We booked this hotel for two main reasons: the rooftop terrace with carpets and the pool for photo opportunities, but both were unavailable. We understand the situation, but it was still disappointing. During our 4-night stay, we only had our room cleaned and towels changed once, I didn’t understand but it’s ok, I also didn’t ask for cleaning.

Cortesia staff, both reception staff (they found me ballon for 3 at 10pm at a good price) and breakfast staff (so kind and professional!!). Room vera nice None.
Diana (9/5): Super - Es war wirklich super. Tolles Frühstück, nettes Personal, super sauber, schönes und grosses Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war eher ein Zimmer im Stein Stil und kein "Cave". Glaube, das hing vom Zimmer ab, aber unseres war eher ein Stein Zimmer. Für uns okay, aber manchen ist ja der Cave sehr wichtig. Die Terrasse war zu unserer Zeit nicht geschmückt.

From the moment we arrived, the service was next level. Ali and Duygu went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of they genuinely made us feel looked after the entire time. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had that unique cave hotel charm while still being super comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight great buffet selection and a perfect way to start the day. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Everything in Göreme is within easy reach, making it super convenient for tours, food, and exploring. Speaking of tours the recommendations from the hotel were spot on. Everything was well organised and high quality, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Cappadocia. You won’t regret it.

Mohammad (10/5): Centrally located cave hotel with mesmerizing views, great home cooked food and amazing staff - It was an amazing experience. Everything from start to finish. Its located centrally with most amenities and restraunt next door. The morning 360 view of the skyline and the balloons was breathtaking and mesmerizing. Rooms were very cozy and comfortable. Ms Meltam was very kind and caring. She helped a smooth travel to the hotel, checkin and even ordering food for us as it was late in the night. The breakfast was amazing and one the best I have had across hotels in the world. Everything was a very high quality and home prepared. The staff at the restraunt was so caring and warm and made us feel at home specially with a 3 year old. Duygu was considerate and helpful with the stupid questions we had and been helpful throughout Overall it was a wonderful experience. I will rate this 10/10 and will recommend travellers to try this hotel. I will definitely come back again. Nothing.

La pulizia, la vicinanza al centro di Goreme, la disponibilità e la gentilezza di tutto il personale tutto è stato perfetto. Si sono occupati di noi in ogni minimo dettaglio. Hanno prenotato per noi transfer e tour. Un grazie a il personale della reception e un grazie al personale della sala colazioni. Le loro preparazioni erano sempre fresche e buonissime. Se decidete di andare a Goreme vi consiglio di soggiornare al Tekkaya Cave non v'è né pentirete.

They have a 360 degrees roof terrace and we had an amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They help you out with airport shuttles and also provide you with a lot of information about the area and things to do. I definitely recommend this place. It’s a shame my family and I were only here for 1 night, but we would definitely return to this place again.

Najbardziej wygodne łóżko w jakim spałam. Żałuję że nasz pobyt był tak krótki i nie mogliśmy zostać dłużej. Mam nadzieję że kiedyś wrócimy. Polecam! Basen na zdjęciach wygląda na wiekszy. W rzeczywistości jest dość mały.

There also was no private patio as per description. The staff didn’t inform us of in room internet access and that our welcome drink was in the fridge.

Rosemary (9/5): Lovely hotel - Lovely staff in a beautiful area in Gerome. Fantastic breakfast and a great pool. Had a gorgeous cave room, with the bed carved out of stone. Such a unique experience. Roof top to view was a little tired.

Johanna (9/5): Kleines feines Hotel für ein paar Tage in Göreme - Zimmer, Pool, Dachterrasse und Frühstück sind super! Wir haben auch eine Tour über das Hotel gebucht, die sehr flexibel war und wo wir wirklich alle Highlights gesehen haben. Schade, dass es direkt im Hotel kein Restaurant gibt.

Lucas (10/5): - Pasamos unos días muy bonitos, el hotel es precioso. La habitación tipo esto cueva muy chula y para dormir genial, no hemos tenido que poner el aire, se estaba genial. El desayuno en la terraza con vistas muy bonitas, el desayuno muy completo y variado cada día. Otra terraza más arriba de donde se ven los globos temprano por la mañana. La piscina genial para refrescarte. Personal muy amable. Todo limpio, muy bien cuidado y con bonitos detalles. Nos ha encantado todo. Muchas gracias de nuevo.

Les chambres très propres et la litterie tres confortable. Le petit déjeuner etait excellent et fait maison!! Le rooftop est clairement un plus Pas assez de transats par moment par rapport au nombre de personne à la piscine. Notre chambre etait à côté de la salle pour le petit déjeuner de ce fait on entendait tous les va et vient et les gens qui discutaient devant notre porte donc tôt réveillé alors qu on esperait se reposer apres l escapade très matinale en montgolfière Mais j y retournerai volontiers tellement on s y est plu

Giulia (9/5): Ottima scelta - Posizione comoda: tutto a portata di mano ma non nel pieno del caos di goreme. Colazione ottima e varia, piscina con bibite a disposizione, personale gentile, vista stupenda sulle mongolfiere, tipicità della struttura. Solo il parcheggio che è un po complicato (anche se noi siamo stati fortunati e abbiamo sempre potuto parcheggiare davanti alla struttura dove vi sono 2 posti dedicati). C'è anche uno spiazzo poco oltre l'albergo ma è troppo lasciato a se stesso. È un po un tetris. La stanza che ci è capitata era poco ventilata (ma altre lo sono di più). Cmq c'è l'aria condizionata
Pernille (9/5): Dejligt hotel - Placeringen af hotellet var super. Dejlig roligt og tæt på udkigspunktet. Dejlig morgenmad og fantastisk sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Super fint værelse og vil klart anbefale. Det manglede en lille natlampe og måske trængte puderne på rooftop til nye betræk.

Raul (9/5): - Estuvimos 3 noches excelente ubicación, y buena limpieza, personal amable. Piscina aceptable.. hacen la habitación cada día. Todo genial. uno de los días, se fue la luz, más de 5 horas, aquel día llovía, el problema, al ser una cueva no se veía nada, pedimos velas o alguna linterna, peor no tenían. Salimos a la puerta y tomamos unos refrescos del hotel. A la hora de marchar no tuvieron ni el detalle de no cobrarnos los 3 refrescos, mínimo por las molestias, tuvimos que quejarnos, finalmente cedieron y nos abonaron el pequeño importe.

Kushantha (7/5): good and pleasent, but can be better with some minor improvements. - The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Maltam. Also the staff cooking and serving breakfast made it feel like almost like a home stay and personal. the location was great as it was central, but still away from the crowded parts. had to carry our bags to the room, up several flights of steps in very hot weather. air conditioning in the room wa not powerful enough. this ofcourse may have been due to abnormally hot weather
Kelly (10/5): - My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The staff here are incredible!!! I can not say enough about the staff here. They are extremely, friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond to serve you!! Melton was exceptional! She was so nice to surprise me with a cake for my 50th. Birthday. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the staff there were wonderful! The grounds are beautiful and clean and the pool was clean and refreshing. The housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive as well. The location was perfect and safe. Within walking distance to everything (shops, restaurants, etc). And in a very safe area. We were 2 women walking around at 1130pm at night and felt completely safe. The room was wonderful. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Water pressure and temperature great! Beautiful rooftop terrace to watch hit air balloons in the morning. Transportation qas set up to and from the airport. I can not say enough about this hotel and staff. I 1 million % recommend. Everytime we came back everyday, it was like returning home. Thank you Melton, Deygdu (not sure of the spelling) and the 2 other gentlemen at the front desk that I dont remember their names. Phenominal experience!! Thank you for making my 50th birthday so special. Hope to be back soon.

Sjoukje (9/5): Fantastisch! Bijzonder en mooi! - De locatie was perfect! En een super mooie fijne kamer! Heerlijk bed! En het zicht super dicht bij alles wat je graag wil zien! Wij hebben vanaf het balkon de opkomende luchtballonnen gekeken en dat was fantastisch! Er was verder niemand. En je hebt super mooi uitzicht! Het zwembadje is wat klein maar prima voor de kids om even af te koelen.
Shari (10/5): Great stay - Had a great stay at Tekkaya Cave Hotel. We had 2 rooms (family of 5). The rooms were very comfortable. My husband and I had a small suite. I really liked it. The AC worked so room was comfortable at night. I loved the pool. Each day after our activities we came back to swim. It’s a small pool but kept clean, and very refreshing! The breakfast was great. I loved the breakfast spread available buffet style. And they also served each person a hot egg dish made to your liking. The rooftop in the morning watching the balloons was great too. I would highly recommend a stay here. Nothing

La terasse est parfaite le soir pour lire au calme ou juste regarder la ville. Hotel très propre Impossible de se servir du réfrigérateur car en le branchant il faisait disjoncter le reste . Nous l avons signaler sans retour ... heureusement que le mieu est troglodyte et garde la fraîcheur ( notamment pour les bouteilles d eau )

Yagmur (10/5): Ein herzlich geführtes Hotel mit liebevollem Personal, sauberen, komfortablen Zimmern und einem Frühstück, das wie bei M - Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt – Duygu Hanım hat uns mit einem herzlichen Lächeln an der Tür empfangen. Auch Meltem Hanım war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns täglich tolle Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und einfach köstlich – es fühlte sich an wie bei Mama zu Hause. Besonders Mehtap Hanım hat sich dabei mit viel Liebe um alles gekümmert. Auch das restliche Personal war jederzeit freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein großes Dankeschön an die gesamte Familie des Tekkaya Cave Hotels sowie an Nalan Hanım! Wir können diese Unterkunft in Göreme absolut empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Markéta (10/5): We highly recommend! - We spent 5 nights at Tekkaya Cave Hotel and it was amazing. Views from the terrace were great, perfect spot for ballon watching during the sunrise! The breakfast was fresh and homemade every morning. The service was great and everyone working there was extremely friendly. We highly recommend!
