caro (10/5): Tolle Erfahrung - Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Quinta ist wirklich schön. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln an der Quinta do Vau. Zum Abendessen waren wir 100 Meter weiter in der Casa Amarela, was gut gewesen wäre, hätte man dort nicht für eine große amerikanische Reisegruppe reserviert. Da war dann eine Unterhaltung nicht mehr möglich. Also besser vorher nachfragen ob Gruppen geplant sind.

Julie (9/5): Ideal location and comfortable - Location, parking, good beds and pillows, nice and clean. Just one thing which could be dangerous, there is no stairs hand rail. It is an open stairs with nothing there to stop you from falling. So not good for elderly people, or children. But to be honest not safe for any age. I really don’t know how this can pass any safety measures.

Just a few houses around and the people were so friendly. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the cleaning staff did a good job👍 the beds and pillows, were very comfy. extra blanket if needed. The fridge, kettle and coffee sachets were appreciated. we will be back, and bringing friends. Nothing, everything was good👍

Tatiana (10/5): - A localização é o ponto mais forte. O hotel fica do lado oposto da Vila de Mértola, atravessando a ponte. Ou seja, do nosso quarto tínhamos uma vista incrível para a vila, esse é sem dúvida o ponto mais forte. É bem do lado do rio, tivemos "visita" de ovelhas perto da nossa varanda e fomos um dos dias acordados por um passarinho a cantar na nossa janela da WC, que para quem gosta de animais e natureza é incrível. As funcionárias são simpáticas e foram sempre impecáveis, todos os dias trocavam-nos o lixo e as toalhas. Tomamos o pequeno-almoço lá no primeiro dia e era também muito bom, ovos e torradas feitos na hora. Tem estacionamento, piscina e ar condicionado. A WC tem uma banheira que nos permitiu tomar um incrível banho de espuma com uma vista incrível sob o rio. Para nós não teve pontos negativos nenhuns :)

We had the unfortunate timing of being there during storm Kristen when the Guadiana River level was rising and threatened to flood the access road to this property. The manager put our safety first and had to ask us to leave and find alternate accommodations for our stay in Mertola. We applaud her for her timely notice and her communications with booking.com to facilitate our refund.

Maria (9/5): Maravilhosa para um fim de semana e conhecer a cidade. - O local é muito bonito, o alojamento está mesmo junto ao rio com uma vista lindíssima para a cidade de Mértola, sobretudo à noite. Sossegado e com os espaços exteriores muito agradáveis. O pequeno almoço podia ter o sumo de laranja natural e produtos locais, como o queijo. A localização é boa mas na margem oposta da cidade de Mértola e para ir a qualquer lado temos que ir de carro.
