• Helen (10/5): Boendet var helt klart över förväntningarna om man bara vill stanna en natt då vi skulle vidare. - Väldigt god och prisvärd frukost. Rummet var rent och fräscht och när fönstret var stängt var det ljudlöst. Trevlig personal.

• Cynthia (3/5): Won’t return. Suggest it be avoided altogether, especially for the price I paid. - Breakfast was a good value. The location was across from Roma Termini No lobby. No communication from staff who were housed behind a locked door that you had to be buzzed into. Wasn’t instructed on how to operate a/c (has a remote control in the room) had to return to locked glass door to find out how but had to wait 5 minutes for someone to buzz me in to where the “check in DESK was located. Floor was filthy in room. No hot water in shower AT ALL. Worst hotel I have stayed at in Europe.

Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Letto comodo. C'era la scelta dei cuscini. Il pavimento della stanza non era stato pulito. La doccia perdeva acqua e la cornetta era rotta. Il bagno era un po' piccolo ed il bidet aveva un getto dell'acqua irregolare (appena provavi ad aprirlo schizzava acqua ovunque). Frigo bar vuoto. L'offerta di prodotti per la colazione era molto misera.

• Linda (10/5): Se serve come punto di appoggio va benissimo. - È vicinissima alla stazione di termini, quindi per noi che arrivavamo in treno e che la mattina siamo ripartiti molto presto è ottima. La reception h24 aiuta molto. La camera era un po’ “usurata”, anche se molto pulita. Magari sarebbe carino dargli una rinfrescata.

• Agostina (10/5): Siete una garanzia ! Un piacere soggiornare da voi - È davvero molto grazioso come hotel, rifinito in tutto, nei minimi dettagli. È già la seconda volta che alloggio qui. Asciugamani nuovi e morbidissimi, letto comodo , arredamento moderno. Davvero molto bello! Non ho trovato difetti, potrebbe essere tranquillamente un 4 stelle !! Se proprio devo aggiungere qualcosa , al momento della doccia ho detto “ peccato non ci sono le ciabattine “ ma ne ho fatto tranquillamente a meno.

• James (8/5): - The location is excellent. Clean with all the amenities one would need. Breakfast was great. The young lady at reception was excellent. Balancing many duties and tasks with professionalism. You have to pass through the garbage and recycling area that can be overflowing. And sometimes the clean laundry bags are delivered to the same place. Not sure what the solution is but something to think about.

• Alejandro (1/5): Extremely disappointing experience due to severe maintenance and cleanliness issues. - The location is convenient for accessing the city, and the room decor with the brick-patterned walls was an interesting aesthetic choice. The hygiene standards were unacceptable. There was accumulated trash in the public hallways, and the shower area had significant grime and mold. These unsanitary conditions are a major health and safety concern and fell far short of the advertised quality.

Le bruit extérieur mais c'est logique étant dans un hôtel prés d'une artère centrale de la ville et proche de la gare !

The fittings in the room and bathroom were of poor/cheap quality, especially in the shower. The landing outside the windows were full of junk from renovations.

A fürdőszoba kiábrándító, penészes a zuhanyzó, nincs WC papír tartó, nincs törölközőtartó. A szobaajtók nem zárnak rendesen, mert ahogy kinyitottak/becsaptak a folyosón egy másik szobaajtót, a mi ajtónk is csapódott egyet minden alkalommal, nagyon zavaró volt. Hangszigetelés nulla. Minden zajt lehet hallani az utcáról, nem nagyon tudtunk aludni.

Allo staff ho chiesto una stampa A4 che mi è stata prontamente, e un ombrello per una pioggia improvvisa, ma non erano diponibili La struttura era abbastanza degradata, raccolta immondizia in ingresso, sempre strabordante. muri rotti , impianto elettrico a vista , vernici vecchie e scrostate. bagni malandati e sopratutto, tutte le notti rumori di raccolta vetri e pulizie strada fino le 3:30 4:00 . La struttura non puoi avere quel costo a notte.

Lenie at reception was especially friendly and welcoming, walked me through the card and key process, and let me check in a bit early to drop my bags off at the room. There’s also thankfully air conditioning.
