Pokoj neodpovídal ani jedné fotce, která byla inzerovaná přes Booking: posuvné dveře, přes které je všechno slyšet (včetně veškerých zvuků z vedlejší společné toalety), stroze vybavený pokoj s omšelým nábytkem, stísněné prostory, málo soukromí. Ubytování působilo lehce pofiderně a dojmu nepomohla ani povinnost zaplacení městského poplatku (4 eura za osobu a za noc), o kterém na Bookingu není ani zmínka. Pán, který nás ubytovával, byl hned při příjezdu arogantní a působil nadřazeně – některé jeho poznámky byly zbytečné a působily nevhodně.

• Olga (7/5): Amúgy kiváló volt összességében, olyan mintha egy ismerős szállàsolna el, sima a ki-be járkálás is - Csodás környéken van, épp nem a turista központban, de azért van is élet, de abszolút csöndes és a szoba nagyon tágas volt. És van egy tök jó kis bár a szálló mellett ami csöndes és hajnali 1ig nyitva van (nem hallani a szálláson, csakhogy jó záró hely) Lehetett volna több asztal lepakoláshoz és nekem valahogy nem esett le, hogy a wc-n és fürdőn másik 2 szobával osztozkodunk, de ezt lehet csak én néztem be.. mindenesetre nem a szobában van egy saját fürdő, hanem szomszédos szobákkal közös.

Only two rooms had a very small shared balcony, with wire fencing, dividing it. It says shared bathroom problem is your sharing it with three other rooms. No refrigerator., poor water pressure . We arrived a little early door speaker didn’t work ,the host was very rude and unaccommodating, said to us you don’t understand English? Bad experience checking in.
• Nicola (10/5): Fantastic location - easy access to everything! - The photos of this place don't really do it justice. Of course the rooms are basic but they are clean and comfortable. But what really makes this place is the location - right next to a bustling suburb with the most beautiful bars and cafes. We even ate in the restaurant below the hotel which was incredible. There were shops nearby for essentials too. The staff were friendly and accommodating - we really loved our stay so thank you. Maybe adding some hooks in the rooms to hang coats and a mirror with the dressing table.

• Anna (9/5): Проживание было приятным, безопасным и вполне комфортным - Отель полностью оправдал ожиданиям, соответствовал фотографиям и описанию от хоста. Если внимательно читать инструкции и описание, то никакого разочарования не будет. Номер был с видом на канал, очень атмосферный и чистый. Мне для жизни в номере всего было достаточно, главное, что там очень удобная постель и был электрический репеллент от комаров. В соло путешествии было важно ощущать себя безопасно, так вот в этом отеле было очень спокойно. Не знаю, почему многие пишут про долгое заселение и грубый персонал, ничего такого не заметила. Задержка при заселении случилась по вине гостей, которые не подготовили наличные для уплаты городского налога, о чем неоднократно предупреждали в сообщениях перед заездом. Персонал улыбчивый и вежливый Уборка в общих территориях начинается слишком рано, и с учетом того, что примерно до 1 часа ночи под окнами работают бары, то утром хотелось бы тишины. После 10 вечера не смогла дождаться горячей воды
• Ingrid Maud Elisabeth (7/5): Wisselende ervaring, goed bed op mooie locatie - Locatie, formaat kamer, bed. Hysterische communicatie over registratie - als je accountnaam ook maar enigszins afwijkt van je paspoortgegevens ben je in Italië blijkbaar wettelijk in overtreding. Goed om te weten, maar ook (onnodig?) verontrustend en enerverend. Veel van de communicatie was knullig; links die niet doorklikten, dwang om ETA door te geven waar dit echt niet eenvoudig was (files, OV) veel risico-indekkende voorwaarden, en dan uiteindelijk toch lang moeten wachten en een weinig hartelijke ontvangst. De badkamer was lekker schoon, de kamer ook (op de deur na, precies waar iedereen hem opendoet, echt vies), de granittovloer een droom, de locatie een sprookje, de schoonmaakster schattig. En we waren niet de enige, eerste of waarschijnlijk laatste krasse knarren die nog nooit als volwassenen op reis een badkamer hadden gedeeld. Een ervaring. Water in de douche was overigens steenkoud, maar misschien hoort dat erbij/heeft men ‘warmwateruurtjes’ en waren we te vroeg. Hoe dan ook: wisselende ervaring.

• Jens (7/5): Super Lage, halte die Erwartungen flach, dann ist es klasse. - Die Lage ist perfekt und im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels sind 90€/nacht ok. Es ist ein tolles altes historisches Haus. Es ist ein Platz wo man gut schlafen kann, aber das war‘s dann auch schon. Es gibt keinerlei Service oder Annehmlichkeiten seitens des Schlafzimmers. Kein Wasserkocher, Keine Gläser… also wirklich nur ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett, Stuhl und Tisch, das war‘s. Wenn man low Budget unterwegs ist und keine hohen Erwartungen hat, dann ist es eine gute Wahl.

• Vernice (8/5): Stay here if you want to feel like you are a Venetian citizen. - This property is located in a neighborhood of the Cannaregio district of Venice on a canal byway. It was nice to be away from the downtown tourist area and to feel a bit more like a resident during our stay. There were restaurants, small shops and a water taxi stop within 5 minutes walk. Our room was basic, very clean and good size with high ceilings and windows we could open wide. The owners were very good communicating with us, and resupplying us with toilet paper, etc. as needed. Our room was a 3 story walk up without the AC advertised because they don’t turn it on until June. Given that we went out most all day it was workable. We opened the unscreened windows wide to allow the breeze to cool us. The other interesting thing was our small private bathroom was down the hall and required a separate key. Again workable, but interesting. There is a pop-up restaurant at street level in the evenings that was occasionally a bit loud into the early morning hours, but I suspect many airbnb style accommodations in Venice encounter that as Venice stays lively every night.

• Anni (8/5): Kiva sijainti rauhallisemmalla puolella, huone oli odotusten mukainen - Sijainti on kiva, rauhallisemmalla puolella, mutta lähistöllä mukavia ravintoloita ja laituri josta pääsee nopeasti lentokentälle Lattiat narisevat, mikä on toki erittäin ymmärrettävää kun majoittuu historiallisessa rakennuksessa, jos on korvatulpat ei yläkerran yölliset kävelyt häiritse unta.

• Terekhova (9/5): Прекрасный вид из окна, но ночью шумно - Отличное расположение, в оживленном районе, прекрасный вид из окна на канал, близко от вокзала(10-15 мин пешком), и Гранд-канала. Важно учесть, что место, где находится отель очень оживленное, и вечером там очень шумно, хотя звукоизоляция окон хорошая, всю ночь довольно шумно(рядом бары, кафе), а рано утром начинают активно курсировать катера.С открытым окном спать невозможно. Если вам важна тишина ночью, лучше выбирать номера с окнами во двор, но тогда вы лишитесь великолепного атмосферного вида из окна! Выбор за вами.

• Anca (1/5): - Faites bien attention en réservant, il s’agit d’un hôtel « Adult Only ». Je me suis présentée avec mon fils de 18ans et ma fille de 16ans et on m’a refusé l’entrée. Me retrouvant à la rue j’ai demandé le remboursement, mais bien évidemment que selon leur politique de réservation, ils ne remboursent pas en cas d’annulation. Ils sont intransigeants.

• Chi Ya (6/5): - 我們選的是共用衛浴，衛浴大概有4-5間的房客要用，不過很幸運的是住的時候只有一組房客要跟我們一起用 但是我們覺得整體房間的設施很簡約，窗戶沒有紗窗，沒辦法開窗戶通風，房間本身也超級小，基本上行李箱打開後就沒空間走路了，而且住宿地沒有電梯，搬行李超累😵‍💫

В номере было шумно за окнами от заведения. Очень скрипучий пол. В ванной отсутствовала полка в душевой кабине для шампуня/геля для душа – очень неудобно. Очень не хватало тапочек в номере (в ванной холодный пол), горячей воды и утюга в гостевом доме. За время проживания уборки номера не было, имейте в виду.
• Wenting (9/5): In gerneral, we recommend people choose here as the stay in Venice. - Clean and easy to reach from the st. Lucia station. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. The bedroom we stayed was big, so was the shared bathroom.

• Karsten Klaus (2/5): Venedig ein Traum und sehr zu empfehlen...aber nicht diese Unterkunft. - Nahe Zentrum Ich bin enttäuscht von Booking. Seit vielen Jahre buche ich über Booking. Mir wurde das Corte Lordeana als Hotel angeboten mit guten Empfehlungen (wo immer diese Bewertungen auch herkommen mögen). Das kann aber nicht sein. Es sind nur Raumunterkünfte..Keine Rezeption wie bei Hotels zu erwarten wäre, keine Mahlzeiten. Handtücher und Bettwäsche oder Zimmerreinigungen wurden nicht angeboten. 4 Übernachtungen in der selben Bettwäsche, kein Handtuchwechsel, keine Zimmerreinigung in dieser Zeit. Furchtbar. Klimanalage gab es, aber keine Bedienung..dafür sei die Jahrezeit noch nicht da. Die Fenster mussten verschlossen bleiben, weil man in einem Hochbetriebsviertel mit Bar´s und grölenden Menschen war. Das Gebäude an sich alt und mehr vergammelt als schön, aber soweit sauber. Der Mann am Empfang unfreundlich, kurz und abgeklärt..Wir mussten uns ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad nehmen..War nicht schön.. Venedig ist zauberhaft, wir können diese Unterkunft aber nicht empfehlen.
• Aristea (4/5): - Το δωμάτιο μας βρισκόταν σε πολυ καλή τοποθεσία. Το μπάνιο ήταν έξω απο το δωμάτιο και δεν βόλευε. Η τουαλέτα απο το πρώτο βράδυ μύριζε πάρα πολύ έντονα και αηδιάζαμε... Ο κύριος στην υποδοχή έβγαζε κατι το υποκριτικά ευγενικό.

Местоположение так же отличное, в этом районе преимущественно местные жители. Некоторые жильцы арендуя номер с общей ванной считаю ее своей персональной. Насколько адекватно занимать ванную на 40-50 минут, когда она положена на 2 комнаты? Приходилось ждать и терпеть этот беспредел. Еще из минусов скорость интернета, в комнате она была довольно низкой и часто интернет пропадал.

• Kvaratskhelia (9/5): - Everything was very clean, the room, the linens, the bathroom. There was a feeling of cleanliness. The location was also ideal. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the hotel owner regarding check-in at first. Although the website stated check-in time was from 14:00 to 23:00, he asked us to specify the time, otherwise he would cancel our reservation. When traveling, we can never be sure of the exact time when we will be there, so this fact made us a little nervous. However, in the end, everything went smoothly. We were bothered by a bit of noise at night because there was a restaurant on the first floor and it was open until we woke up.

De plus des clips sont physiquement présente dans les chambres mais il est impossible de les régler. Nous en avons informé le propriétaire du problème qui nous a répondu que si cela ne nous convient pas nous devions aller ailleurs.

• Francesca (7/5): Great value, location and room. - We booked a room with private bathroom. Both were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was roomy and water was hot! Communication was excellent and we knew exactly what to expect and our expectation was met. The chap who checked us in could not have been nicer. This is a no frills hostel type set up but everything is very clean. The location is excellent with lots of bars and restaurants within a few metres. It is close enough to the station to be able to walk with ease. The building is an old apartment block and rooms are contained within each apartment so there can be some noise as people come and go but really this was not a problem for us.

It was convenient to get around and close to everything we needed. The host was not friendly and kept talking on the phone. He was quite rude and didn’t answer our questions, which made communication uncomfortable and confusing.
