We had a long flight from Canada, we reached few hours before our check in time and staff was kind enough to give us rooms upon arrival without making us wait at all . Really loved the gesture. Also allowed late check out till 2 pm which is not always possible but thanks to the staff .

Nice hotel Little too far about 40 minutes walk They have bus shuttle You can pay little bit more and stay within walking distance I checked in and when I find out the distance and shuttle situation I tried to cancel my stay and book somewhere else But the front Desk didn’t want to cancel my reservation One accident - the bus broke down And I had to take an uber And he dropped me off and highway Because it was just too many people and there is no access back to the hotel I had to walk all the way to the hotel back I’d rather pay xtra and stay closer Rooms are very clean - buffet and restaurant is great Food is superb Only complain is too far It’s probably the last one on the strip of Ibrahim Al Khalil blvd Honest feedback here

Verified traveler (2/5): Leaking toilet water - The toilet above our room was leaking water. Told reception straight away. Took them 3 hours and calls to hotel.com to get us moved. The compensation i got was a right slap on the cheek.
Ahmed (6/5): - I appreciated that the hotel has a large masjid with an imam, it was very convenient to pray there, especially when feeling tired. The shuttle service is a great plus. The buffet is good, though a bit on the pricey side. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, and after showering or making wudu, the bathroom floor tends to get flooded.

MANZOOR (4/5): Not up-to to the mark. I don’t think I will stay - They don’t have good service. Our Room TV was not working. After several reminders they never fixed it. For 4 nights. We had no TV They were using closet for storing unserviceable safes. Our Room 1311 had 3 of them . Only one was working. They did not have towels changed for 2 of the days. The shuttle to Haram is unreliable and drivers are rude.

Awale (2/5): - This property needs improvement in every way. If there was less than one star I would have given. Check in was horrible, staff was not professional, the rooms where not clean. We stayed four days and house keeping only came the day before we checked out. The house keeping did even change the sheets. Next door family had a child which played a noisy toy after 2am every night. After I called front desk they didn't ask the family to lower the noise.

Adnan (6/5): Average hotel - Hotel is quite dated and needs a refurbishment. Has regular hotels own bus service that departs every 30min to drop off to kuday bus station for onward travel to haram. The food is very bland and not enough main options on the buffet. The fruit juice is just flavoured water.

It would be very good if the distance was 0.6 kilometres so that I could come to Masjid & area quickly by walk. Fatema (2/5): Most Worst Hotel I lived! - I stuck inside the bathroom because the door locked was not good. I got stuck about 45 minutes, my husband call emergency services to rescue me. It was horrible. I had 3 bed but one was broken. Very dirty all bed & floors. Bunch of hair & insects all over the bed. Customer service never responded by phone.

The barbers are really nice people. However cannot say the same for some of the staff at the checkin, some of talk to you as if they cant be bothered which is frustrating. The lady at the information desk with face mask & check out desk were helpful while their colleagues were not!

Zarina (2/5): Not a 5 star hotel - This hotel is not a 5* it is a 3 star at best and it is utterly dirty. The rug in the room was stained and smelt. It looke like it had never been vacuumed. The room was tiny with 3 beds squashed in a tiny space. The bathroom was also dirty and had clearly never been scrubbed. The cupboards were covered in a layer of dust and the telephone was covered in food stains. During these Covid times it is absolutely shocking that a hotel would not wipe down common surfaces between guests. On top of this, the reception area was swarming with flies. More care has to be taken with ensuring that hotels have actually the star rating they claim to have. This hotel was cheap and nasty and dirty. Disappointing.

I asked for housekeeping no one came to clean & change the towel. From yesterday morning until now. I called the reception and housekeeping second day from 5 am to 11:00 am asking about the towel . Even I want down to the reception, after that's they sent someone with the towel. It's not only me. I sow a lot of people the same issue at reception. About the price par night. It's much lower & cheaper price at the reception. My friend booked a room from the reception with a good price 51$ par night less than Expedia.
