• Mohd Idham (6/5): - Overall, the hotel was good. However, I don’t understand why the air conditioning can only be set to 20°C. When my mother and I stayed overnight, the room was very hot, and we had to open the window because the air circulation was poor. I also read another guest’s comment mentioning that the air conditioning is fixed at a certain temperature, and it turned out to be true. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable and did not fully enjoy my stay here. Location
• CHIA (8/5): Overall a pleasant stay. - Strategic location within the China Town. Walking distance to local eateries and amenities like bank & pharmacies. Bathroom is really small. Room is not quite soundproof, can hear people talking from the next room.

• Dewi (7/5): Overall ok.. - At first i got room 209..i love the room..the water heater and the aircond..even do the room kinda small for 2 person and only have 2 plug point available..then i have to changed to room 205 because the aircond leaking..thanks to the maintenance who advised us to change the room..the staff very friendly and helpful The water heater in room 205..the room (205 & 209) abit small for 2 person..especially if you have big bag the space kinda limited..not enough plug point (make sure to standby extension plug)

• Chan (4/5): - 员工服务员很好 一开始服务员很好大厅高贵我们就住进去很开心后来到了半夜抓来抓去身体很痒就不要管很累照样睡'，一整晚都没有怎样休息没想到早上起来看到洗手盘和咖啡杯和梳妆台床边全部都是有蚂蚁小小只的房间有蚂蚁咬到我们睡觉不舒服早上还想吃的早餐倒回来睡都不敢了发觉身体被咬到痒就迟退房了

• Sandro (7/5): Mediocre. Towels of dubious cleanliness - We hoped reception could assist with finding a taxi that could take us and our two bicycles to Johor Bahru. They said they had no idea and could not provide any assistance. Once we searched on the internet and found two taxi companies they half-heartedly helped by ringing them up and making an appointment.

• Linda (6/5): overall it's a great option to stay there, definitely need to in proof the hydraulic door hinge - convenient, there's pharmacy, convenient store, fruit store, eatery within walking distance, car parks are available though it is open concept, all staffs are helpful and friendly. There's no room slipper, called to ask and found they do not provide. However, it is available upon request but chargeable at MYR2.00 which I think it's fine, told the staff I'll get the from the counter on my way out which they offered to send, since I'll be going soon and will be passing by the counter, save the trouble I politely declined but they sent it immediately before I could even get ready to go out which surprises me of their good hospitality. basic breakfast provided, there's no egg dish but it is available upon request yet again it is chargeable because they provide economic breakfast, which I think it's fair and good enough with what they have. almost to NIL sound proof from door slamming, the door is heavy and when it shuts it sounds like slamming the door and you can hear it constantly due to guests going in and out and sometimes late at night and very early in the morning, not good for light sleeper.

Basic items such as toiletries were also not provided for. Shower was not ‘hot’ even when turned to the max. Breakfast menu can be improved.

• Meichan34 (8/5): Reasonable stay overall - The location is good..and if you need some basics, the convenience store is just around the corner. The room was of good size with sufficient amenities. Just dont forget to bring your own toothbrush. All the soap and shampoo needed are there. Kettle, cups, coffee & tea are provided. There was a group having event at the hotel, all of them came for breakfast that other guests don't have seats to have their breakfast. It was rather unfair, especially when others come for business and need to catch a time too. They don't bother to add extra tables. They should just have a separate room for this big group to have their breakfast than all of them occupy the whole restaurant with no empty seats for other guests in the hotel. Noisy group at the room hallway too. So not happy about this.
• Pejai (4/5): Not worth the price - Lobby is decorated nicely, other then that, not worth the price. Facility is old, amenities very minimal. Only provide tissue and shower gel, nothing else. Frequest traveller here, and not going to come back for the same price. Food was good on first day, probably because there is a group meeting held here but very limited choice available. However, another day only serve plain white rice with one dish. The stay is okay but I believe the price should be reviewed, it should be at least 40-50% less compared to alternative hotel (ie ibis) given the lack of services available.
