• Erik (10/5): Always a great experience. - Rooms are nice, clean and silent. Staff always available and accommodating. Lots of amenities. There’s a nice shop to buy some food and warm your meals. Haven’t tried the restaurant, gym or pool yet, but it’s nice to know we have the option. Nothing so far.

• Ashish (10/5): An excellent hotel with great service and a prime location in Dubai. - The hotel had a fantastic location in Dubai Healthcare City, very close to the metro. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-appointed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast options could have been a bit more varied. The in-room dining menu was slightly limited compared to what we expected for the price.

• Prerna (8/5): It was a comfortable stay overall, it feels more like an apartment style hotel. Good to stay for work and relax travels. - The location is great, the staff is helpful and the place is fairly clean. Parking is first come first serve. You can park outside in RTA paid parking however it is hassle to turn around to look for parking.

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for being so helpful, accommodating, and supportive throughout our stay. Even though the surprise for my family came a little late, we truly appreciate the effort and kindness in making my request happen. Special thanks to Gigi for bringing the sweets and cards, and to Mani for his assistance in the PlayStation area. Your thoughtful gestures made our stay even more memorable. We often book hotels, but we still continue to choose Rove Hotels because of the excellent service and warm hospitality. Thank you once again for such a pleasant and memorable experience. on going construction

Thank you, Kershan, and all the staff for your kindness and warm hospitality during a difficult time. The location was very convenient — opposite Katrina Coffee Shop near American Hospital, close to bus stations F70 and C18, and about 20 minutes from the metro. Breakfast was average, but the care and support from the team made our stay special.

It has convenient facilities and is good value in this climate at the current price point. Nothing worth mentioning

• Prarthna (1/5): BAD - Nothing!!! IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND STAY. They had so many issues!! Firstly, the washroom sink drain was clogged and took sooooo long to go down. Second, the AC was never cooling. It was always a sauna in the room and was so inconvenient. Furthermore, their keycard for the room was not working at all and i had to keep going by down atleast 5 times to get it fixed. Even after which it didnt work and the person who was sleeping in the room had to open the door. All these complaints were constantly raised with the reception. With everything going on, I was under the assumption that the guest experience would be utmost priority as reviews matter and can make or break business during such times. Extremely DISAPPOINTED AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!

• Anthony (8/5): Nice and relaxing stay , great value for money - Clean, good value for money, friendly staff( forgot my sunglasses by the pool on Friday, and on Sunday the lifeguard came to me to return them to me)amazing as I thought I lost them Dress code in the pool, women I understand( cultural) , but men going in the pool with long trousers and T-shirts is not really hygienic.Even women fully dressed in a dress or T-shirt and long pants( there are appropriate bathing suits for them) Another minor: menu at The Daily been adjusted: sad you removed the butter chicken on the menu , and the chicken schnitzel.
