- Zong Sheng, Tyler (8/5): Very good location and room size for a small family at this cheap price. - Very cheap price-point considering the location of the hotel and also size of room. Room is relatively clean as well. Every level has got water dispenser (hot/cold) for you to refill water if required. Very good food options just downstairs at walkable distance. Parking lot was also available in front and side of hotel. Walls between rooms are rather thin. Any noise can be heard prominently between adjacent rooms and also corridor passer-bys. Can hear TV sound playing in the room just beside mine. Very basic amenities in the room is expected for the amount paid.

- GOH (10/5): I will stay here again - Reception staff is very helpful. Last min I would like to book in 1 more room next night. She is very polite and told me to wait a while and she will settle for me while she needs to finish up another customer documentation. Very strategic location away from noisy sounds. Easy to walk to shops to walk around.

- Hong Guan (5/5): - Location The hotel requires a cash deposit and issues a receipt, which must be returned to receive a refund. Unfortunately, my partner took the receipt with her and had already left, and the staff initially insisted that no refund could be made. This deposit system needs improvement. Nonetheless, they eventually refunded my deposit after I showed a photo of the receipt. We stayed in a second-floor room facing the roadside with a window, and it was quite noisy when vehicles sped past. We were woken up several times by the noise. Apart from this, everything else was acceptable.

- Henry Voon (1/5): My wife and me exhausted after the trip as we cannot sleep well over the night in the hotel room - location is good, walking distance to eatery and fashion shops in mount Austin area. Soundproof is really bad. Basically cannot sleep tight over the night, as the door banging sound is from everywhere. clearly can hear chit chat sound when people pass by the room.

The name 1 Million brings good luck. :) the noise from the road outside was too much on sat night. The windows could not seal off the noise. I was woken up many times from loud car engine sounds. they should really think about putting on double layer window to block off the noise from outside. if I choose the room that faces the other side, I will be looking at a back lane, garbage dump area. Not ideal. so yes everything was good but the lack of noise reduction is a big bummer.

- Chee Wee, Ryan (1/5): Did NOT Sleep Well due to Bad Sound Insulation. - Staff was polite and tried their best to help. We requested for extra pillows due to my neck issue but unfortunately they were only able to provide 1 extra only due to policy. Room was good enough for an overnight stay, with 2 bedside tables and not too small. We just wanted an overnight stay and didn't expect much. But little did we know that the sound insulation of the room is so bad. Our room was 105 and it was located in the middle of the corridor and we could hear people talking when they pass by. The room's window faced the road and OMG, we could hear every car pass by as if we're standing by the road. Whenever we were about to fall asleep, a car drove by and woke us up. Needless to say, we did NOT sleep well at all. For the price, we really didn't expect much, just wanted a place that is quiet to sleep and it didn't fulfill our basic expectation.

- Jason (6/5): - Room was clean but soundproofing was terrible. The water sound from the toilet was constantly on and the sound of cars from the carpark downstairs can be heard all the time.
- Han (6/5): Functional but not great - Good location. Not well maintained. Has a musky smell, super loud car noises from the hotel room. Walls are thin, I can hear my “neighbours” giggling in the middle of the night.
