- Bryce (10/5): Perfect Uchisar choice - This is a phenomenal property in the best location. Uchisar is charming. Away from the business of Goreme, but still very accessible, We walked the Pigeon Valley to Goreme on the first day. The views of the lit up sandstone at night was amazing. The family cave suite was perfect. The front desk employee gave us a detailed itinerary for our day-trip of the area. Breakfast was amazing. You will not regret this choice

The room was clean, spacious, and felt luxurious. The view facing the hills was stunning, especially at night when the lights on the surrounding mountains and caves were turned on. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Hamidah, who assisted us with information and booking the hot air balloon. Our room for 5 people had 2 bathrooms, both very large and beautifully designed. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended! Nothing

- DAYLIN Milagros (10/5): este hotel deben de subirlo de categoría a 4 estrellas fue todo espectacular. - La ubicación del hotel mejor imposible, tenía unas vistas preciosas desde el balcón de la habitación al Valle Pasabag y al Castillo uchisar, el desayuno fue el mejor de los 6 Hoteles en los que estuve por mi recorrido en Turquía. La atención del personal del Hotel fue como sentirse en familia, personas preocupadas por nuestro retorno ya que las carreteras estaban nevadas y era peligroso, la chica de la recepción del pelo rizo no recuerdo su nombre es encantadora nos regaló una caja de dulces antes de irnos, hablaba un inglés perfecto y en Whatapp hacía el intento por escribirnos en español, este Hotel deberían subirlo de categoría, cuando vuelva a Capadoccia no dudaré en volver alojarme ahí. They replied quickly on WhatsApp and were happy to sort out whatever we needed, from extra fans to additional toiletries. The Turkish breakfast was solid, and the dining space had a warm, homely vibe that you don’t usually get in standard hotels. We booked the Family Room with Terrace, and bro, the space was amazing. Two proper bedrooms, plenty of room for a couple and three kids, and the whole layout felt huge and really comfortable. The team also helped us arrange private transport at reasonable rates, which made planning our days much easier. Every staff member we met, from the reception to the kitchen, carried themselves with such friendliness that it felt like everyone there worked as one big family. Overall, it was a relaxing stay for us, a nice slow pace away from the rush of city life. None

Hamida even gave us a gift to bring home. The room was very beautiful, aesthetic , and clean. Breakfast so yummy, we could not stop eating. Nothing . Maybe they can fix the shower.

- XUAN (10/5): 非常惊喜和让人暖心的体验！ - 这次来卡帕旅行，挑选的这家酒店体验感非常好，太让我们惊喜了！因为有车，所以并没有选择最热门的格雷梅小镇，而是住在了四五公里之外的乌齐希萨尔小镇，酒店的位置就在一条很干净的主街上，车子直接停在路边就行。第一天从IST机场开了9个小时的车，到酒店已经快晚上十点了，所以对入住环境都没有细看，倒头就睡。第二天5点起床去追了热气球，开车到玫瑰谷大约15分钟，非常方便。大约8点左右回到酒店吃早饭，从这时起逐渐对这家酒店的好有了实感。首先就是早餐，得到了我们一行人的一致好评！用餐空间就在一楼大堂，宽敞明亮，早餐品类虽然没有非常多，但着实足够品尝了，各类面包和特色的烘焙小吃，配菜选择也很多，很喜欢咖啡和红茶，哦对了酸奶搭配果酱超棒，还吃到了当地特色的炒蛋。阳光透过落地窗撒在桌边，满满的幸福感，导致后面的每一天我们都对早餐有了期待哈哈哈。再说房间，这次定了个洞穴风格的家庭房，空间超级大，一张超大床+三张小床，外加两个卫生间，虽然在地下二楼，却一点都不会闷，客厅东面的墙正对着室外，落地门打开就是无敌的鸽子谷美景，早上直接在房间看日出！还能在酒店露台远远观赏热气球，实在是太棒了。插播一句我们这三天在卡帕运气不错，天气非常好，酒店的每一处都沐浴在阳光下，可以说哪哪都是风景。最后说一下酒店的工作人员，每个人都好友善呀，基本上有求必应。那几天跟酒店的老板——一个金色卷发的女士，也有很多交流，她是一个非常温柔细心的人，对住客很照顾，临走时还给我们送了小礼物，超级贴心。我想当我回到卡帕，我一定还会选择基斯塔酒店，同时也会把它推荐给我所有的朋友！ 房间里的wifi速度可以提升一下；主卧洗手间的台盆水龙头会往台面的左侧渗水（没有影响到我们使用）。除此以外一切都很好。

- Victoria (10/5): Best hotel in Cappadocia - We had an fantastic stay at Kistar cave hotel. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and had a family suite with a terrace. First of all to the location of the hotel, it’s absolutely perfect, directly over the pigeon valley and in the centre of Uchisar, next to the castle, cafes and shops and still very quiet in comparison to Goreme which is 5-7 minutes drive away and really full and crowded. In the morning there’s a magnificent Turkish breakfast with home made jams, Joghurt, bread and pastry, also cheese, turkey ham etc. served on the terrace with stunning views! Early in the morning you can see the hot air balloons over Goreme, it’s just amazing. The suite was very spacious, immaculately clean and lovely decorated. The hotel has a very unique and authentic atmosphere and is absolutely family friendly. The kitchen ladies were very helpful and attentive, especially to kids and tried to fulfil every wish. Ali and Hamida were always extremely responsive for any questions, reservations and tour recommendations. Last but not least, since we had to leave early in the morning, we were offered a takeaway breakfast and the kids even got a sweet surprise, what a lovely gesture! Thank you so much! Nothing

Since our room was made by natural cave , depends on where bad is place, small dirt can find on the bed.

Staff was very helpful and their day Manager Ms. Hamida was very kind and supoortive, and negotiated for us a very good price for Balloon ride operators. She also guided and adviced us on renting a car and drew a map for must see places for us. We had a very early morning checkout and Ms. Hamida made sure we get our breakfast packed and ready for us to take. Wish we had more time to stay at this peaceful place. Nothing, everything was just great.

- Kate (10/5): Absolutely stunning hotel!!!!! - Absolutely stunning hotel from the outside and in (Google maps doesn't do the hotel justice) The rooms, lobby and dining areas were all tastefully decorated and furnished with beautiful artefacts. The location was perfect- with views of Uchisar Castle from the terrace and the hot air balloons at sunrise. Our room overlooked more of the caves carved out of the Tufa rock- simply stunning. The family room was absolutely luxurious. Our children (14 years and 11 years) loved staying in the 'cave' and there was ample room for us all- two large bathrooms, bedrooms and a large sitting area. Staff were friendly, helpful and super informative. The breakfast was lovely - fresh and a variety of dishes. We were very well looked after during our stay and we would thoroughly recommend the hotel. Nothing.

- Georgios (10/5): A great base to explore Cappadocia, starting each day with an incredible home-like breakfast. - The breakfast was outstanding. It all felt home-made, with the fresh yoghurt, the greens, the grilled seedless olives, and the freshly baked cheese pie. The scrambled eggs were in two flavors, with a protein and a vegetable option, and both had local character. The staff gave us excellent guidance on sights to see, and the hotel itself is beautiful, authentic, with great views and a great location, 5 minutes from Uchisar castle. We really liked everything but there were a couple of very minor annoyances. First, there were roadworks just outside the hotel that we didn't know about at the time of booking. They were progressing fast, so maybe they're done when others will book. Second, there were a couple of small disadvantages to our choice to stay in a cave room, but they were minor compared to the experience of complete silence and steady temperature. For context, the hotel has a few cave rooms (I think about 3 out of the 11 total?) and we chose to stay in one of them. Cave rooms can naturally produce dust and small flakes from time to time; none fell on our bed during the two nights we stayed there, but some fell on the unused spare bed. If there was a net above the bed, that would have given us peace of mind. Another side-effect of cave rooms is that you have no mobile service signal, because the thick walls block it. The wi-fi service in the room was excellent and high-speed, however the antenna for the wifi was right next to the bed, within centimeters of our heads; it would have been better if the antenna for the wifi was on the other side of the room, away from our heads.

- Yadav (10/5): Best and worth it. - Kistar is the best hotel with most scenic views in Uchisar area. The room we got had the best view of mountains, valley and balloons in the early morning. The breakfast was very yummy and had lots of options. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The suite was having all the facilities and we got best cave experience in the room. It is located at very peaceful place with excess of taxi and bus. I would like to thank Hameeda who treated us like family and her support was constant throughout the stay. We also got small gift from them and we liked it. My words are less to describe this experience in Kistar hotel. Nothing

Die Lage ist sehr schön und man kann vieles zu Fuß besichtigen. Das personal ist enorm freundlich und das Frühstück alles was man will mit einer tollen Aussicht. Unser Zimmer war sauber und sehr angenehm. Meine Schwester vermisste das Fernsehen und ein ganz körper spiegel was für mich nicht wichtig war weil alles andere perfekt war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

They introduced the whole Capadocia tour to us in detail and welcomed us very warmly. The cave room was just exceptional and unbelievable - a fantastic experience to sleep inside - really like a baby!!!! Feels really comfortable! I definitely recommend everyone visiting Capa to stay here, it’s a much less busy town comapres to Goreme, with excellent restaurants and convenient transportation around, and I definitely recommend to drive around as towns and attractions are really close if you have a car. Once again, We love this place! I have nothing to say in this part. Everything is just perfect!

Petit bémol, le réceptionniste de nuit qui ne maitrisait quasiment pas l'anglais, avec qui nous communiquions par le biais d'un traducteur internet, même pour des choses simples.

We initially booked it for just 1 night, but ended up staying for 4! The hotel is absolutely stunning and beautifully designed. The rooms are warm, cozy, and very comfortable. It’s incredibly quiet — yet perfectly located. We had a car and were so happy we chose to stay here instead of Göreme. The breakfast was delicious and varied every morning. The main room where breakfast is served is so nice as well, welcoming and well decorated. The breakfast was delicious with a special wow for the rose petals marmalade and the home made orange marmalade. Over the hosts are so kind and welcoming. They make the stay unforgettable. - Syed nayyar abbas (10/5): Jewel of Uchisar, 10 mins from Goreme - Amazing location with valley views in the heart of Uchisar, 10 mins from Goreme. 5 minutes walk from Uchisar Castle. You can enjoy the Goreme balloons from the terrace depending upon wind direction. Family run business. Very helpful and supportive staff. They let us check in 11 hours in advance at 3 am. without any extra cost. Hotel and rooms are aesthetically decorated. Great breakfast options. Actual hotel is better than what it looks in picture. Highly recommended and would love to stay again There is nothing to complain about. May be 2 flights of stairs for room access for someone with a mobility issue. No lift is available.
