• N N (3/5): Not good - Nothing Very small rooms n basic amenities too missing
• Austin (1/5): I would avoid staying here. - The hotel had a convenient location with a nice view of the forests. The staff was challenging to work with. I was originally supposed to stay from June 15 to 19. However, on June 16 I realized I'd have to depart a day early because of an unforeseen emergency. When I spoke to the hotel front desk at that time, the staff member on duty told me that this change would be fine and I just needed to submit a request through Booking.com. However, my Booking.com request was rejected the following day, without explanation. When I approached the front desk on June 18 about resolving this issue, the manager refused to make any accommodations and made me pay for the full June 15-19 stay, even though I was checking out a day early. He also declined to call the corporate office when I asked repeatedly.

• Dhanuka (5/5): Passable - The location is good. The staff were really good. Washroom utensils were very very bad. Buckets and all were sticky. All the chair tables made noise, the almirah was broken. The water served in the bottles was dirty. The dental kit was not sealed.

• SVR (8/5): - Nice location, friendly staff especially front office and the Manager. The place is quiet and rooms very spacious. Need to improve breakfast options also the staff at breakfast need to be more brisk and prompt- they were very slow and sleepy on all the days I stayed!
• Pratik (4/5): The only hotel in Tura and there is no escape - The only hotel in Tura and there is no escape. High prices compared to the facilities available.
• DEBANANDA (6/5): - The hotel did not have our booking confirmation that was done on line through your portal. However, they were nice enough to accommodate us as rooms were available. Net connectivity was very poor and therefore we could not confirm our booking to them even after informing them of our Confirmation No. which is 8076085019816. Next day the net connectivity improved and I could inform your portal of our problem. I was told that the problem arose as the Hotel Polo Orchid had changed their e-mail ID without informing hotel.com which the Manager of the hotel flatly denied. Our stay at the hotel otherwise was quite comfortable. Also, hotel did not have much information on places of tourist interest in and around Tura.
