• Jennifer (3/5): Appartement médiocre - L'appartement est très bien situé dans le centre ville. Pratique pour visiter à pieds et proximité avec les restaurants et centres d'intérêt de Cagliari. Les indications d'accès sont bonnes. Bonne réactivité lors des messages. L'appartement est très mal entretenu voire insalubre. Il y a de la moisissure sur les murs. Le nettoyage a été réalisé qu'au minimum, les lits sont propres, les surfaces aussi. Par contre, les tapis, les rideaux, la vaisselle, les tiroirs de la cuisine sont sales. Nous n'avons pas osé utiliser la cuisine dans ces conditions. Les équipements sont mal entretenus: les supports pour rouleaux WC ne tiennent plus, une étagère dans les WC menace de tomber. Les portes dans la salle de bain ferment mal. La main courante pour monter dans la mezzanine bouge. La sécurité n'est donc pas bonne.
• Ute (10/5): Perfectly located and well equiped. - The location is perfect, if you are travelling by car, take care you know about the parking situation, we arrived on a saturday evening and parked for days on a paid public car park, that was convinient but expensiv. We had a few questions during our stay and the response rate was perfect. We needed the heating system, and noise from the building site inside the house were o.k. We would visit again and really enjoyed our stay!
• Klaudia Machowska (9/5): - Spory apartament z klimatem, bardzo wygodne łóżka. dzieci bawiły się świetnie mając swoje łóżko na antresoli. W kuchni wszystko czego potrzeba. Lokalizacja w samym centrum Niestety bardzo mało miejsc parkingowych w okolicy. Trzeba mieć duże szczęście żeby móc zaparkować w poblizu. Nam się nie udało i trzeba było dojść piechotą jakieś 10-15 minut do auta. Warto to wiedzieć jeśli ktoś przyjedzie samochodem.

• Giovanna (10/5): Vacanza stupenda da ritornare. - Location in centro , posizione eccezionale per visitare la città. Casa silenziosa. Dotata di tutto ciò che serve sia in cucina che nelle camere da letto. Si potrebbero mettere in camera e in altri spazi ganci o appendi abiti.
• Mirko (8/5): Posizione ottima e un'accoglienza speciale da parte di Giorgia, sempre disponibile e risolutiva. - Soggiorno perfetto! Mi sono trovato benissimo in questo appartamento e lo consiglierei a chiunque. La posizione è eccellente, ideale per esplorare Cagliari comodamente a piedi. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Giorgia, che è stata fantastica: gentilissima e sempre disponibile per ogni mia richiesta. Durante il soggiorno l’ascensore ha avuto un guasto temporaneo, ma per me non è stato affatto un problema. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la reazione di Giorgia, che ha risposto immediatamente e si è attivata subito per farlo riparare. Il suo pronto intervento e la sua cura verso l'ospite fanno davvero la differenza. Tornerò sicuramente in questa struttura. Grazie ancora di tutto!

• valérie (8/5): - L appartement est très bien situé. Il est central Malheureusement il y a eu de gros travaux au dessus et nous avons été déranges de bonne heure le matin deux jours dé suite. Ce n était pas très agréable.

• Melodie (8/5): - Great location. Large living and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. Lots of restaurants within a 5 min walk. The hosts are very responsive. When I got there the internet was off and they came over right away and fixed it.
• John (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay Thank you for making it such a smooth process - Loved the location and the fact that it had two washrooms. It was dark. Bed upstairs doesn’t allow very much head room. Perhaps more condiments in kitchen.
• Silvija (6/5): Had some difficulties - It has great location, and the apartment itself is quite spacious. - The apartment is quite dark, as all windows lead to miniature inside-gardens. - When raining, water leaks into the apartment (in the living room through the balcony and in one of the bedrooms through the roof) - Shower has low water pressure and it’s not possible to adjust the height higher (stuck at low height, so you need to hold it in your hand, above your head, while showering) - Freezer is full of ice (needs defrosting) - WiFi disappeared a couple of times for at least 8 hours. - The host is responsive, but not that super helpful: e.g. when asked for two blankets and sheets, as it seemed to be missing, we’ve only received one blanket and two sheets. Then when WiFi disappeared we were asked to wait it out, both times. - No possibility to checkout later, when asked, it was communicated that the apartment is booked, but we could see it being available for booking on booking plaforms for that same day… - Not a lot of instructions overall. And we were staying for two weeks.

• Eva (10/5): A beauty in the middle of Cagliari - The apartment is very comfortable and in the same time artistic decorated and very beautiful . It’s situated in the middle of everything ,in a part of the old town. The bakery is next door for fresh bread in the morning , a lot of small shops with groceries few meters from the doorstep. It’s silent in the nighttime snd there is an elevator. Simona is a very nice and effective host who takes care of all your needs . Thank you so much Simona ! There are parking places close to the apartment , some you have to pay for , but it’s cheap.

• Irena (9/5): If in Cagliari, this apartement is a safe choice. - It is a nice loft apartement with great location. And a very friendly host! We had some problems with our rental car and she actually solved the problem! The fence on the balcony made some noise due to the wind which was a bit disturbing in the night.

Bonne communication avec le propriétaire (même si distant). - problème avec les clés pour l'ouverture de la porte du batiment, il fallait avoir le coup de main, et ca n'était pas pratique. Personne sur place pour nous montrer, j'ai dû voir avec la voisine, très sympathique.

• Dalia (8/5): Cool and comfortable for exploring the Cagliari - Perfect location to explore the city. We went on foot everywhere and were able to reach most of the city (From flamingos and the beech, to botanical garden and old town on the hill). The apartment has air-condition, so its cool and and nice to relax during siesta. The apartment is a bit dark and has district old building smell (which is not surprise as you are in the old town). We missed sunlight or any view from the windows, but it wasn't a deal-breaker as we spent majority time exploring.
