Beautiful large rooms with very comfortable bedding and furnished tastefully with local handicrafts. Every member of staff treats you like family, so warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The heated spa pool is divine and the rooftop plunge pool is the perfect place to cool off. Breakfast was a highlight of the day. Probably one of our best stays we've ever had around the world. They even treated my husband to a surprise birthday cake on his birthday. Nothing at all. Perfect.

Die Lage mitten in der Medina von Marrakesch ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Die Atmosphäre im Riad ist wunderschön und sehr besonders. Eigentlich gibt es nichts Negatives zu sagen. Man sollte nur wissen, dass das Riad – wie viele Unterkünfte in der Medina – über eine eher schmale und dunklere Gasse erreichbar ist. Das ist jedoch völlig typisch für Marrakesch und aus unserer Sicht kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt, sondern einfach gut vorab zu wissen.
- KUKALESHI (10/5): Amazing Riad with the best staff in Marrakech - I really enjoyed everything about my stay. The welcome and hospitality were truly outstanding and made all the difference. Even if the property had had some small imperfections (which it didn’t), the staff would have completely made up for it. What truly stands out is the professionalism, kindness, and genuine care of the entire team. I honestly don’t remember all the names, but every single person was incredibly kind and helpful. I do remember Maria, the massage therapist — she was so amazing that I honestly wanted to take her home with me! Truly exceptional. A special mention also goes to Amed, who works in the evening. As I was traveling alone with two young children and the property is located in a small, slightly hidden street, he was incredibly kind and came to pick us up for two consecutive evenings because I felt a bit uncomfortable walking alone. That level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated. Also, the staff member in the morning who gave me directions was fantastic — really professional and helpful. I work in the hospitality industry myself, managing apartments in Rome, so I can truly recognize high-level service. What I experienced here was genuine, attentive, and exceptional hospitality — this is how it should be everywhere. I may not remember everyone’s name, but they were all absolutely amazing. Highly recommended — I would definitely come back! ✨

- Petrus (10/5): Welcoming, friendly oasis with exquisite staff and beautiful decor - We had an excellent stay - the communication was very responsive, taxi service and porter made getting to and from the riad painless. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, we were made to feel so welcome and given loads of advice on where to go and how to navigate. The location is very central, but peaceful and calm once inside. Food was delicious with a wide selection and a beautiful rooftop terrace. We had a fabulous massage and our rooms were tastefully decorated and felt very luxurious, with a huge bed. We would highly recommend a stay at this amazing riad, this is a very special place! We lived everything.

Besonders schön war auch das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse – frisch, vielfältig und mit Blick über die Dächer von Marrakesch. Was diesen Ort wirklich besonders macht, ist jedoch die Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Teams. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Das Riad ist außerdem ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Medina zu erkunden, und gleichzeitig ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Eindrücke. Für mich war das Riad der perfekte Ort, um Marrakesch zu entdecken und gleichzeitig einen ruhigen Rückzugsort zu haben. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Riad absolut empfehlen!

I’m glad we booked a taxi through the Riad, making sure we reached our destination safely through the labyrinth of narrow streets. The host gave us some great suggestions on how to spend our 3 days and we enjoyed a great hamam and massage in their little spa. Breakfast was tasty and we also enjoyed some lovely juicy drinks by the pools on the cosy rooftop. I’ve travelled extensively all over the world, but I’ve rarely left a place being baffled by the personal and kind service of the staff of this lovely riad. Las piscinas y las terrazas nos parecieron bastante más pequeñas que en las fotos pero el riad es muy acogedor y limpio. El personal muy amable. Te hacen sentir como en casa y muy seguros en todo. La azotea y las piscinas más pequeñas que en fotos. No hay tv en habitaciones y no se puede escuchar música. La caja fuerte está apoyada en una estantería y se podria llevar. Once you walk through the narrow lanes and reach the Riad you are automatically transported to a zen environment.The whole place smells like Orange blossom and is extremely refreshing. It’s very tastefully decorated and we thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality. Our breakfasts were elaborate and freshly prepared and we felt like princesses. We were a group of four girlfriends and we enjoyed every bit of this place. They even handed out amazing souvenirs to us at the end of our stay. Highly highly recommend Nothing

They make you feel like a friend of the family from the moment you arrive. I arrived late and someone came out to meet my taxi as the tiny streets can be confusing! NOTHING is too much trouble - I was totally spoiled for my birthday. A cooking course on the rooftop is something very special and the food at the Riad was the best we had anywhere! We would also 200% recommend the Hammam and Spa - we are now very clean! It’s a short safe walk to the main square with all the places to shop, eat and to meet your guides. Please don’t hesitate if you are thinking of booking, we stayed 6 nights, loved every minute and every other guest we met also felt it was totally exceptional! Absolutely nothing! ❤️

Le personnel absolument fantastique aux petits soins, souriant, adorable il nous avons rencontré les propriétaires qui le sont tout autant… Le confort des chambres magique, nous avons passé deux premières nuits, puis après une escapade dans le désert, avons testé deux autres chambres sur ce même Riad. Toutes les chambres sont vraiment super des petites piscines partout sur la terrasse en bas, c’est magnifique et vraiment complètement dépaysant. Je prévois de revenir au Maroc, milieu d’année prochaine, j’ai déjà noté le nom de la chambre que je vais reprendre, je n’irai nulle part ailleurs ça c’est sûr. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war auch die Dachterrasse – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in Marrakesch. The staff were amazing from hello to goodbye. Radwan,Mohammed,Nana,Bilal, and Nacer were each equally pleasant and professional. The room was spotless and the bed was ridiculously comfortable 😌. The special treat was the breakfast that was included in our booking, Next level 👌 😋 🙌. The location is near the main square and easy to find. Leaving, wish we could have stayed longer 😪.

We went on to a significantly more expensive hotel Les Jardins de la Medina at which the customer service was a shadow of Riad Jardin Des Sens in every respect Nothing to not like - people with mobility limitations may struggle with steep stairs but that's part of the character. The rubbish in the surrounding streets is a shame

If there was one thing I would mention , it would be that the restaurant was extremely warm in the evening , even with the air conditioner. Other than that , we found the Riad perfect.
