5 bus stops from Batumi center.
- Balazs176 (10/5): Brilliant staff, Good location, Nice place to stay! - My family and I spent a night in the hotel and I we absolutely loved it! Let`s start with the location; it is only 10 mins walk from the centre. The Waterpark is like 2 mins away, pity that this time of the year it is closed, but still... Trust me, finding the hotel is far not as difficult as others suggest. All you need to do is to look for the White Restaurant, which is the one up side down, so believe me, you cannot miss that! :) The hotel is on the 9th floor in the building facing the restaurant. Now the room: well, if it was big enough for five of us with three kids, you can be sure that you will not be disappointed. The beds were great, good size telly with not English channels at all so do not get goo excited... The bathroom is massive, although hot water was an issue I must say. It wasn`t cold but definitely not steaming hot. The hotel itself: I must give credit for those ones who complained earlier about the building not been finished. Well, all I can say that in November 2014 they were still working on it, but the 9th floor where the hotel is, everything is finished to very high standards. Conclusion: This is a brilliant Hotel, where I would return with great pleasure for sure.
