• Hana (6/5): God valuta for pengene og fantastisk beliggenhet utenfor turistsuppa, men stedet kunne trengt en grundig rengjøring. - Elsket følelsen av romslighet, de høye takene og alle de originale detaljene som gir stedet karakter. Ikke ordentlig rengjort, gardiner og overflater var skitne, og det var en del mygg inne til tross for lukkede vinduer.

• Michalis (1/5): Un autentico disastro. - Appartamento sporco, disordinato, con arredamento vecchio, alcuni mobili rotti, qualche stanza senza lampade o con lampade rotte o con poche lampade, pieno di zanzare.

• Lucian (1/5): Do not stay here,you will regret it. - Not much really … Let’s start : no AC, broken and dirty fans , broken bed, mold In the bathroom and the fringe, paint chipping away in the bathroom, dirty kitchen, broken TV stand and tv, can’t open the windows because mosquitos so basically you must die in the apartment during a very hot summer day. I actually booked another place and that was amazing!

• Sofia (4/5): - The host was kind, professional, and great with communication, we just had an issue with the place. It wasn’t cleaned properly when we came - dishes in the cabinets weren’t washed, our feet picked up a lot of dirt/dust from the floors, and because the apartment is old and doesn’t have an air conditioning system, it had a musty smell that sticked to our clothes. I think this place has potential but there needs to be a lot of upkeep for older apartments like this one.
• Sylvia_ben (8/5): Great location and host, plenty of space - Great location and a super spacious apartment, absolutely perfect for a family. Within walking distance of the vaporetto stop and close to restaurants, a market square and a shop. Fantastic host, very kind, helpful and responsive. We could have used a few more bits in the kitchen - a toaster, microwave, can opener and some tea towels would be handy, but that might be a personal preference and it certainly doesn't take any of the charm or comfort away. Carpets on the floors in winter time would make the place cosier.
• Julia (7/5): Clean flat in a great location (depending on the season). - Great location. Lovely views. Close to cap stops. Great neighbourhood supermarket. Heating isn’t up to the job. Kept coats on at night and went to bed early. Mattresses uncomfortable. Kitchen poorly equipped.

• Sudarshan (6/5): Good location. But had some problems. - The apartment was in great location. 15 min walk from central station for trains/bus/boats. Also there is water bus station S Basilio 5 min walk from the apartment. Kitchen is also well equipped. Host was friendly and responsive. We faced some problems, but he was gracious enough to cover our tourist taxes himself. At first, cleaning staff forgot to keep the key in the lockbox. We had to wait for them to comeback and give the key. Washing machine was broken and there was water everywhere when it was switched on. Host was not aware of the problem. But he was responsive and kind enough to send the cleaning staff to clean the apartment again. However, they left all the windows open and we had to bear the mosquitoes two whole days.
