Les draps étaient propre Propreté, chauffage minimal et bruyant, pas suffisamment de lingerie pour le nombre de personnes, l'état des tapis

- Vanessa (8/5): It was great - Its clean It doesn’t offer breakfast
- Pierre (7/5): - Not far from where we had to be For the reason we needed to stay was great and convenient no problems
- Cameron (10/5): -
- Robert (7/5): Fulfilled our requirements. - The location reminded us of the travelers' motels that were present in the 1940's and 1950's in terms of layout and accommodations. Good basic accommodations with a convenient restaurant within a literal stone's throw of the room. The listing indicated a desk was in the room but what we found was a small work table - usable but not what we would have described as a "desk".
- Kastravel17 (7/5): - Price and cleanliness
- Donna (10/5): - The owner are nice the room was alright I liked the tile floor much better than carpeted The air conditioner needed cleaning
- Noriah (8/5): - The room is clean. The staff is very friendly. Courteous and helpful. The room is spacious.
The bath room needs to have the soap dish. No place to put shampoo and soap. We have to use the plastic cup to put the shampoo and soap on the floor.
Would like to suggest a towel bar in the bathroom which can help to steady oneself if the bathroom floor is slippery.
- Anna (8/5): - I was good!
- Thomas (10/5): Pleasant Hill motel is very pleasant - The place may look old, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is excellent. Also, there's a great diner a sport walk away.

- Randolph (8/5): - Very comfortable and quiet
- Barry (10/5): - Respectful to us and.very professional
- Dawne (9/5): - Clean King pillows were more of the decorative type. Flat and long. I had to fold in half to get comfortable, but it worked.
- Lori (8/5): - I’m not used to staying in a small motel, but they were very nice. Rooms were not readily available in the area so we were lucky to find something. They were very friendly and the rooms are decent for one night.
- Clarke (1/5): Terrible - NA Everything
- Jennifer (7/5): I will stay there again - It was clean and close to the venue I was attending It was clean
- Melido (8/5): - Wasn't bad at all considering the price was very cheap. Room was clean.
- Karen (8/5): - It is a bit run down, but clean and the service was excellent. I had a co-worker from the area tell me that it is where a lot of transient and homeless live. Kind of hard to believe it was on your website.
- Clemens (10/5): Nice little Road Side Motel - Even though this is a small road side motel it was comfortable, clean, and with a beautifully renovated bathroom. There was no coffee machine to brew your morning coffee but I was not expecting it as this is not like the standard hotel. Everything I needed was provided.
- Tracy (5/5): Cheap but you get what you pay for - Clean, convenient location, diner on property Very dated and worn furniture placed in room in a dysfunctional way, bed was too big for the space. Ice buckets but no ice machine? nonsmoking rooms had smell of stale cigarettes
- Emilio (2/5): - Towels were aged and yellow.
- Nailor (10/5): Peaceful and Close to all attractions! -
- Deborah (10/5): Met our needs. - Location
- Carol (10/5): - Ahmad is delightful and very responsive.
- sarah (10/5): - Was a very clean, quaint place. Perfect for the overnight stay. Very friendly manager.
- Luis (8/5): Nice - Place comfortable. Great price.
- Kenneth (9/5): Superb - It was clean and quiet
- Pellegrin (5/5): Passable - Had a diner right next door. Very run down, doesn't look like the pictures. Uneven floor, uneven pillows. Had trouble finding the light switches
- Season (1/5): Never again & rooms are way over priced - Didn’t receive no breakfast The navy blue fleece blankets had either human saliva or cum stains on them , the white flower blanket had more then one burn hole when it’s suppose to be a non smoking property , also the bathroom & second bedroom felt like 30 degrees where we couldn’t shower or sleep comfortably. The sockets were so old beside the the bed I was scared to even use them which we didn’t!!!! The doors are not secured & the owner will sure enough just walks in after TWO knocks & also leaves the door open the whole entire time they clean also letting more cold air in mind you when didn’t check in til 2am so why would the room need to be clean at 11am that morning? Everything about this place is false advertisement
- Rucker (5/5): Passable -
- Shaqwana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Renee (10/5): - The stay was great. The diner next door is convenient for a quick bite. The only negative feedback I have is the drain in the sink in the bathroom was slow.

- Theresa (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean It had several people living there permanently and was hanging out. I was afraid to leave my luggage there,so i kept it in the car. They were smoking weed outside.
- Kyle (6/5): - Great room , but I was disappointed to not get a bath , they have a beautiful shower, but it doesn’t have the ability to hold water.
- Martin (3/5): Skip this place under all circumstances. - There was nothing notable of a positive experience at this place. The room smelled like an ashtray. The people living at the hotel were very sketchy. The bathroom sink was falling off the wall and leaking. The bathroom temperature was 40° and there was no hot water. The bed was from the 1970s and the mattress Was extremely uncomfortable. Although this place was inexpensive, I wouldn’t stay there again if it was free. The only good thing was the diner next-door, which had great food and a friendly staff.
- Madi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joseph (10/5): Overnight stay for a wedding in the area, entire place inside and out were clean. - Convenient location , clean, great Diner next door. Nothing
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional - that the room was clean everyday and they fixed the shower leak. but the bathroom sink water didn't drain out good
- charles (8/5): - Very responsive
- Jon (10/5): - Granted, this is an older property. However, it was in good condition. It was clean and is ran by a family who is committed to make your stay the best it can be!
- Shan (7/5): Good -
- Paul (7/5): Good - N/A
- Richard W (10/5): - Pleasant little farm community ... nice dinner next door and a pizza-place just down the road.
- Wellen (6/5): It helped a lot in our rest from the trip, I booked 3 hours before arriving and for a very good price, but the facilitie - Spacious bed, private bathroom. The carpet was wet and had a bad musty smell, the toilet clogged very easily, we couldn't put toilet paper in it and we didn't know it.
- Ioan (8/5): Very good -
- Bradley (8/5): Very good -
- Martha (2/5): Very poor - Diner next door is excellent Dirty, smelled weird, bed wasn't comfortable, locks on the room doors were not adequate.
- David (8/5): - Hand holds should be added to the shower
- Paul (8/5): Good place to stop for the night. - I wasnt expecting much when i arrived. The outside was defnately questionable, but the room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The price was a little high, but i assume it's because it's the only place in the area. The state police arrived at one point to break up some situation, but I assume that was a guest issue, not a motel issue.
- george (8/5): - Clean quiet except for air conditioner
- Emma (6/5): Pleasant -
- JOSE (10/5): - Good
- Barbara M (4/5): - seems to have gone downhill since we were there 2 years ago
- Zack (7/5): Good - Convenient location, very good price, reasonably clean. We had two beds (reserved a room with two full-size) - one king size and very soft, the other not even a full-length double and very hard. Also, there was no chain or deadbolt on the door, which was a bit of a concern (the door did lock fine).
- Seabrooks (9/5): Superb - Bed Clean
- Kelle (2/5): Would not recommend it stay here again. - It was close to the venue for the party we attended and allowed a one night stay. It was not clean. Furniture, sheets and bedding were old and worn. Towels old and worn. Person who checked us in was not pleasant.
- Peter (4/5): - The room was fine, and generally clean. My main issue was I found a single live bug on the bed right when I arrived. I killed it, but then saw two more bugs crawling on a fleece blanket inside the bedding. I balled up the bedding and took it to the manager, who replaced all of it. I did not see any more bugs (I thoroughly checked under the mattress and near the wall), but was kind of paranoid about sleeping there. The bugs were not bedbugs or cockroaches. It has been over a week and I was not bitten, so I think I'm okay, but I will not stay there again because of this issue.
- Gary (9/5): Old School Updated Nicely - 3 minute walk to Odesa Diner, an excellent place for all meals. Refrigerator and microwave. Nice bed. Quiet at night. Easy parking at room door. Easy access from highway. The motel is old, but updated. It sits back from the highway, sound is not a problem. Utterly magnificent tree. Nice to sit outside in the summer evening.
- David (6/5): This property doesn't pas the eye test as you arrive, but the room was clean, beds were comfortable. - The room was clean. The bathroom facilities all functioned properly. The bed was firm and comfortable. The room design was out of date and the furniture was old and worn. The television was difficult to use.
- Gerald (8/5): An alternate to "big name" hotlels in the area - This is an old roadside motel but met our needs for a brief stay. No ammenities but if all you need is a good bed & shower to tide you over, this will save you $$. The owners speak very litte English but their college-age kids do!
- Theadora (4/5): Disappointing - Water bottle was provided. A hair dryer was provided. The motel was 5 minutes away from where I needed to be. The water had a smell of metal. The sheets and pillow cases had a bad odor of oily hair possible from other people. The refrigerator wasn’t cold enough. One chair was so worn out that I would not sit on it. There’s no where in the shower to put shampoo or conditioner bottle down on. The bottom drawer of dresser near refrigerator was broken. The back bedroom wasn’t warm enough to sleep as heater couldn’t reach it. The heater/air-conditioner unit was annoying and kept me up as it kept going on and off too much. The office table still had furniture cleaner on it and had to get a worker to wipe it down and for the first day I couldn’t put anything on the wet slick table. The bed was
so-so and uncomfortable. The front office smells like mildew.
- Craig (7/5): it served my purpose - i didnt get breakfast noisy ac and bad location of ac
- Armah (7/5): Good -
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (2/5): Just Don't Stay - Clean bathroom
Clean sheets Booked a non- smoking room, it clearly wasn't. Owner was leaving room with air diffuser as we arrived.
No other rooms.
Lamps cracked, stained.
Holes in wall.
Holes in curtains.
Heater vents broken, couldn't change direction of heat.
Window filthy. Heavy dust on floor lamp base.
It stunk. $105 fot this!
Place should be inspected.
When I told the owner it smelled and was dirty he said "too bad".
Worst place we've ever stayed.
- Marcus (7/5): Good -
- Dawne (9/5): Reasonable updated room in a convenient location. 20 miles from Dover. - Very clean updated room. Convenient location next to an outstanding eatery "Odessa Diner". No coffee maker but there is a diner next door.
- Vic (10/5): Perfect for a quick stop nights rest - Clean and comfortable. Perfect for a stop over for good nights rest. All good
- Jurgen (8/5): Very good - Nice location next to the road I travelled. The Odessa Diner offers an excellent breakfast.
- James (10/5): It was perfect for me. - The location, convenient to the bowling alley and the YMCA. The shower head(water pressure) was not the greatest.
- Brian (10/5): Affordable option with less amenities than a chain while still offering a safe clean comfortable - For the price it was great. It’s not a 5 star chain hotel with pool, gym, conf center but it’s not priced like it at twice the cost either. So they get top rating for good location, affordable, safe location, comfortable bed, and clean rooms. No real complaints
- Nicole (6/5): - We stayed there a few nights, the last night we stayed- we noticed a live rat in our room and the owner tried blaming us for “leaving the door open” when we were getting our stuff in our room even though we never left the door open as we were right outside the door at all times and never seen a rat go inside our room. The owner did give us a new room though, which was nice since we had a small child. The new room we got had a very loose shower head and the water was burning hot and wouldn’t cool down, I had to turn it off and on to get the temp set just right. Other than that, it was a very quiet and very clean place to sleep.
- Beth (7/5): Comfortable and great diner next door! - Bed was very comfortable, close to town with shops and restaurants, great diner next door. Chairs outside each room. Newly painted/remodeled buildings and rooms were nice. Outside areas could use some improvements, parking was a bit tight but overall it was a decent place for a one night stay.
- Christopher (10/5): - A very nice place was well satisfied with the room and the price
- Kelly (10/5): - The king size mattress needs a new one and the tv is hung Crooked.
- Kevin (3/5): Poor -
- John (6/5): Pleasant -
