Anna (6/5): Fair option for a couple of days - The room was spacious, with a big and comfy bed, and a good shower. Breakfast could be really good if more organised. Even if a bank transfer was done with a receipt from the hotel, I received an intimation to pay otherwise the room was not confirmed. When I replied asking for a further confirmation of receipt of the bank transfer, reply wasn't given. Everyday key room has to be validated as well as the wifi code (new one everyday). We had to ask for towels as they were not in the room as well as soap. Only towels for shower are provided. We had to ask to toilet roll and despite calling twice we had to go to reception to solicit and get. Often at breakfast food is finished and tables have to be clean. The organisation could be improved.

Room size is pretty good as well. Bedsheet / Pillow cover was not changed for my single occupancy room. Previous guests used bedsheet / pillow was there. Which they quickly replaced when I complained at late night. Appreciate the night shift staff for this. Quality (specially chicken) & taste of food at restaurant was not good . Slow service in refilling the dinner and breakfast buffet at Zing restaurant. Complete buffet menu is not present.

The supervision was not proper, especially who is looking after the cleanliness of the rooms/toilets/taps etc. The toaster is still not repaired/replaced in the restaurant; breakfast items are also not adequate But we found very good during our visit in January 2023. Maybe the owner of this hotel is not taking care of it as before. S/he should make a surprise visit to check and monitor it.

I give importance to hygiene and cleanliness of the room and I was pretty disappointed with the Old sheets, stained towels, dysfunctional phone and poor water drainage in the bathroom in the room that was provided to me. Venkatesh (8/5): Great stay - Convenient location, spacious and clean rooms, helpful staff and good vegetarian food on venue. Buffet breakfast was very good. The windows in all ground floor rooms look into the rear service alley. They don't have locks, nor any safety grills to prevent intruders. It was a bit concerning especially for families, and guests staying to attend marriages who might be carrying amount of jewels. Also the key card and door lock systems are a bit fidgety and takes about 6-10 swipes before the door unlocks.
