El personal es muy amable y la atención es excelente. Solicité facturas y no hubo mayor problema. Necesita algo de mantenimiento. Los pisos de las habitaciones se notan desgastados. La cama, aunque cómoda, me resultó un poco cansada a lo largo de la noche.

• Corey (10/5): Durango is very touristy, this hotel is right in the heart of the city - I booked the suite, very nice view, also hotel is 1.5 blocks from Centro. Room service was same menu as restaurant and good, maybe 5% more expensive which is fine. Hotel spent much effort to help with tours and find someone to speak English to me even though I speak spanish. when checked out and waiting for drink at lounge it was very slow I had to cancel it before the uber came.

We had a couple of hiccups but the staff was on top of things! - Great location, beautiful view, great food, very clean, great air conditioning, amazing staff! The bed was very hard, made my back hurt, not comfortable at all. The hotel is a bit outdated!

She was very rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was unacceptable. Unfortunately because of her I will not be returning and I come from the United States and will inform others of this matter. Very unprofessional of her to act in this manner.
