XIOMARA (8/5): - This is a nice cottage room managed by a lovely couple. Its main plus is the nearness to the airport. The main minus is that it is very far from town and thus, unless you have a car, it is very inconvenient to go for shopping or dinning. You can call a Taxi but the fare, each way, is $45 almost the cost of the room itself. SO, if you want to go for diner add $90 to the bill.

The first thing he did after the airport puck up which was late at night was showed the city by a tour in his own car and give you tips on the island. And it got better from there. Friendly easy to talk to.

Roger (10/5): Handy Hotel Close to Airport - This is a small Guest House Hotel. The owner is very helpful. Because there are no grocery stores or other activities next to the hotel, the owner drove us to a grocery store, waited on us, and on the next day took us down town to a beach area and was willing to help us in whatever way needed. This hotel is great because of the owner's willingness to be helpful.
Rosa (10/5): Want great service on a budget? Stay here. - My mother, aunt, and two nieces spent two nights here. It was the best place I could have found for them to spend their time in transit through Curacao. Mr. Martinus - the owner - is a fantastic host! He picked them up from the airport, took them grocery shopping, and was a real help for them. Highly, highly recommend this place.
Sally (8/5): Clean Apartment Close to Airport With Shuttle. - The owner is delightful. He picked us up from the airport as we needed a place for just one night. He gave us a tour of the2 apartments. He has personally made most of the furniture and decor. It is out of the way in a residential area, but a perfect spot near the airport. The apartment was very clean, cozy and fit what we needed. It is not a fancy hotel, just a funky apartment with a charming host. For what it is.... it is GREAT! We would not hesitate to stay here again.
