Pewnie wystawułbym jeszcze lepszą opinię, gdyby nie to, że: - hotel nie wystawił mi, mimo wielokrotnych próśb, faktury/rachunku za pobyt, zasłaniając się tym, że to musi zrobić booking.com - jest to bzdura, wszystkie pozostałe hotele w USA, w których spałem, również rezerwując przez booking.com nie mialy z tym żadnego problemu - nie działała jedna z 2 wind, a przyciski do przywołania windy nie działały na piętrze w ogóle, co powodowało, że bagaze z pokoju przy wymeldowaniu trzeba bylo znosić po schodach - śniadanie fatalne, okropna jajecznica z jajek w proszku, przesuszony bekon - a byłem pierwszą osobą na śniadaniu, nawet czekałem jeszcze na otwarcie.

When we arrived, we found out that the elevator wasn't working (our room was on the 4th floor) which we hadn't expected when booking our stay (we had to carry our luggage ourselves to the very top). We didn't receive any compensation for this - except for a partial reduction of the deposit, which, despite the passage of a month, still hasn't been returned (even though I contacted the hotel about it, receiving no response).

- César Jiménez Callaba (8/5): Buena opción de paso a Sequoia Park. - Un hotel en unpológono de Visalia al final del pueblo. Es un Holiday Inn, que es una garantía en EE.UU. Con muchos servicios, como lavandería y parking suficiente. El desayuno algo sencillo, pero también en la media del país. Alejado, pero bueno para ir de paso al Sequoia Park. El desayuno se sirve en un salón que es escaso para la clientela. Los cubiertos son de plástico y no se limpian las mesas entre un usuario y otro.

I booked a room for my visitors ( cousin and her family)they came from different city. 2 hrs after checking out they called that they forgot a pair of ON shoe (men) The staff advised her to let me come over bec.the booking is under my name. At the information desk the lady supervisor wasnt approachable (tone of voice and gestures). I should say she didnt handle our complaint well. Since she checked the room after it was already cleaned up (that was after my cousin made a call to them)...she should have the initiative to ask the cleaner. I requested to personally talk to the cleaner but they said her shift was done just awhile ago. So then i asked if there's any other way we can reach her as she might just forgotten to inform them that she found the shoes. To cut it short the shoes went missing😌. Both parties had lessons to learn from this experience..check the entire room before checking out. Be nice, love your job and be honest. "HONESTY is the best policy".

- Josie (6/5): - Across the street from Adventure park and walking distance for some food. Good location for families. Far from downtown. Draws were broken, one would keep opening on its own. A lot of hinges and screws were loose. Tv remote didn't work well and the TV didn't list channels on it, so it was a guessing game as to what channel you were on. Pull out bed had not been cleaned and the bedding provided didn't fit the mattress.

Bezpieczna okolica. Korzystaliśmy pralni - 2,5$ za pranie, 2,5$ za suszenie. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Serdecznie polecam osobom w podróży.

I was traveling to and from Visalia to Sequoia and it was nice to come back to a large room to change in including a large bathroom area. The staff was very friendly and supportive and made sure that when I needed to check in that I was taking care of. My bed was extremely comfortable and offered enough sockets to recharge my camera gear as well as my phone and other materials.

- April (10/5): Another clean and comfy stay at an Express. - All was good, clean and comfy as Holiday Inn Expresses usually are. Great location for us on our way to Kings Canyon. There were no biscuits and gravy at breakfast. :( I also didn't find a water bottle filling station which they usually have at other Expresses.

- Nadia (8/5): - Clean, comfortable room, great shower, nice breakfast, friendly staff! Down side: Elevator was not working and we were in the 4th floor with 2 kids, elderly parents and luggage
