• Verified traveler (10/5): - The cabin was very spacious. We loved the cabin, only down side we had was in the upstairs middle bedroom we didn’t have any power. We checked the breaker box, trying calling the front office but never got a call back. The power finally started working the morning we left. So we had to share the other bedrooms. In the listing it said everything was included that we would need except soaps, shampoos, and detergents. But when we arrived we had only one trash bag that was already in the trash can, no type of cleaning supplies, and only a few towels. And also there was no hot water after taking one shower. So it took all night for the water to get warm for our group to take shower. Cabin was nice but had some downfalls with bad communication.

• Graciela (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very cute and beds were comfortable. It was easy to find. Very charming place.

• Jordan (8/5): - This is our second stay in the Magnolia cabin, and we were just as pleased with the cleanliness and setup as before. Our door code came a little late but our experience in the spa the next day made up for it. Then we went to the state park and rode horses - such a convenient and pretty place to stay.
• Jordan (8/5): - We liked how quiet this cabin was. It's the perfect size for 2 and was very comfy.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The people were very nice. However, the property's are not as advertised. They are not luxury cabins. The jets in both of our whirlpool tubs did not work. We did not have a charcoal gril to use, and we were planning to do so. It was broken and laying under the front porch. Also the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was not producting any cool air. The location is good, and that part of West Virginia is beautiful.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Well, i will start by saying the cottage was very nice however the place was nothing like the description when we booked. Amenities said restaurant, bar and outdoor pool. When we arrived there were none of those to be seen. Check in was a text with a code. There was not one other person on the premises. Visitors or staff. No info inside on any of the above amenities. We had come from a hike and were hot and hungry. We couldn’t even fund an open restaurant anywhere around the area. Very strange. Again place was nice but overpriced and totally lacked proper description for this time of year. And wasn’t cheap. Very disappointing
