The room was clean except for the upholstery of the couch which had some stains on it and also the curtains, but the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and in decent condition. The staff was ok. Overall we had a good stay of night.

The best part was the suite with a kitchenette, full size fridge, dishwasher and stove. They even provide real silverware, pots, glasses, paper towels etc. Dove bodywash and haircare. Staff was great and the beds were soooo comfortable!

- Kimberly (8/5): Family trip - Great hotel but be aware this is a pet friendly hotel. The people next door left their dog to go out and it barked for 90 minutes straight. The hotel management was kind enough to move us to a new room but I feel bad for everyone else as that dog was still barking when moved. Overall we had a great stay in our new room.

The beds were way too soft, the couch was extremely dirty and stained, underneath the dining table was really nasty and looked like it had never been cleaned, the bathroom door was a sliding barn door that left a large gap offering zero privacy, the air conditioning system was very inefficient leaving us constantly too hot or freezing from the jet like power of it. We’ll stay elsewhere on our next visit to Fargo.

This a hotel is located close to West Acres mall and is well maintained. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice pool n Bbq area. Would stay here again.
- Laura (8/5): There on business - My stay was comfortable. My room was clean. I was confused because everything was perfectly clean, including the bathroom, which was absolutely pristine. The curtains however and the sofa had some ugly stains on them. They were totally out of place with the rest of the room. Also, whatever they are using to clean smells way too strong, almost breathtaking. Everyone there was super helpful and friendly. The desk staff was very helpful. Get some new curtains and sofas! The bed was very comfortable. All in all, it was a positive experience. Oh yeah, one more thing, I couldn’t throw the bolt on the door. Lots of women traveling alone depend on that bolt.

Fridge, stove top, and microwave were all used and so helpful. Will stay again based on this and the centralized location for us when we’re in Fargo visiting family/friends.

The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the a/c vent blew directly into our faces while in bed, and the dishwasher had not been emptied. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very friendly and the area seemed safe.

- Bess (4/5): - The hallway and rooms had an artificial smell, that was so strong and bad, it coated your mouth in the hallway. Not sure what smell they were covering up but it was crazy strong. The room had the smell coming out of the air vent, so we shut it off and opened the window, but outside the window was an AC compressor that rattled and clanked all night. The bed was so depleted and worn out that it sunk to the middle, hurt your body to sleep in it. We kept waking up having to move out of the sunken hole. The room was worn out as well, the couch covered in stains and shredded, the wall splattered with liquid and gunk, the carpet stained and dirty. It may have been a nice clean hotel at some point but it's not now. For $150 a night, it was overpriced.

The only thing we didn't like was the barn door between the closet and bathroom. Was very noisy and heavy to move and you could hear those doors in other rooms.

- Deanna (2/5): - This is our second time with issues with this hotel. We gave it a second shot because of the location. I live in the same city and wanted to have a girls staycation with a hot tub to enjoy. I called 3 hours before checking in and they confirmed the hot tub was in operation. It was as not when we checked in. We ended up paying the up charge of $100 (all other rooms with no hot tub/pool are $100 in the area) this was almost $200. When we checked in, they said sorry not in commission and no refund option considering we live in the area and just wanted it for a girls hot tub relaxation night. The front desk agent was not helpful. Such a waist of money.

- Janet (6/5): - Foyer had blankets and car seat on the seating area, which were not any guests. It made the foyer look “lived in” and not professional. We’d asked twice (once when booking and a text reminder) about a cot and more blankets. Neither were in our room upon arrival. The hotel could have been more, overall, clean and tidy. Friendly service.

- Kristi (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean. My only concern was the elevator was a little sketchy. Meaning I think it needs some work because it makes an awful rumbling noise and I was afraid we’d get stuck in there.!
- Nicole (10/5): Good nights rest - We stayed at the Candle Wood Suits on a overnight trip for a hospital visit. The room was spacious and clean. It had a great kitchenette which we did not use on our one night stay. We were dissapointed in the fact there was no breakfast room anymore and that a soda cost $4.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good stay - It was clean and spacious. They didnt have breakfast but not a huge deal. The staff was ok. Night staff not very friendly, but cordial enough. He didnt inform me he was putting a 50 hold on my card, he just did it and he ran my card himself instead of me doing it. That made me uncomfortable. Not show stopping stuff. I would stay here again. I had to sleep in a separate bed because I kept rolling into my husband. The beds need updating.

- stacy (2/5): - The front desk and open areas had such strong/ pungent smelling perfume plug in. Our room was dirty looking (dirty couch and chair). The bathroom door was so hard to open and close (just left it open when we went to the bathroom). Paid far too much and no breakfast included. The only nice area was the pool area.

- Maica (8/5): - This property was similar to an Airbnb where you have a home-like room and don’t expect housekeeping. The staff let me check in early and every encounter I had was pleasant. I really liked that there was free laundry machines to use and you just have to bring your own soap. The room itself was fairly clean although some parts like remote and phone were obviously not wiped down. My least favorite thing was how thin the walls were because I heard my neighbor’s phone alarm every morning I was there which was very distrustful to my sleep. The amenities such as pool and gym were very clean. The location was conveniently close to stores and the mall. The kitchenette provided a lot of things which was very nice. The bedding had small stains but they provide extra in the closet as well as a laundry basket. Overall, it was worth it for the price.

- Celeste (8/5): - Extended stay hotel with no breakfast, but has a wide variety of items to purchase to eat. Rooms are large and have full kitchen. Across street from West Acres Mall.

- Kevin (10/5): - Room was comfy and clean. Fridge was a little noisy but told the staff about it after check out a d they apologized and thanked me for letting them know. The staff all seemed to love greeting our dog too.
- Matthew (10/5): - We were a quick stay on our way to Bismarck to drop our son off at college. The room was very clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We will stay here again on our travels.

- Cherylee (6/5): - My room was a queen with a pull out sofa. The cover on the sofa cushions was coming apart and the stuffing coming out in many places. The sofa mattress was badly stained in many places. To the point that I covered the sofa and did not sleep on the mattress. The towel bar in the bathroom was right above the toilet paper so if you would hang a wet towel there the toilet paper would be wet. It needs a mirror in the sleeping area. The room was clean but the carpet on the stairs in the exit hallways was badly stained. I would not stay here again.
- Juergen (6/5): - The bed pillow and blanket in the closed were in a clear bag, seemingly clean. But had really bad body odor. Also we booked for 4 people nothing was prepared. Very disappointing.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Room was spacious, couch however was full of stains, bathroom door only slides shut you can not lock it. Worst complaint would have been the awful smell of an illegal substance being smoked in a different room and the smell being all ove the hallway and to the point of having to put towels around the door as it was really bad. It was late at night and we didn't want to uproot the kids and pack everything up to go and spend more money on a different hotel with having to get up so early.
