• Phakama (9/5): excellent service and beautiful house. close to Musgrave mall and Florida road. - The property is quiet small outside, for parkings or chilling space. The inside is so beautiful, it matched the price. The allocated room facing the entrance road is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. my partner and I loved it and definately our go to spot especially for our Durban marathons.

• Zoe (5/5): - The breakfast was delicious,the place was quite and the cleaning lady was very kind to me,she warmed my food and she took pictures of me. I was supposed to check in at 14h00, but my room wasn’t ready and I had to wait at reception with the door wide open, wind blowing through, and no effort made to make me comfortable, I waited for nearly an hour in the cold. It was only after I complained that they offered that I wait in the lounge. I was told the delay was because the previous guests hadn’t checked out, but that’s not an excuse. When I did eventually check in,under the bed and inside the drawers was dirty. On top of that, the complimentary breakfast they offered me as an apology was also served late. This was my first solo trip, something I saved for, and instead of being welcomed, I felt like an inconvenience. Staff don’t know what a guest might be going through, which is why kindness and professionalism are so important. There’s definitely room for improvement here.

The bedroom got normal lights not candeliers as advertised. Area is very close to a shopping mall..but the accomadation is a bit pricey for the area Parking is limited. There is a braai stand ..not braai facilities Aircon is noisy

The place was close to everything and it felt okay to walk to the mall and back at night. There was ample, safe parking and the room was huge. The floor boards creak alot, both in the room and the room aove ours. You could hear the person upstairs walking around in the middle of the night. That was a little disruptive when you are trying to get some rest.
