Berengere (1/5): Déplorable!!!! La manager nous a remis sa carte à notre départ, il n aurait de toutes façons pas été utile de l avoir à - Cet hôtel n a rien d un cinq étoiles! This hotel is nothing like a five-stars hotel! Bu otel beş yıldızlı bir otele hiç benzemiyor! la piscine exterieure est en travaux jusqu a une date « indéterminée ». l'hotel est au pied d une autoroute, les fenetres sont tres mal isolees c est extemement bruyant. De l autre cote de l hotel, il y a des travaux dans les chambres, donc des coups de marteau a partir de 10h. le spa presente une carte de differents types de massages et vous fait remplir un questionnaire que les masseuses ne lisent meme pas, elles ne sont pas du tout au niveau. Quand au menage, il est fait sommairement, les savons presque epuises ne sont pas remplaces, les serviettes ne sont pas changees meme si vous les placez volontairement dans la baignoire pour qu elles le soient sur cinq jours, seulement deux fois une bouteille d eau a été placée à notre disposition sans que nous le demandions. Dans la première chambre où nous avons dormi, une odeur très forte était imprégnée dans le lit et la moquette. Les chambres sont equipees de television mais elles ne proposent que 10 chaines et ni netflix ni aucun abonnement. Une apple tv est soit disant disponible "a la demande". Si vous la reservez personne ne vous l apporte ni ne vous previent qu elle est en fait utilisee par une autre chambre. elle nous a ete pretee sans telecommande ni abonnement les deux derniers jours de notre sejour apres beaucoup d insistance. si vous commandez un taxi pour vous rendre a l aéroport, la réception ne vous appelle pas pour vous prévenir qu il est arrivé, ni s inquiéter de votre retard. Et à chaque commande ou demande effectuée, c est minimum une heure d attente pour recevoir votre room service. Bref, si vous aimez le bruit, la saleté et payer une prestation que vous n avez pas, venez au fairmont cassar hôtel d Istanbul!

Go402141 (10/5): Great hotel with peerless service - What a great experience! The hotel is excellent and the service faultless. Beautiful large room with a view of the city. The bathroom was generous and well equipped with everything you’d expect from a hotel at this level. The best thing was the kind and welcoming service with nothing seeming to be too much trouble. Tanju and Harkan at the breakfast service were especially good. The area is business focused rather than in the thick of tourist areas. We preferred this opportunity to retreat at the end of days exploring this historically rich city.
Shaheen (8/5): - The hotel and the facilities were beautiful and the staff very friendly and couldn't do enough. They were attentive and any requests we made were carried out straight away. There were a few things that were an issue. Breakfast for a 5 star hotel was ok. You had to check hot options by scanning the QR code which was fine but then trying to get the attention of the server was difficult. There were plenty of staff but just felt disorganised. We watched this for 3 days and some people even walked out. We complained to the front desk and it did improve after that. The other complaint I have is the WiFi was very sketchy sometimes it worked perfectly but other times it wouldn't connect. And the last complaint and this has nothing to do with the hotel but be careful of taxis. They try and con you whenever they get an opportunity. I asked them to run their meters and a lot of them refused. They wanted a set fee. For one of the 20min ride a driver tried to charge me 5000lira almost £80!! Please check their credit card machine before tapping.

Our room was spectacular: spacious, luxurious, very comfortable, with superb decoration and breathtaking views. Every aspect of the stay reflected high standards and true hospitality. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable, the atmosphere refined yet warm, and the overall experience was truly memorable. A special thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
Reshma (10/5): Ein echtes 5 Sterne Haus - Ein sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Hotel. Es entsprach in jeder Hinsicht einem 5 Sterne Haus. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Lounge Zugang gebucht, was sehr schön war. Es gab hier zwar nur eine kleine Auswahl an Snacks , aber vor allem die Desserts waren sehr lecker. Abends gab es eine Happy Hour mit kostenlosen Drinks, der Weißwein war sehr gut. Der spa Bereich, das Fitness Studio und die Zimmer waren hervorragend. Einzige das schlechte wlan hat uns enttäuscht. Das wlan war nicht gut.

A személyzet rendkívül profi, kedves és figyelmes volt a teljes tartózkodás alatt. A szoba tágas, csendes és kifogástalanul tiszta volt, az ágy pedig kiemelkedően kényelmes. A reggeli választéka és minősége is prémium szintű volt, a medence és a wellness részleg pedig különösen kellemes élményt nyújtott. A hotel modern, elegáns és tökéletes választás Isztambulban. Őszintén szólva nehéz negatívumot említeni. Talán csak annyi, hogy a város forgalma miatt bizonyos időszakokban hosszabb lehet a közlekedés, de ez természetesen nem a szálloda hibája. Maga a hotel és a szolgáltatások gyakorlatilag kifogástalanok voltak.

The location and view are great and the area is quiet. The breakfast service was extremely poor and fell far below expectations. Staff were inattentive and made no effort to offer drinks. Guests were expected to fetch coffee from the barista themselves and request orange juice separately, which is not appropriate for a hotel of this standard. The overall level of service at breakfast was disappointing and unprofessional. In addition, the fruit selection was very limited.

Only slight feedback is to information provided in regards to the restaurants and goings on at the hotel the information upon check in wasn’t the best so maybe needs to be added to the room tablet, also it was nearly £60 a glass of Prosecco I nearly fell over you can buy a bottle in the supermarket for £10 up the road so not a tax issue like I was told at the bar, a rather large inflation I certainly don’t mind paying over the odds for a glass of Prosecco in the savoy it’s £20 a glass so it did seem rather off..I would come again 100% despite my feedback it didn’t take away how lovely this hotel is and mostly down to the staff who really make this hotel special

The staff were consistently courteous, quick, and very polite. They were always ready to help with a warm attitude. The hotel is fantastic for families. They even surprised our daughter with a birthday cake on her special day and she was over the moon and deeply touched! The rooms and facilities were comfortable and convenient for traveling with a child. The attentive service made our stay smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Fairmont Quasar Istanbul to anyone visiting the city, especially families looking for warm, thoughtful service.

Trip49760777937 (10/5): GREAT HOTEL, LOVELY SERVICE - The Fairmont hotel is by far one of the best hotels I went to. The hotel overal is very clean, tidy and also very luxurious. The hole staff is very friendly and helpful. From the doorman to the front desk to the cleaner who made sure our room is tidy everyday. I want to especially thank Ramazan bey for the great breakfast service and afcourse not to forget, the delicious egg Benedict every morning 🙃 Warm regards.
