• Lee (2/5): Shuttle: Maximum 3 People with little luggage - The room size, cleanliness, and general service were satisfactory, and we appreciated that aspect of our stay. However, we were very disappointed with the shuttle service. We chose this hotel specifically because of the complimentary shuttle, but although our reservation was clearly for four people, we were required to use two cars and asked to pay for an additional vehicle. We only had the usual amount of luggage for travelers. At the time, we were told that the shuttle policy limits passengers to three, yet later we could not find any such clause in the stated policy. This left us feeling misled and unfairly treated.

• Alfred (10/5): - This was our fourth stay here and we were still impressed with how quiet the area is. On-site, safe parking, friendly and helpful staff, a great buffet breakfast daily and spacious rooms are some of the highlights. Will be very likely to stay here again on our next visit to Nairobi.

• Sarah (10/5): Great apartment in good location - Great hotel, free airport pick up which was a bonus. Apartment nice, clean and spacious and free breakfast plentiful. Not too far from town and easy to order bolts to get around. Would stay again!
• jonathan (10/5): Home away from home - Rooms are spacious and beds/couch were comfortable. It was so nice having essentially a mini apartment with a balcony for our last couple days in Nairobi. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food (and drinks from the bar) were good and reasonably priced. If your looking for home base to explore Nairobi and the surrounding area, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Quiet area but with a small mall 5!mins walk away to get groceries and to eat. Food in the hotel rooftop restaurant was good value and tasty. Recommend completely.

The neighbourhood is safe, walkable, and conveniently located. The suite was spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped. I can't say enough good things about my stay.

• markEngland (10/5): Great for family stay in Nairobi - Our family stayed recently in a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks. Overall a great stay, room was spacious and well maintained with two separate bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms, a living room/dining room and kitchen as well as separate utility room and guest toilet. Utility room had a washer dryer and ironing/ironing board which was very handy for our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped including oven, hob and fridge freezer. House keeping was great, always cleaning the room well and also delivering several large bottles of still water everyday. Location on Riverside Drive was quiet and away from some of the Nairobi hustle and bustle. Two separate gate entrances one at the front of the hotel which seemed to be for dropping and picking up, though also several cars where parked there especially at the beginning of our stay, the second gate leads to the basement where there was plenty of parking. Staff generally very friendly, though some of the gate security staff especially those at night (possibly employed by another security company) we found a bit abrupt and could perhaps do with some customer service training (it must be noted, some were great though). We ate several times at the roof top restaurant and room service (tray charge a very reasonable 500 KES). Food was always great quality and reasonably priced. Free WiFi, easy to connect and sufficient for sending emails/web browsing. We felt the hotel offered value for money and we would happily return when next in Nairobi.

• OfonimeU (10/5): Neat, beautiful and affordable apartment hotel in an upscale area of Nairobi - We spent about two weeks in August, 2024 at this neat, beautiful and affordable apartment hotel in an upscale area of Nairobi while on our family summer vacation. Our whole experience there was simply amazing: nice, courteous & professional staff, clean spaces, excellent meals, etc. The front desk lady, Eve who incidentally handled our check-in & check-out processes was very friendly, polite and handled the everything excellently. In the restaurant, the lady, Abi was super nice & friendly, ensuring we were always satisfied and my kids, wife & I all appreciated her services. On the whole, we had an amazing & memorable time at Executive Residency, Nairobi and look forward to going back there.

From the moment I was greeted by the ever smiling and welcoming receptionist to the impeccable service provided by the diligent housekeeping staff, every detail was perfect. The tantalizing meals at the Grove Restaurant were a highlight, and the hotel's serene atmosphere truly made it feel like a home away from home.

• sanjai2003 (10/5): A Very Executive Residence - The Executive Residency Nairobi is a wonderful home from home. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, each bedroom had an en-suite, there was a good sized lounge, kitchen and utility area. There was even a balcony with an egg chair for sitting in. Breakfast was provided at the roof top restaurant with a great selection of options for every palate. Staff were all extremely freindly and helpful throughout our stay. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay in Nairobi, look no further than the Executive Residency by Best Western Nairobi.
• X1345JHkend (10/5): A wonderful experience - We stayed there before and after our safari trips. It's located in a nice area of Nairobi but not too far from the city centre. The rooms are very nice and comfortable with all necessary facilities. The rooftop restaurant area is great for an al fresco breakfast in the sunshine and there is a varied menu for lunch and dinner. We have to thank all the staff for their help courtesy and professional manner, especially Colin and Ruth. Its a must stay for us on our next visit.
• Chris (10/5): - We stayed at the Executive Residence for one night prior to our Safari. We had a 2 bed Family room plus breakfast. The price we paid was very low for the property, check in was straight forward, along with check out, staff were very helpful. Can't really comment on the properties location, i assume it was relatively safe as i noticed there were a number of Embassy Residences on the drive in. Given the price we paid (AUD $267) I'd happily stay there again and recommend it.

We weren’t aware that the room was not air conditioned, which could be a problem as it gets suffocating (or noisy if I left windows open). Staff did provide an extra fan.

BW executive Residency is amazing. Large rooms, beautiful fully equipped kitchens, washing machine and dryer, VERY comfy beds and my favorite is the relaxing porch swing. I would live there if I could! The staff is always super kind and helpful. From the gate to the housekeeping we were always greeted with a smile.

They were able to check us in early because we arrived at 0900 from an international trip for a much needed rest. The restaurant had several menu options. The rooms are very spacious and well stocked for kitchen needs. My only complaint was that the rooms were cold with no heat and not able to get an extra blanket but generally the stay was awesome with great service. Will be stopping by on my way back to the US.

• Donna (10/5): Best Value in Nairobi! - This hotel has to be the best kept secret in Nairobi. It’s very clean, laid out well and the staff is outstanding. It has a great roof-too bar and restaurant. For the money, it can’t be beat. It’s on a quiet road but very close to many restaurants, shopping, etc. It’s not a fancy place, but if you want a nice suite, comfortable beds, free cook-to-order breakfast
• Verified traveler (8/5): Awesome stay but food could be better. - Everything was great but two small things. Some of the breakfast, specially pastry, are way too industrial. The croissants, for example, are just good for looking at them. Also, I think the taste of the food a la carte can be improved. All I tried was a bit tasteless or then would throw so many sauces in it that you could no longer taste the base of the food. Otherwise this was a fantastic stay, considering it's on Riverside and there are no convenience stores anywhere near.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The aparments are fairly new and i have used Best Western Hotels ocasionally, rhe cleaning is disappointing and the restaurant fair is not good. Nor is the breakfast! Lots of improvements especially cleanliness in the aparments(doors,switches,showers!)
• RANDY (8/5): INSTALL CEILING FANS/WINDOW SCREENS! Awesome hotel - I stayed in a few hotels in Nairobi and by far, your hotel was one of the best. HOWEVER, I say this with all sincerity, there are some suggestions I wish you would take heed and do for your hotel. These are minor changes but it will GREATLY increase comfort to the guests. Your hotel does not offer central air conditioning. Your tower room fans cannot pull the heat and humidity off. PLEASE install ceiling fans. I know you’re a green building but ceiling fans are a great choice and help replace room tower fans. Next, install screens for the windows. Mosquitos are a huge issue in Nairobi. Make these changes, and you will have people knocking down the door to stay here.
