- Robert (2/5): - The hotel lost power at around 6:00 pm friday night and it was not restored until around 11:00am the next day. We couldn’t use the bathroom only way it worked was using aa bucket of water. We had no ac and couldn’t sleep Friday night. We kept asking for answer and the hotel staff just kept saying one more hour . We missed our appointment due to we couldn’t shower and the wife couldn’t get dressed or get ready. We couldn’t iron our clothes , charge our phones etc..

The staff truly made the experience, every single person, from the front desk and housekeeping to the restaurant team and even the security guard at the gate, was courteous, polite, and incredibly helpful. The pool was clean and perfectly warm, and we loved that the restaurant staff brought out menus while we relaxed. The lemonade was especially refreshing, and the service overall was fast and excellent. Our room was comfortable, the AC was just right for a restful night’s sleep, and we especially appreciated the fully stocked minibar with great snack and drink options. Fast internet and a generous breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food options were the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

It’s beautiful quiet the swimming pool area great Overall it’s a four star hotel. It’s a perfect place if you want to stay in Sanluis Rio Colorado. You should also try the restaurant right across the hotel Chilaquiles El jefe, amazing . Good breakfast and an amazing prices. Overall amazing service.

Online it states the bar closes at 12am so I thought just maybe we will get some rest then I also called the front desk and they informed me they will close at 1am. Horrible. It’s a hotel for sleeping. The music was obnoxiously loud for such a small bar. Such a shame because I have family here and will visit them often but I will never ever stay here again.

But worst of all was the administration, non responsive to requests about getting facts straight, even getting an invoice proved a challenge. What a shame!
