• Alejandro (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Location was convenient if you are looking to explore Krabi City Bed sheets were full of stains and mould. We asked for replacement sheets which were better but not great. Shower head was full of rust and overall the room looked old and not taken care of

Dostali jsme nejspíš starší pokoj, zařízení značně opotřebené, v koupelně opadávala omítka a různé fleky na dlažbě a obkladech. Na fotkách pokoje působili mnohem nověji a čistěji. Špinavé a zašlé ručníky, museli jsme nechat vyměnit.

• Rafal (9/5): - Very comfortable beds, all clean and nice and the room was a very good size for a family of 3. Surprisingly it wasn't noisy at all. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Not directly central, but just 10m8ns walk from the night market, and 5mins to a really good specialty coffee place. Defenitely good value for money. Nothing to complain.

• Alexis (6/5): - Personnel à l'écoute pour trouver des solutions et accueil agréable. Petit commerce, restaurant et port pour aller visiter les îles juste à côté. Le service de location de véhicule, je le déconseille : véhicule vieux, mal entretenu et personnel pas agréable, j'aurais été seule cela ne m'aurait pas dérangé mais avec ma petite famille compliqué de la mettre en danger... Chambre qui mérite une petite mise à niveau.

• Gabriela (9/5): Great value for money, clean and comfy - Honestly, this place surprised me in a good way. The café downstairs became my go-to every morning: solid coffee and not overpriced, which is always a win. My room was super clean, the bathroom looked newly redone, and there was enough space. I was up on the fourth floor, and the elevator was insanely fast—like, press the button and it’s already there. Location-wise, you’ve got a 7-Eleven right across the street and it’s an easy 15-minute walk to the city center and night markets. Only minor issues: the AC cools really well but doesn’t chill out when it hits the set temp, so it got a bit too cold at night. And the safety chain on the door is weirdly tough to open, which isn’t ideal if you ever needed to get out quickly. But honestly? For the price, it’s a great spot and I’d stay again without thinking twice

Wir waren letztendlich nur für eine Nacht dort, um die Weiterreise zu überbrücken. Kissen waren teilweise nicht sauber/fleckig und es war alles recht hellhörig.

• Handley (1/5): Horrendous - Not much Horrendous traffic noise, there may as well have been no windows and doors!, air con uncontrollable, either full on or off. Asked for a taxi to be arranged for transfer to our next hotel but the receptionist booked us on a tour!! Instead of three hours we were out all day!! Completely unnecessary, would not recommend.

• Muntaha Farzana (10/5): - Loved the staff. All were friendly and warm. Amenities and view was great. The food stalls around go off by 9/10pm.
• TIersHasie (8/5): Really affordable hotel, fairly clean, basic and comfortable. Recommended for budget conscious! - Yes it's a bit of a walk to some of the major attractions in Krabi but they have a secure car park in the back with CCTV and you can still use grab etc. Front desk mostly staffed with extended hours. There's even a small cafe out front making good coffee. No 5 stars because: 1) I purchased coffee and snacks from the stand everyday of my stay, never did they give me a discount. I later realised after checkout I had to hand in the 10% voucher, but why? Surely they should just apply it for guests when I talk to the cafe owner everyday. 2) Sheets and towel are pretty thin, but that's ok, it's not too pricey at 800thb a night give or take 3) The door to the balcony didn't seal well and one evening burning rubbish smell permeated all through the room, up until then I was thinking what a steal for 800thb 4) Because the toilet sliding door doesn't have any curtains your room will likely show A LOT of natural light in the morning if you're sensitive to that and a late sleeper pack your eye mask 5) Road noise was fine and mosque no problems, but they can supply you ear plugs if you need and haven't packed any yourself

• Anonymous (8/5): Comfortable accommodation in Krabi - The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a fast-paced street, but with the air conditioning on and the windows closed, you can't hear the traffic. It's close to nearby attractions like the crab statue or the night market. Only one thing, when I asked about transport and the cost of the service at a specific time and day, we received information about the price, unfortunately when ordering transport it turned out that after a specific hour the transport is more expensive, the so-called night tariff, which no one warned us about in advance, it's a pity that no one mentioned it in advance, there would be no surprise.

Cozy King bed, excellent AC and shower, impeccably clean and quiet. Attentive, helpful and friendly staff. A very pleasant 1k walk to the weekend walking street / night market which is a must attend! Nothing.

• Rares (10/5): Amazing but too short. - Close to Krabi’s night market and some other attractions. Nothing to do with the hotel itself or the employees. It is about rude guests which were shutting their doors closed, very loud.
• Shaznay (8/5): Very clean good hygiene, friendly staff, local, good food near by, a little loud but that depends on neighbours not the - The cafè downstairs, they do motorbike renting on site, very good housekeeping, close to beach and night market, 711 near by, lift to carry suitcases etc, clean toilets, very nice security guard, free parking, map around the town The mattresses felt abit cheap with springs not comfy if you have bad back. Children stay in building too, with no sound proofing it can be abit annoying

• Joanne (8/5): Lovely place for a short stay - Big clean rooms were much nicer than they looked in the photos The room was incredibly loud, at night either the aircon was on and rattling, or it was off and emitting a high pitched hum. The walls are also very thin so could clearly hear the music coming from next door. Ear plugs were supplied though, and it wouldn’t bother a heavy sleeper

• Magdalena (9/5): Well stay Hotel - Overall experience was great. The room was clean and we got fresh towels and new utilities (shower gel/shampoo/ soap) every day. The room is also spacious, enough space to store the luggage. We enjoyed the stay so we extended our stay. Great rain shower with good water pressure! Friendly and honest staff. The hotel is located 15-20 min walking distance to night markets and river front. One of the maids hit our rental motorbike while parking backwards and it got damaged. Before we even noticed they alerted the rental company and arranged an insurance agent who came to take pictures. They covered all the cost and we got back the full deposit! There were some stains on the bedsheets from drying outside but they smelled fresh!

• Ozorastars (10/5): Great service from the reception desk - I stayed for 2 nights and received excellent service from two reception ladies. They are really nice and helped me a lot. They helped me to order special trips with low prices and coordinated the time and service a lot. I have a lot of foreign currencies and they helped me well-managed the best spending during the two days. What impressed me a lot was their patience and the attidude to provide best solutions to the customers. I really miss you and will recommend my friends to come as well. None.
