- Cole (1/5): - The location The dirty room, no shampoo or bodywash in the dirty shower. The beds that needed to be replaced. The pool was dirty and smelled.
- Kristen (10/5): I’ll be back! - Cost, clean, quiet Toilet paper holder

- Nomad63106972347 (4/5): This place needs help! - Good evening, I wanted to inform you that this hotel was not a good choice especially for the price we paid per night. When I arrived and checked in first the key to our room didn't work then when I got new ones the room had not been cleaned so I had to go back down to front desk and had to have them figure out a new room for us that would still be with our group all the while eating up time I didnt have to waste because we needed to get to a game. Once we were assigned a new room we found that that room was not very clean and there was still hair in our shower. On my way out that evening I stopped by and mentioned it to the front desk and asked to have the shower cleaned. The shower did not get cleaned I was informed they did not have any cleaning staff on duty at that time. I aked to have the manager contact me so we could discuss the matter and i never heard from her. Each morning in the lobby area where you eat breakfast the floors where not cleaned from night before. The hot tub had pieces of paint floating in it and all around it. I would have expected better for the price. We had other teams from our club stay in less expensive hotels and they had a much better experience. One of the women at the front desk was not very friendly to deal with, she was very short with me I heard her also short with other guest.
- Werther (9/5): Pleasant ànd relaxing for my puppers and I - Staff was courteous and accommodating. Room was tidy with lots of space and furniture to relax in. Location is great, just minutes from almost everything you'd want to get to. The price was affordable, too. It was an all-around great stay, and I would 100% go again... and probably will.
- Boykin (10/5): -
- mmtopor (2/5): Awful - Awful experience here. Manager was probably the most unprofessional "manager" I have ever dealt with. Had a serious privacy/safety violation while staying here and nothing was ever done about it.
- Matthew (10/5): A Great Get Away. - The Entire Staff Was Extremely Polite And Helpful Which Is The Most Important Thing. Everything Else Was Also Great. No Negative Comments.
- Kuwarn (10/5): Myself and my family we enjoyed this day. Everything was on point. Thanks can’t wait to visit again. - Quiet and safe

- Go14367098212 (6/5): Not that good anymore! - Used to be good, not anymore. The breakfast buffet was terrible. No fruit , waffles empty, kids cereal full of sugar ( fruit loops, honey oats, cinnamon crunch). No healthy cold options, ran out of yoghurt and French toast. The jot tub was in disrepair - the paint from the hot tub bottom was peeling all over the floor and pool deck - the air jets were not working at all. Everyone treats the problems as the new normals . But for me . I’m not coming back - tbe Hampton inn is directly across the street - and the Hilton gardens and holiday inn express are a few blocks away .

- Brieanne (5/5): - Staff was nice , clean, nice room That the pool area was down and nowhere did it say before getting a room that we couldn't use the pool . That's the whole reason we pick hotels with pools for my daughter who has autism. We walked down in our swim gear to go swimming and see it is down and under construction. Now I have a bored upset 4 yr old
- RG745 (8/5): Clean and Accomodating - This hotel continues to provide a clean and secure experience. Most staff are super friendly and efficient but a few are not. Rooms are well appointed and clean with housekeepers doing a good job. Breakfast is underwhelming and could be improved. Overall a cost efficient, clean, friendly place to stay.
- Marc (5/5): it was fair to okay - the pool, beds and pillows were comfortable Toilet seat in room was very loose, after speaking with front desk it was not fixed. A fitted sheet with pen markings on it was put on our bed when sheets were changed. the breakfast eggs and sausage were sub par microwaved shit that I got sick from. Cook real food using a real stove not a microwave to thaw out frozen crap you call food. The coffee carafes pump handles are damaged and or broken and need to be replaced. the hot tub water was not hot it was maybe 85 degrees a hot tub should be 100 to 102 degrees and the pool was about 73 degrees a indoor pool should be about 84 degrees
- LYNE (10/5): - Emplacement correct, confortable Les portes de douche n'étaient pas propre...il y aurait plus à amélioration.

- Romain (4/5): - We had a hit problem in our room and the hot tub was in renovation so when we meet the manager he said he gonna refund 25% that was a good deal but I never got my money back even 2%
- Beikirch (10/5): Quiet and clean stay - Tucked away from main road so very quiet N/a
- glennrR8138XQ (10/5): Very pleasant stay, will be back! - Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Close to resturants and right off the highway. Will be back again when travelling in the area.
- L530NGjustinf (4/5): It’s ok - I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past five years now through my company. Most of the time it’s a decent experience, but there has been a handful of times. Where we keep our company info/credit card information is on file in a folder and I have seen the employees pull it out in reference it before but many-times I’ll get an employee that will tell me that they don’t have that on file or we’ll make a reservation for three nights and they booked me for one. Tonight, the TV isn’t working and I was told that they should get service back tomorrow… If you ask me that should reflect back on bill. It doesn’t seem like some employees are willing to help you out.
- Mobile22569210085 (2/5): Not a great experience. - Young kids running through the halls and stair ways after 11pm at night. Yelling and screaming, called the desk twice was told they would talk to the parents and that the kids were playing a game right now. Group of the parents were in the lobby drinking alcohol, while the kids ran the halls. We ended up leaving and having to find a new hotel. Kids were still running the halls dropping ice cream all over the floor by the elevator when we left at 11:30pm.
- William (2/5): Pool was closed only reason I booked the room was for the pool still waiting. For my refund for my room -
- Whitney (10/5): -
- Lori (7/5): - Bathroom fans, running constantly with no way to turn them off. No windows to open for fresh air. Extreme amounts of air freshener used by housekeeping so much that I woke up with the worst headache in the world.
Wish there was real coffee in the rooms
- Kelly (7/5): - Breakfast is to short

- hemlatar2023 (2/5): My Experience at the Clifton Park Wyndham La Quinta - I stayed at the Clifton Park Wyndham La Quinta for a couple of weeks due to not having housing secured at school yet. I paid nightly, just like any other guest, and followed all hotel policies.
Unfortunately, my experience with management was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the manager (Patty) was unwelcoming and rude. At one point, she assumed I was living in the hotel rather than staying as a paying guest, which was both incorrect and inappropriate.
The most troubling incident was when she entered my room without my permission while housekeeping was cleaning. I was never notified or asked, and this felt like a serious violation of privacy. On top of that, I was told I had to leave immediately, despite a storm approaching, which showed a complete lack of concern for guest safety or basic courtesy.
To be clear, the hotel itself is nice—the rooms are fine and the location is convenient. However, the customer service was unacceptable, particularly from management and the front desk receptionist (Laura). Their behavior made an already difficult situation far more stressful than it needed to be.
I’m not saying people shouldn’t stay here, but I strongly recommend being cautious and aware of how guests may be treated, especially if you’re staying longer than a few nights.
- Jessica (10/5): -
- Robin (8/5): -
- Richard (6/5): Met all my expectations for the price. - Plenty of seating. Staff kept the limited selection of food stocked for availability. For the price it was fine. There are two toasters and each only had half the slots that worked.
- Holly (4/5): We slept there disappointed ty - Breakfast good yes cleanings yes great When online booking looked for pool / hot tub yes arrive paid then when asking about hot tub jets working heating element wasn’t and it was my birthday wanted to relax in it and couldn’t discount should have applied to staying ty
- caitlin (5/5): Unlikely to stay again - Bathroom dirty
- Derrick (6/5): The location was perfect and the hotel staff were nice. The hotel was very clean - I didn’t like the breakfast the sausage seemed uncooked and it was a perfect location The bed was very comfortable and clean but the fitted bed sheets would not stay on the bed so I didn’t sleep well the 2 nights I was there because the sheets would not stay on and I had to keep getting up to adjust them
- JOAN (10/5): Excellent stay! - Hotel was exactly as we hoped. Great location, very clean, large room, very comfortable bed. Extremely quiet in our room and in the halls.
Excellent staff: Joel checked us in with a late arrival and a warm greeting like we'd been coming there forever (1st stay).
Great/plentiful hot and cold breakfast offerings. I noted to Joel on our departure somehow the room alarm clock was set for 5:30am without our knowledge. When it went off, I was able to stop the alarm, but no instruction to remove the alarm for the next guest's stay. Joel said he would alert housekeeping. Maybe something housekeeping could watch for in future; that the alarms are re-set after guest check-out.
Seemed only 1 elevator worked, but we managed.
- Yeldo (8/5): Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with good breakfast and no major complaints. - The breakfast area was clean and offered a reasonably good selection. The room was well-organized, neat, and very clean-everything was in place. The property has a large parking lot, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and easy to access. The coffee machine could be upgraded for a better experience. Also, the shower is designed with the sliding pane on the opposite side, so you have to reach in and get wet just to turn on the shower knob-having the sliding door on the shower side would be much more practical.
- Mary (7/5): Overall this was ok - Was satisfactory. The heating unit was very loud when it was on which was a little annoying otherwise the room was nice My room was going to be on the first floor by an exit door, I did request a change because of that area and they gave me another room.
- Gerald (9/5): Very good stay that accomplished what we needed. - Beds were comfortable, room looked good and clean. Checking in went well. Breakfast was a decent one and a nice convenience. I noticed some hair in the tub and the shower head sprayed around the pipe causing water to get on the floor.
- Anthony (1/5): Bed Bugs - Bathroom and bed You have BEG BUGS Room312
- William (7/5): - More variety

- Eugene (9/5): -
- Brooke (5/5): - Breakfast and location were good. Went there specifically for the hot tub and pool and it was unavailable the entire time. Hot tub wasn’t running and the pool was disgusting and needed cleaned badly.
- Candice (10/5): -
- William (1/5): - The la Quinta refused to honor the reservation I made thru Booking.com. I did not stay. My account shows this invalid charge and I demand a refund!9

- Albert (8/5): Short stay but cormfortableb - Room was clean nice tv The shower did not drain well and did not care the breakfast ended up going elsewhere
- borjixedition (10/5): -
- Robin (8/5): -
- Do (10/5): Will always come back. - Breakfast was excellent. There was varieties to choose from.
- censere (1/5): I didn’t enjoy my stay the pool room was basically down as well as our tub was clogged and leaking. - I don’t like their breakfast or any breakfast at the hotels for that matter so that’s normal for me . The Jacuzzi wasn’t working the water was freezing in the pool and jacuzzi I tried to make a complaint in the property as well as on here.
- Amanda (10/5): Great experience - Quiet and comfortable Location
- Christopher (10/5): -
- Rasmussen (10/5): -
- Victoria (7/5): - Service was incredible! Front desk was extremely helpful! Pool was smelly and cloudy
- Barbara (10/5): Wonderful - Close to family we visit. Great price.
- Richard (5/5): Nice staff but property is beginning to show its age - Location Shower bases were stained and appeared dirty
House cleaning was responsive and assured they were not dirty but in fact stained
I saw this in both rooms I rented
The hotel needs to repair caulking or paint the bases
- Joseph (9/5): We always love staying at the La Quinta., cannot wait until our next visit. - The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The best hot tub in the business. We always love staying at the La Quinta. The eggs at breakfast.
- Barbara (9/5): -
- Robert (1/5): Left did not stay - Rooms smell Room smell
- Steven (7/5): -
- Alan (8/5): -
- MARY (2/5): DISAPPOINTING BREAKFAST - ROOM WAS GOOD, PLENTY OF OUTLETS, NO SECURITY - ROOM WAS CLEAN, QUIET, WELL LIT STAFF - awful, don't smile or welcome you or wish you a nice stay. Asked for extra blanket - it never arrived.
Hotel is isolated off the highway - quiet. BUT no security or anyone at front desk (you ring a bell) I was followed into the hotel & into the elevator by a strange man who either was mentally challenged or intended harm. I quickly made an excuse & got out. One only arrives at a hotel like this by car - he did not. It was 11 PM - everything in the area closed.
I asked the only other person around to escort me. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE
- Christopher (10/5): - Location
- Paula (8/5): -
- Darvin (5/5): It was a decent stay overall mostly a calm place to stay - It was quiet clean good breakfast great staff Bathroom shower wouldn’t drain properly
- Kajka (9/5): Great weekend stay. Clean and comfortable. - Everything was cleanand felt new. The bed was comfortable.
- Anne (7/5): Stay was mixed with many underwhelming employees and the hotel a be trying to save money - The breakfast and employee was great the first day. The eggs were good and the bread selection was excellent. On the 2nd & 3rd days, a different, male employee was in charge. On both days, I had to seek him out to advise the pump wasn't working on the decaf container. Also, the ice water on Sunday was very good but on the next 2 days, there was no ice in the water, and it had a funny taste. The male employee also had to be sought out to clean off a very dirty table. See above regarding breakfast.
I didn't like that there was no where to empty the room garbage, the ice machine was empty, and no other ice machine could be found. I didn't like that the room temperature could not be regulated, and it was cool at night. Fortunately, I had 2 blankets in my vehicle.
- Jon (10/5): -
- BobP620 (8/5): Very nice - Very nice new hotel. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very adequate but not exceptional. The pool/hot tub area was nice but small. Adjoining restrooms were available which is a plus. The hot tub was overfilled with water (too deep) and very foamy. When the towels ran out, a quick call to the desk resulted in very prompt refill. Many available restaurants within walking distance (take care of traffic). Primavera Pizza across the street was very good.
- Gilbert (8/5): -
- Patricia (10/5): - Check in was a breeze and the staff is amazing!
- Michael (5/5): - Close to shopping.
- Whitney (10/5): -
- Arthur (8/5): -
- Graham K (4/5): - When this property was built it was nice. It has not been maintained and it is very dirty. There is also noticeable damage to tile floors, dents in the walls crooked toilet seats and even a broken sprinkler outside. The staff is nice but seemed pretty overwhelmed and not particularly proactive.
- Lakisher (10/5): - I normally don't leave reviews , let alone rave about hotel coffee. And i'm not sure what brand or blend there are using , but the coffee was absolutely amazing. It completely made up for the guests that were staying above us.That did not go to sleep all night and let their children run in and out of the hallways.
- Joslyn (6/5): Mediocre, would not stay there again. - Easy to find. The breakfast room floor was sticky and didn’t seem that clean. Front desk staff was somewhat rude during check in and check out. Pool did not look clean so we did not use like we hoped to.
