• Cripps (8/5): Was good. would stay again - The Breakfast was great! Good variety. The breakfast sandwiches' needed sauce of some sort. Also, disappointed there was no elevator. had to use stairs.

• Roland (4/5): Beds are comfy, staff is nice, don't come for anything else. - We arrived in Bassano at 7:30 pm, and the hotel staff were quick to help us and were friendly. The room was mostly clean, minus the bathroom. There was some pubic hair left on the toilet and in the bathtub. I cleaned that up with a grease towel that was provided. The beds were comfortable. There was a TV in the room, but it was not working at all. So, I decided to hook up to the internet; however, that was extremely slow, so there wasn't much for a 9-year-old to do while he waited to go to bed. I wouldn't stay in Bassano again, as there is nowhere to eat after 8 pm for anyone travelling with a minor except Subway.

• Carol (8/5): - The room was quite nice. Very clean. Disappointed in in wifi- very slow! We only found two channels on the TV. A list of a available channels would have been nice. No stir sticks for coffee in the room. Marginal breakfast. Overall it was a clean comfortable room.

• Susanne (8/5): - Wenn man sich die Badlands anschauen möchte ist die Lage optimal. Wir waren zwei Nächte da. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt.Frühstück ist einfach. Es ist ein Motel nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Die Betten waren super bequem.Die Zimmergröße optimal. Der ganze Müll der anfällt, wenn man frühstückt. Alles ist eingepackt, jeder Scheibe Toast extra. Die Handtücher sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ist aber jaulen auf hohem Niveau.

• Matk (8/5): ハイウェイドライブに便利なモーテル - ハイウェイの出口からすぐの場所に位置していて、ガソリンスタンドが近くにあり、部屋の前に車を駐車できるドライバーの利便性が高いホテルです。このエリアでは比較的手頃な価格で宿泊ができます。周辺に飲食店やお店はほとんどありませんが、ミニキッチンと電子レンジ、冷蔵庫があります。朝食はサービスだと考えれば十分な内容で、サンドイッチやベーグル、オートミール、ヨーグルトなどが提供されています。 自然が豊かな小さな町にあるホテルのため、部屋の入口には小さな蛾などの虫が落ちていました。周辺にお店が全くないので、何かを買いに行くにも車に乗る必要があります。ホテルの設備に記載されていた洗濯機は故障していて使用できないと言われました。

Thank you for everything One housekeeper knocked on our door at 10 am saying that I had a perfume smell coming out of my room. Yes, mam, you did. The sink is right beside the back entrance.( Door was closed). I was spraying hair spray! Well, your smell is bothering me. Im sorry, I felt so bad for her! As a housekeeper myself, I couldn't understand why she felt the need to do that, she didnt clean our room. All we asked for was towels. Nope, she wouldn't even give us towels.. I went to the front desk later that day and got towels, and asked if this was a scent free hotel, to which I was told no!. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing Thank you, Bassano, for our comfortable stay! We appreciate you!

Chart is almost 9 years old. Wifi password doesn’t work either. Very quiet place with doors to parking and to hall to breakfast, ice and fitness. Good breakfast
• Lexis (10/5): - Easy to find, convenient location. Staff very friendly. Very clean, quiet room with a working, quiet air conditioning unit. Beds were comfortable, mattresses felt new. Very little scent noticed in rooms or bedding which was much appreciated. Good setup of kitchen-style sink, counter, fridge, microwave and cupboards. I wish we had needed to stay longer rather than just a quick overnight while traveling thru.

• Melanie (5/5): RUDE MANAGER! - The rooms were clean and it was nice to Kari right outside your room. Cleaning staff did not come at all, not even to restock coffee or anything. What I REALLY didn’t like - and it wrecked my whole feelings about the place - is that an older woman with blonde hair banged on my door as though there was a raid about to happen. I was right there so I opened quickly thinking it was family trying to joke and scare me. She says to me sternly “turn down your music”! (I had music playing on my phone). I said “oh ok sorry”. Then she says “I can hear it down in the lobby”! I was VERY far from the lobby so, for one that was a lie. Secondly, she was completely unnecessarily rude and spoke to me like I was a piece of shit. Because of her, I will never return.

• Arlene (7/5): Pleasant enough. Have stayed before and will stay again - The pillows were abit too soft. The breakfast was minimal as we ate at 8:30 both mornings and the choices were few. No fruit at all and only a few a(less than 6)breakfast sandwiches left. There were other guests arriving after us so we ate minimally so they have something to eat. There was no one at the front desk to speak with to request to replenish the food. As above.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was, and the breakfast was REALLY good for the cost of the room. The manager was very pleasant and didn't flinch when we mentioned we would be a bit late getting out of the room.

• Pollett (3/5): Poor - Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were a nice size. It was nice being able to access the parking right outside of the room. My husband, 2 teenaged kids and I stayed here for one night. After getting to our room, we tried to watch tv while waiting for the holiday train. Tv didn’t have signal, the wifi didn’t work, so to try to pass time my kids went to use the gym and were told it was closed (it was 4:30pm) and that to access it during open hours it is a 10 per person charge

• Lynda (10/5): - The room was very clean. I was concerned at first as it was right next to the truck stop but we did not hear the trucks at all. The carpet in the hall required a good cleaning but it was winter when we got there. My main concern was the heat in the building. When we first got there the temperature outside was -12 and the one heat source in the room was turned off. They knew we were coming, I would think they would have had it turned on. It was chilly enough in the room that I left my coat on while it warmed up. The hall and main area of the reception and area the breakfast room was in was very chilly the whole time we were there. For customer comfort I would suggest turning the heat up a degree or two. The heat situation is why I gave the hotel condition a lower grade.

• Tiffanie (9/5): Great find! - What a great find! Super clean, well appointed and spacious room. Just off the highway but quiet. Excellent value for the price of the room. Included breakfast. Would recommend and will definitely stay again when driving through.
• Ronna-Lee (4/5): - It was easily accessible off the hwy with ample parking. The in-room coffee maker filter was dirty with mold in it. There was a dirty towel hanging behind the door in the washroom. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly.
