- Verified traveler (4/5): - I had a bit of difficulty finding this place. Firstly, this apartment is not in New Kingston, but rather in a place called "Mona". Therefore, the name is slightly misleading. I booked this location and was eventually moved to another location, which was quite nice in the end, however, the security that is at the gate for this apartment complex needs to be aware that there may be guests checking in here that booked through Expedia. The security had NO IDEA who I was and did not let me in. I had to contact the property manager to assist. The location I stayed at (was relocated to) was quite nice, very clean so there were no complaints there.
- May (6/5): - the grounds were well kept. The apt was clean and clean linen was available. But be sure to bring your own TP you get only one roll. The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked. treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating. AC was in the living room only. None in the bedroom.. The AC had some impact in the bedroom. Could see some mountain view.

- Kevin (10/5): Nice apartment community close to the necessities - The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance. Community is gated so the added security benefit is there.
- Rudolph (10/5): Very spacious, comfortable, clean. - Just Super, the Staff was the best, she is a people person, and others will know about it for sure.
