- Omer (4/5): Disappointing - Breakfast was not good at all , it was disappointing Even i talk to reception guy explain him this issue of the food He said just talk to management or send an email Like he’s not part if the hotel , Imagine to eat pasta with meat in breakfast also it look like the food was not fresh And the number of corwasson and pie less number I don’t like to talk about good But when you pay for something and expect good quality and service definitely you’ll not be happy

Also Just know when catching their breakfast @10:00am, the guy will start removing food when you are serving yourselve,infact he will remove your favourite if he is ahead of you by one person. Watch out these restaurant guys from Rolla. Also note,No room service here.

- Muhammad (4/5): wont recommend it to anyone - nothing much reception staff was not friendly and was rude and not professional at all specially the ladies at reception .we were 2 friends and were only given one room key on insisting were told by reception that they cant give another key . room were very very old washing machines were like from 90”s and not working properly .pillow was damn hard and mattress not comfy at all .wont recommend it to anyone .

- Bidz (6/5): Excellent Location, Average Room, Poor Staffing - Location is a 5 minutes walk to Al Fahidi (Sharaf DG) metro. Spacious and maintained rooms. The staff was unaware about my booking, infact my messages on booking went un responded. Once at the counter they had to hunt for my booking. The staff did not seem happy doing their job. Also the Kitchen area lacked proper arrangements of appliances. I had to ask them to get me pans and pots to cook as they don't keep it ready on occupancy. No charging points close to bed and the points near study table were poorly allocated. Swimming pool was not temperature controlled and the timings set were out of my usage hours.. it's obvious for any travel to love around during the day while the pool or facilities to be available before the day starts and when the day ends.

And will be surely looking to book again. - Studio rooms are very comfortable and have all the facilities like kitchen with all utensils, big refrigerator, own, and stove. Very specious room with connection to other room also. Need a bit more cleanliness. No dental kit provided. Flush of the toilet was very low flow. Lights were not sufficient, some of them are not work.
- Sonam (2/5): do not stay - it’s located close to a lot of authentic food the room was originally booked for two and we had to add an extra person who was only there for 2 nights . the hotel charged for an extra person for all three nights and won’t budge. they didn’t provide any extra toiletries, pillows , sheets or bedding or even a towel for the third person in order to charge that extra amount and when told they said “you should have asked for it” well we did!!!! and we didn’t get it . I’ve traveled a lot and this was the worst experience I’ve had. good security guard but the management is not the best.
