The shower was a bit strange as there is no door or curtain, just and opening and the water got all over the floor. But on the plus side the water pressure was great.

The pool was way to cold to swim in. 1 of my family members had planned to hang out at the pool all weekend. They only made it waist deep once. 3 of us planned to swim a lot. None of us made it in the pool for more than 10 minutes. I specifically picked this hotel for the pool and outdoor fire pit. The outdoor fire pit was also not working, however there was a working one across the street by the ice rink.

Everything was wonderful, but a smear of mold under the sink edge… hotel was sincerely kind, and concerned. They made note. If you’re extremely exhausted and want to sleep before 9PM, be ready for the local pub to have loud life bands playing across the lot.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and flexible. Nice indoor pool. Fire out and grills outside including a blackstone griddle. Nice breakfast for continental breakfast hotel standards. Would stay here again.

The rooms are large and well furnished. 24hrs tea / coffee in the lobby plus your room and a small shop with daily essentials also was a good convenience. There was eating choices outside the hotel just across the road. Overall this is the second time I’ve stayed here and will stay again as it is convenient and clean with good and helpful staff. Nothing that I can think off.
