- pathak (6/5): Excellent location.. can be better with few improvements - Location was very good... Parking was ample.. market and tourist venues are near by..
Staff was good and tried to help.us best to their ability There was a problem with the plumbing.. no door mat near bathroom... Breakfast was very basic compared to the price of hotel... cleanliness was bare minimum .. room was not dirty but not very neat also... Water was also 4 bottle of 200 ml no glass was provided...
Hotel in this price has a hair dryer in the bathroom but was not available...
Key card got blocked...
Room door was difficult to open
- Kamalshil (4/5): Disappointing -
- Andrea (6/5): Pleasant -
- Shimul (5/5): Passable - Breakfast was good in taste, as per the ambience it should be included in the cost. However, it was not Had issue in terms of water supply in toilet because of which I was also late to go out, then next day the staff asked me to vacant room at 12 sharp. However, I have already check in late so leverage should be given, the staff was asked to change the bed if possible, he didn’t check and get back, twin beds were very uncomfortable for me and proactive to keep important things like towel, mats should be there in staff, we were reminding them to keep it in the room
- Deep (2/5): - They lied and told us that they did not receive payment from Expedia. We faced a lot of inconvenience and had to find another stay which wasted almost an entire day of ours. Comfort inn seemed very greedy for money and seemed like they sold our booking to someone else for more money. And front end staff and manager very very unhelpful.
- Simon (3/5): Poor - In a good location. There were no towels or cups in the room. When I asked for them I was bought one small towel and one cup. The bedsheets and duvet were stained and dirty, and clearly old and torn (I had booked the suite as well). I arrived at 8pm and there was no hot water all evening. In the morning the water was just lukewarm. A bit stunned really given how much I paid (7000INR). Dont make the same mistake I did.
- Lakshya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Murali (8/5): Very good -
- Ketan (10/5): Superb stay! - Stayed for 2 nights here & my experience was great. The staff was very nice & polite & the room was quite good especially the bedding. The sink had some clogging issue that's all.
- Ashok (7/5): Good staff. Good stay. Good food. - Great food Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and moisturiser were pathetic in quality.
- Jesse (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suresh (8/5): Very good -
- 3 (1/5): NOT RECCOMEMDED. - LOCATION Staff was unprofessional, overcharged me thogh i have booked the room, suffocated atmosphere.

- Vedangi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Prateek (2/5): Very poor - Nothing Bfst was bad I just had bread toast rest everything was not good
Sambhar chutney both were sweet
Paratha was not hot
Curd was sour
- Rahul (5/5): Not so great - Location Attitude of people and front and kitchen staff
- Samir (1/5): Stay away from here!! - The breakfast is ok. Booked 3 rooms. Two of them with so much mold smell. Asked to change rooms, but the hotel informed no other option.
Bedroom for 3 persons, but only one couple bed. For the third person they provided a hard wood bed that took all space of the room.
When arrived, room had no towels. Asked for it and they brought for 2 persons. Needed to ask a third towel. It’s unbelievable it’s a Comfort Inn.
Room seems always wet, so humid it is. Wood floor cracks when walking. Never saw thinner towels in my life.
Asked to book 2 big SUV taxis to go to airport and they booked 2 sedans, not fitting everyone’s bags. Changes cars and charged more.
I would rename this hotel “Uncomfort Inn”
- Hamid (1/5): Bad - Absolutely nothing! It's a horrible place to stay. I can write 3 pages of review about it, but I'm gonna make it short:
1. There are cockroaches 🪳 everywhere in the room. We killed multiple (check the photos)
2. Rooms are insanely dirty, particularly the bathroom (check photos)
3. Staff are rude. They literally shout on you!! They don't know anything from the hotel business: they call you in the morning and wake you up for breakfast, for example!
4. None of the amenities that they claim they have in the room are there. They lend you the hair dryer, for example, and wake you up at 8am and ask you to return it.
5. Not at all soundproof, you can hear everything, AND they play music in the corridor from 6AM, which you can clearly hear from your room.
6. The view of the room is a garbage dump (check the photo).
If you're a Western tourist, you'd better avoid this place.

- Shivang (9/5): Superb -
- Tiwari (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriel (10/5): Great value for the money. - The Comfort Inn Sapphire is a great Western-style hotel close to the old city of Jaipur and a relatively short tuk-tuk (auto rickshaw) ride away from the Amber Fort (we paid 200 rupees).
In terrms of the room, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked great (offering relief from the extreme heat of Jaipur in May), the shower had solid pressure and heat, the hotel provided complimentary bottles of water daily, and, overall, made for an extremely clean, comfortable stay.
The staff was accommodating, starting with offering us complimentary glasses of cold cola on arrival (perfect to settle the stomach). The desk staff also made change for us so we had smaller rupee notes and helped us order an Uber to the airport at the end of our stay.
We visited several hotels in India during our trip and so sampled multiple hotel breakfasts. This breakfast had a larger proportion of Indian food as opposed to Western food, but the omelette satisfies and one of the servers, Ratan, was very friendly and eager to accommodate requests.
All in all, great value for the money.
- Melissa (8/5): Hotel sencillo pero completo - Es un hotel limpio y agradable para solo llegar a dormir y dormir agusto. No es lejos de lo turistico sin embargo recomendamos mejor tomar tuc tuc, el personal es muy amable.
- Adonis (10/5): Very professional and hospitable stuff - Very professional and hospitable stuff. I would stay in this hotel again any day.
- Johann (2/5): worst hotel ever - The hotel is the worst we are ever been. We changed room one time and it was still so much noisy. I tried to get a refund but the manager of the hotel didn’t want. He even insultes me... He doesn’t know what services and hospitality mean. Please avoid its hotels for the better
- Dan and Annie (8/5): Good hotel in middle of Jaipur - Great hotel which is great value for money! Location close to markets and an easy drive to Amber Fort. If you want any electronics Rayzer Plaza only 500 metres away!
Staff very helpful and pleasant
- San (10/5): Short trip in Jaipur - Hotel is excellent. I love the city. It’s so lively and beautiful
- MAHESH (10/5): Nice Economy Hotel for business trip - Pleasing Experience. Good Staff. At reasonable distance from Airport. Nice Breakfast spread as well as dinner buffet. Keep it up.
- Francisco (10/5): Nuevo, moderno, agradable, y en el centro!! - Excelente hotel. Limpio, ordenado, agradable, cerca del centro... Increible!!
- Ella Maria (10/5): A gemstone!!! - We were welcomed by Ajay who was extremely kind and accommodated our early arrival. This hotel should be very proud of having an employee like him! :). The breakfast is delicious, especially the masala omelettes, the coffee and the potato curry!!! Everyone at this hotel is helpful and friendly. We had a paper delivered in the morning and the rooms were spotlessly clean. It's a nice little hotel and quite conveniently located (about 10 minutes rickshaw ride to the pink city).
- Krista (6/5): Nice hotel, but inexperienced staff and no bar - Good location, good price, clean modern rooms and hotel. Food was OK but expensive. Most staff were very inexperienced and it was hard to communicate with most of them due to language barrier. They advertised on website that they have alcohol, a bar and a terrace-like club on roof top of hotel but none of that was ready when I arrived. I had to get beer and wine across the street at another hotel. Room temperature and water temperature was difficult to control. This hotel has potential but it needs a lot of improvement to earn at 4.5 rating which it said online.
- Verified traveler (8/5): You can hear the front desk phone ring - The hotel lobby opens up for two levels. When the front desk phone rings, you can here it all the way into your room.
