• Sabine (6/5): Ok hotel voor max 2 nachten - De grootte vd kamers, de netheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het lawaai van andere gasten. Er werd veel geroepen in de gangen. Lange tijd wachten op het eten 's avonds. Er zijn geen parasols aan het zwembad. Zoveel vers fruit aanwezig in het land en toch waren de cocktails niet echt lekker.

• Laurent (8/5): Malheureusement mauvaise expérience - L’hôtel est sympa et il y a de nombreux équipements, piscine, salle de sport, spa et restaurant. Le petit-déjeuner offre un large choix et le personnel est accueillant et attentionné. C’est une très bonne option pour une étape ou un transfert entre 2 villes. C’est un grand hôtel qui accueille des groupes scolaires. Une grande salle de réception se trouve au deuxième étage, où étaient également situées nos chambres (la nôtre, la première après la salle de réception). Malheureusement, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à cet étage et l’expérience a été très désagréable. Lors de la première soirée, une fête avait lieu à notre étage : le bruit dans les couloirs a été incessant jusque tard dans la nuit, puis de nouveau dès l’aube. La deuxième soirée, bien qu’il n’y ait pas d’événement dans la salle, les nuisances sonores dans les couloirs ont continué toute la nuit. Il serait souhaitable de réserver cet étage aux groupes de jeunes et d’installer les autres clients dans des zones plus calmes de l’hôtel.

The highlight was the stunning infinity pool, offering breathtaking sunset views, the perfect spot to unwind with one of their excellent cocktails. The room was nicely designed, comfortable, and well maintained, adding to the overall relaxing experience. A great choice for anyone looking for style, comfort, and a good location not far from the airport.

• Nayarith (10/5): Excelente estadía en Puerto Princesa - El hotel tiene una terraza muy bonita para aprovecharla al atardecer, también tuvimos la oportunidad de pagar una sesión de masajes en el spa a muy buen precio. El desayuno es delicioso y variado y en general el personal fue muy amable, nos ayudaron a recibir el equipaje mientras andábamos de tour porque la aerolínea nos lo envió tarde. Todo nos gustó!

Room service was very efficient as well and the restaurant had plenty of choices to suit all taste buds Everything was great, my only one little thing was my room was right by the children’s play area so it was a bit noisy during the day.

• Nadia (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpfull and welcoming, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We stayed here for two weeks. I traveled with my three children and they absolutely loved staying here. They especially enjoyed the pool and the playroom, which made the experience even more enjoyable for our whole family. They also have a gym, which was great bonus :) :) Overall, this was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would happily return. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a nice variety. However, I have two children with gluten allergies, and this made the options more limited for them. We also noticed that the same utensils were sometimes used for both gluten-free and regular items, which made it difficult for my children to safely enjoy the food. As a result, they mostly had eggs and fruit. This is a relatively small detail, but worth being aware of for families with allergies. The prices at the restaurant and bar were slightly higher compared to other places. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room could have been better, as it was either too cold or too warm. The staff did try to fix this, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it didn’t fully improve. Around the pool area, there was occasionally a slight smell of urine. The surface appears to be grass rather than tiles, which may make it more challenging to keep the area as clean and fresh as expected. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would still recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The Hotel is also close to the airport which made the one day transfer in Puerto Princessa enjoyable. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great. There is a mall close to the Hotel which is an advantage.

What really made the experience special was how accommodating and helpful the team was, especially when I needed a late checkout. They handled my request smoothly and without any hassle, which made a big difference to my travel plans. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind throughout. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall service is dependable. But it’s the willingness to help that truly stood out for me.
