Ashley (4/5): - Space was not clean, large spiders roaming the room, remaining piece of cleaning bucket was left in the room, hair was in drain of shower, toilet not fully attached to the floor, telephone to front desk not in working condition, staff not available when called, no ice machine-instead we needed to ask staff to get some out of freezer out of view. Breakfast was good/basic but nothing phenomenal. Outside the building was garbage dumpsters, pallets of appliances etc. We had a bed to stay in while we were out of town but the expense was not aligned with what we received.

The bathroom faucet was heavily caulked to keep it in place but when turning the faucet off/on it almost fell out. Ice machine was broke. Had to get ice at the front desk and was told not sure how much she could give us. Breakfast was sparse.

Kevin (4/5): - Was very disappointed with our stay. Have usually had very nice places. But ……. This was very opposite. The shower never warmed up, so took a very short cold shower. The air conditioner made very loud noise all night. Then headed down for early breakfast. Coffee was gone. Mentioned it to the gal, she took the air pot and come back 20 minutes later.

802timmyk (10/5): A great experience! - From the time I walked in to the time to my room it was one of the best stay I've ever had! The pool was closed but that wasn't a problem they were resurfacing it to make the hotel even better! The GM Julie is one hell of a GM she worked her butt off to keep that hotel in tip top shape! For all the work she does there she still had a great attitude and the housekeeper or housekeeping manager that was helping her was super friendly they both are amazing! The room was very clean they pride themselves in cleanliness from when I walked in the door! The bed was so comfortable! I have no complaints about this hotel! I'm a front desk supervisor for a choice hotel and this hotel was cheaper then the Country Inn and suites down the road so I chose this one for the value of money and it was worth it! Don't listen to the negative reviews you see about this hotel it's worth it to stay! I was here visiting a friend that is doing the remodel at the local Walmart and I definitely want to stay again! Even my friend was impressed with the hotel as well! It was so quiet so I could get a good night sleep! I definitely will be back!

No directions to the rooms, are information about breakfast, or anything., just two words and then "Sign This." Please, Thank You, Sir, Ma'am, Have a great trip/race/day.- Nothing remotely polite or helpful.
Phillip M (4/5): - Called ahead to make sure that the hot tub was working. Booked on Expedia so nothing I could do when we showed up and it wasn’t functioning. Would not have stayed. Brutal!

Verified traveler (8/5): Making suggestions for Future Guests! - Bummer - to find out when we arrived the Hot Tub was out of commission!! Down due to Major Cleaning of it and maybe, needing parts to get it back up & running. This should be Advertised on-line, at least. The room needed to be dusted better! Like the bed headboard and the light fixtures. Plus, one light bulb was not working over desk table. Tried to be proactive by asking the Front Desk for a New light bulb… none was available On Site. Otherwise, staff tried to make an effort to check. May, I suggested an ‘extra’ blanket be offered at front desk when you check in! Even if using A/C during the Summer months.
J8813FYheatherh (2/5): BED BUGS AND WORST MANAGEMENT EVER - This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! I paid to stay in a room that had bed bugs in it and management did nothing but say it was my fault!! I've never had bed bugs in my life or ever even dealt with them!! Called several days without anyone answering the phone! THEN I FOUND OUT I WAS OVER CHARGED BY $100 !! I support and stay at many Americinn's but I will never recommend this one and make it very clear as to why!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!

The perimeter of the bathroom floor was dirty and the vent in the bathroom had large dustbunny pieces in it. I am hoping that they didn't pay a professional to do their painting. There was paint on the ceilings, curtains, pictures and basically everything in the bathroom along with the painters tape that was left and was painted over

O9683YSmegann (6/5): Will not stay here again unless things improve significantly - Normally love AmericInns. This location however was outdated, but likely undergoing renovations as there were rolls of carpet taking up the whole lobby area. The sink in our room was tearing off the wall, limited TV channels available, the hot tub was shut down (pool was fine), and the breakfast (which we normally rave about at AmericInns) was awful. Only had yogurt, juice, and a waffle machine. Made a waffle with batter that tasted very old. Then tried a yogurt and had to spit it out. It had expired 3 weeks earlier! Notified the staff person, who was thankful someone let him know. Think the fact that we only saw the same one staff person there on both the day/night of check-in and the following morning might explain a lot. We will continue to stay at AmericInns in general, love them. But never again at this location. So glad our kids weren't with us.
Stephanie (2/5): - We had 2 rooms due to the size of our family. On the sexond room the door latch was busted and we ended up locked out of our room. We were offered a new room, but got charged again for yet an additional room. The staff couldnt seem to figure out which way they wanted to go to try tonsolve the issue either. Would not recommend.
Ashley (4/5): - 3/19/25 POOL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION! If you have kids or enjoy the pool area, I recommend calling ahead of time to ask if it will be open. My family and me were looking forward to the pool/hot tub after a very long road trip to Little Falls. We got there and immediately was told it was closed until later that week. My daughter was extreamly upset about this of course! The business clearly knew this ahead of time and we were not notified in any way shape or form but they advertise the pool and hot tub! I wish we knew ahead of time so i could have cancled for a full refund and went to another hotel with a open pool area. I will not make that mistake ever again no matter what hotel i go to. We have stayed before and it was worth the price ide say. This time not so much. They are renovating so we will see how the finished product looks. (*Owners* Please have better attention to the small details while you can) Secondly, the breakfast was gross to be honest... Hard bagles that might have just be old, the cream cheese looked like it was previously frozen and dethawed it was like crumbley not creamy, the eggs and waffle mix were gone by 9am and didnt get replenished between then and when we checked out at 1030am. We come to Little Falls often and would like to see some improvements. Thank you.
Lori (4/5): - I had to ask for a different room, the initial one they gave me the room was not vacuumed and there was hair and lint on/in the beds which made me question if the sheets were even clean. The second room was better, however, they need a thorough vacuum (in the corners of the room not just main walking areas). Really unfortunate because this could be a nice place to stay if they kicked it up a notch or two! To add a positive note, the staff was pleasant.
Kelly (2/5): - our room was terribly dirty. The hot tub was not in working order and when we asked it was heating up. Even the next day it was still broken. The pool was okay, kind of dirty in there too. My daughter had to crawl over rolls of old carpet to get a towel.

Frances (8/5): Great hotel horrible hotels.com - We had the most wonderful experience at the hotel. I’m very upset with Hotels.com when I called to reserve this room it showed $120. I was transferred to someone to reserve this room because it was the same day and they told me no they could not get the room at that rate. it was $166 when we checked in we were told we should’ve called them direct because the price was less than $120 this with the mixup that they had putting us in a totally different city on the same or on a reservation for the same day, I will not use hotel.com again, and I will tell my story to all my friends so they don’t use you too

Erik (8/5): - This property needs to review and update the photos on all booking platforms. We booked a suite which showed photos of the deluxe suite but did not realize this until after arrival. The suite is just a single room with a whirlpool tub in place of the couch that regular rooms have. Breakfast was okay, easy parking, quiet property.
Ruth (8/5): - The hotel was nice and clean. The staff seemed like they didnt care whether we were there or not. We did not get a warm, friendly feeling from them. They've got competition from the neighboring hotel across the street to the north- I've stayed there and the staff is EXCELLENT!!

RICHARD (2/5): COMPLETE DUMP - Absolute DUMP! Do not stay here!! Room smelled like cigarettes, sheets were dirty, bathroom ceiling falling down, bathroom faucet loose, TV remote was sticky and covered in grime, no screen on window, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Lobby stairs had garbage/wood chips(?) on them for the entire weekend that you had to step over. The parking lots lights were never turned on and random people just hanging out in their cars in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE, STAY AT THE COUNTRY INN AND SUITES DOWN THE ROAD!!

Alex (2/5): - I booked this hotel in August, because it had a hot tub. I could have booked a cheaper hotel without a hot tub, but chose to pay more money at this hotel to be able to use a hot tub. However, when I arrived, it turned out that their hot tub broke the night before, and it was not working during my entire stay. I asked the hotel for a discount to reflect the fact that I was not able to use an amenity that I paid for, and they refused. I understand that anything can break and it is beyond their control. However, they still charged me for what they failed to deliver.

jojicdonata (2/5): Not worth your money! - The first thing I noticed was that my room smelled like smoke. I went to the front desk and let the gentleman know that I can’t sleep in a room that smells like smoke. He went to check my room and agreed that it did smell. He said he would try to find me another room, but it turned out that they were booked. I asked for a refund so I could find another hotel to stay at. He said that they don’t do refunds and wouldn’t return my money. I’m very disappointed how this situation was handled. I will not be going back.
Verified traveler (2/5): Way over priced - Very expensive hotel and needs to be cleaned better. Some guy in lobby who was not a hotel guest was using computer watching pornography. Front desk lady was friendly. Breakfast was lacking and remote control in room was dirty which matched the tiny orange marks on sheet. First time I had to pay $15 for early check in at 2pm and our other family didn’t pay this. I do appreciate being able to get into my room but this hotel is way over priced. Beds very uncomfortable and pillows need replacing. Stayed here because close to wedding venue.

I stayed here when I was attending a conference at Camp Ripley and found it very convenient for restaurants and proximity to the venue. The beds were comfortable and the tv channel options were plentiful.
Deborah (4/5): - As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I knew this place was a dump. It was really unkept with lots of weeds and unpruned plants. Bedding was comfortable and clean but carpet felt damp and bathtub had hair that wasn’t mine in it. The sink didn’t drain. Furniture old, bad paint job with paint on the carpet and sink. There was no shear privacy curtain in the window so I had to be in a dark, dank cave. Unfortunately, there are only a handful of hotels in the area.
amandadM6141TP (10/5): Thank you! - The staff here understand the core of hospitality. They see the individual and strive to serve with kind hearts. Not just one but two staff members during my short stay were the epitome of kind and caring. Ursula is a gem, she is reason alone to stay here. The breakfast is lovely, the pool is fun and the room is clean and comfortable but the people are the treasure.
Julie (4/5): - The room smelled so musty the carpet felt wet and our door was falling off the hinges. Very hard to shut. Bathroom tub was disgusting. Around the tub drain and the towel rack was gross. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and the floor was dirty! Will not be returning!
kellif700 (10/5): Marney was the best! - Marney was the sweetest out of all! Very polite and informative. Very nice to me and my family. She showed me their computer where I could print a document thst I was severely stressed over getting printed off in time for the next day. Thanks marney!!!!

Had a nice conversation with her. All the other staff member were friendly and welcoming. Keep up the good work will def recommend staying here

Robert (4/5): - This property was in poor condition. It looked like a third grader had been tasked with painting our bathroom and doorway. We were sure we booked a king size bed and it was not even a queen. It was pretty darned expensive for a room in that condition. The pillows were so flat that I bought us pillows at Walmart so we could get a decent nights sleep the second night. Will not book there again.
903appelf (6/5): An ok stay with families - Booked through Expedia and the room was crazy expensive for one night… but we had the pool to ourselves, breakfast was fresh and good. The staff was very friendly. Beds and pillows were decent and the room was quiet as well! Definitely could use some updates.

Food was well stocked and area was very clean. Ursala was in the breakfast room making the food. She was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Great stay.
Hannahmariea (4/5): - The hot tub was out if service. It was stated online early this week it was up and working, so we booked this hotel. When we asked about the hot tub we were told it stopped working 2 days ago. That would've been an acceptable answer, but the staff member pretended to contact manager about it via phone. It was very strange. The staff was rude, repeated stating that I needed to call 24 hours before hand to ask about the hot tub. Again strange. The room was clean enough, but the bed was lumpy and pillows very flat. It was very uncomfortable. There was also a fire alarm in the room with a green light on that was so bright during the night. Not a fan. In the morning, we said good morning x2 to the housekeeping staff to be polite and she didnt even look at us as she was passing in the hallway. The front desk staff saw my husband and said they would have called to give offer a better room since the hot tub wasnt working, but it was late and there would be a fee. My in-laws are rewards members for Wyndham and they recommended we stay here. Well we will not be staying here again. Honestly if the staff weren't so rude we wouldn't have worried about the rest of it. We paid way more then it was worth to stay here. I do not recommend.
Kristen (10/5): - The pool and hotub were great, open until midnight for adults., kids 10pm. Hotel was not crowded, staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast had all we needed and hot food was fresh and hot. Lobby has a great area to gather and sit in for visiting. Hotel is older, but they keep it clean. Easy on and off the freeway. I would highly recommend it.
470joshuaz (10/5): SABRINA IS THE BEST! - Sabrina is great! She was very accommodating and very informative. We will come back only because she is a great person. We asked for an extra Dove bar and she gave us an extra as we work in a restaurant. I hope you know how great this place is. ILY

All of the ladies who work there were very friendly and beautiful. The night shift woman would always make sure we had everything for breakfast.
tatikam2024 (10/5): Excellent stay - I have no complaints. The staff was helpful and friendly. Property was clean, rooms and linen were clean. Housekeeping was also helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and efficient. The hotel was quiet and gives off a quaint appearance. There are a lot of fast food restaurants in walking distance.

The area was nice and quiet, with everything basically in walking distance. I will definitely be coming back and I would recommend to my friends and family. It is a serene experience.
Jason (8/5): - The place wasnt terrible but the hot tub wasnt working and we called before we reaerved the room to check on that and they said yes its open. It was open but didnt work. I dont usually care about little things like that except for i recently hurt my back and was looking forward to that feature. All in all the place was decent and had multiple restaurants and gas stations in walking distance. One other thing i didnt like was they charged a 100.00 deposit that wasnt disclosed in the booking process
