• Reinaldo (10/5): We left our heart in Georgia, and this place was just adding the memorable experience - We stayed at Tiflis Opera Aparthotel over the Christmas period and could not have chosen a better base in Tbilisi. The location on Opera Street is excellent, right in the heart of the city centre and within easy reach of many cafés, restaurants and attractions. The airport transfers were a real highlight. The driver was warm, friendly and genuinely hospitable, making both our arrival and departure completely stress-free. The aparthotel itself was beautifully presented, with a very comfortable bedroom and a well-equipped kitchenette that functioned perfectly for longer stays. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, and everything felt thoughtfully organised throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended. Nothing!

• Rakesh (10/5): Super clean! very spacious and looks newly renovated. - The apartment is very nice and the pictures that the management has uploaded doesn't do justice. It's much nicer than what it looks in the photos. The location is excellent as well. The entrance area to the apartment complex is very bad and there is no lift to take your luggage up and down. But once you go up to the 1st floor, it's beautiful.

Avenue très passante mais appartement très calme, vaste et bien isolé. Quartier ancien historique facilement accessible à pied. Multiples restaurants à proximité. Accueil excellent par Veranika, gérante très à l'écoute et parlant parfaitement anglais. Equipement de l'appartement parfait (mobilier, sanitaires, ustensiles de cuisine). Idéal pour un séjour de quelques jours à Tbilissi, sans contraintes hôtelières et pour un prix raisonnable.

В переулке за домом хорошая булочная, суши, через дорогу хороший ресторан грузинской кухни. Матрас в спальне для любителей мягких матрасов.

• Olga (10/5): Fantastisch! Perfekt! Sehr einladend! - Ein fantastisches Aparthotel! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die hohen Decken des Altbaus haben nochmal das Maximum rausgeholt. Der lange Flur ist sehr einladend gewesen. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch super, der Blick auf die Hauptstraße und die Oper hat uns sehr gefallen, alles was man braucht ist fussläufig erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung ! Rundum eine fantastische Wohnung im Herzen von Tiflis🫶 Es gibt nichts , was uns gestört oder nicht gefallen hat!

Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfectly prepared for our arrival. Spotless, quiet, and comfortable.We would happily stay again The entrance to the building is a bit old
• basem (5/5): - I stayed at this hotel apartment and overall it was a good experience. The location is excellent — close to everything, which makes it very convenient. The apartment has a kitchen and all the basics you need to prepare your own meals, which is a big plus. On the downside, the bed was not comfortable at all, and there was no regular room cleaning during the stay. Only minimal bedding and towels were provided. Another issue was mosquitoes inside the apartment — I ended up with several bites, which made the stay less comfortable. Another major issue is the building itself: there is no elevator, and we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs by ourselves since there is no staff or reception to assist. This made the arrival and departure especially difficult. The staff were polite and available via WhatsApp, which was helpful, but there was no reception or on-site assistance. If you don’t mind managing some things yourself and can handle a few inconveniences, it’s a decent option mainly for the location
• Amy (9/5): Super clean, comfortable and great value for money. - Very clean apartment. Very comfortable beds. Good shower. Central location. Great value for money. Simple classic design. We only stayed for one night but I would happily return for a longer stay. There are multiple apartments off the same corridor so while the apartment is quiet from street noise, you can be woken up by other guests if they aren't quiet going into their apartments.

• Burak (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great, I can't think of a better place. We were pleased with the room and the owner. They helped us with our luggage. There is no routine housekeeping and the fee is very high. The first message I received said it would be given free of charge as a one-time service, but when I told them, they said the message was wrong and there was a fee. I expected them to give me a one-time free gift because it was their mistake, but I didn't want to bother.

Would highly recommend staying here, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and attraction’s. Will definitely stay here again.

We had everything needed for a weekly stay. We enjoyed every second being in this beautiful place. Everything was perfect.

• Rosaline (9/5): It was really amazing and Veronica is really warm and helpful. - Our room with balcony is really amazing and close to everything, like shops, and restaurants. There's free coffee, sugar and kitchen is equipped so we were able to cook our own food. No elevator.

• Bojan (10/5): Luxury boutique hotel in the heart of old Tbilisi - A little slice of luxury in the very centre of old Tbilisi. The elegant 19th century building hides a true gem of a boutique hotel. The spacious rooms, which ooze with charm of a bygone era, are furnished to perfection and spotlessly clean. We took a a suite with a balcony and had the most memorable sundowners overlooking the Rusteveli boulevard. If you are looking for something classy at a reasonable price, Tiflis Opera is the hotel for you in Tbilisi.

• Graham (10/5): A wonderful boutique hotel in an ideal location, accommodating and friendly staff - What an amazing location, perfectly located the main street, with easy access to Tblisi main tourist areas, landmarks, etc. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the rooms are fully fitted out, with kitchen, dining areas, tv, radio, etc. Everything was perfect for our stay. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't available in the room or by asking the extremely friendly staff.
• Anna (9/5): Great location and beautiful and decorated apartment - Beautifully decorated and dreamy comfortable beds (including sofa bed with a really good mattress) with all the extra kitchen amenities - (the Nespresso machine is always a bonus for me personally!) The power outage for both days of our stay and especially due to springtime - I think it was quite hot outside when it happened so the AC wasn’t working, we could have dealt with all the natural light 😅. No elevators (it wasn’t mentioned) and no capsules for the Nespresso machine unless that had to be ordered which I don’t look up.

• Mike (10/5): Excellent experience.. I definitely recommend it. Beds are comfy,so you'll have an excellent sleep - The room is sunny, cozy, and luxurious. Small Kitchenette came really handy for breakfast, toast, and making coffee. There is a small refrigerator, which is a huge plus. Room has a good size 4k TV, a Bluetooth speaker so you can play music with. The walls probably are noise proof because during our stay, we never heard anything. The good thing is the bedroom is separated from the living room. There is nothing to dislike about this boutique hotel. Our only recommendation will be having a laundry price list for babies/toddlers. Usually, these are free, but it's great to clarify.
• Diana (10/5): Fantastic - We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and our room was impeccably clean. With our windows facing the inner court, we enjoyed a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The hotel is located at the main Rustaveli street, on the second floor of what seems to be an apartment building, just don’t be scared by the entrance (because I was, once we first arrived). While the ventilation was a bit noisy at times during the night, it didn't significantly detract from our overall experience. We would gladly return for another stay.

• Hemanthet (8/5): Nice place in the city center - Stay - four nights with kid Rooms- one large hall with open kitchen and spacious bedroom with only one washroom Balcony- they are having only four apartment in hotel and only one have balcony. No lift to reach first floor with heavy bags , you will have to do it own as staff did not help. Space: large enough and seems castle . Amenities in room: kitchen loaded with everything though needed to provide larger cooking ware. No cloth washer in unit as it’s now in most hotels. Location: walkable to all sightseeing and middle of the city though street very crowded in the evening . Overall good stay , in staff only Veronica was smiling, trained and knows everything . She was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to book for visit.

Location is on the Rustaveli street , near to almost any sightseeing and in the center location though quite crowded the street for a walk in the evening . All amenities are high standard and rooms feel like living in any palace. Large French windows exposed to street, mind that only four rooms in hotel and front facing only two apartment . Bathroom was large enough and most important hot water always and flow of the water was impressive. Veronica from the staff was amazing , always smiling and brings cake for our daughter’s birthday. Such a nice gesture from the Veronica . Our room was quiet and beds were so comfortable to sleep . We had enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend to families to stay. Washer to be included in property. Christmas tree to put inside each room as such big living area and during festive season . Living room should have big tv screen.

Very large apartment with lounge, dining table and kitchen. Beautiful bathroom with walk in shower and large comfortable bed. Nothing but apartment is on first floor and no lift so this may affect some people.
