No dust or random potato chip under the couch from a previous guest. Great for our family: Free crib and playground a few blocks away. No bathtub but had a shower head with a hose. Spacious kitchen Walking distance to the major attractions and good restaurants. Very little we didn't like. Could use more hangers and storage in the bedrooms.

Metro grocery store was within walking distance so breakfast was a choice of eat in or several near by restaurants. No surprise but the stairs are a challenge with luggage.

• Alistair (10/5): LOVE THIS OLD PART OF QUEBEC CITY - Beautiful Apartment in an old, converted loft, great location in the old dockland part of Quebec City, it just oozed charm, loved the whole area. walking distance to all the best parts of Quebec City. plenty of quaint cafe and eatery with so many choices of foods Because its a lovely old warehouse conversion there are only a Manual Lift to get your cases up and down, so you earn and deserve that drink and eat in the many little restaurants and cafe close by.

• Corrie Jean (7/5): Cute place but a little too small. - Great location and the heating worked well! It’s was very small for the both of us. We are both 6ft tall and there was a lot of “ducking” in the bedroom. The “queen” bed looked more like a full. The headdress decoration above the bed was a little in your face and unpleasant as it was so close to our heads. Could’ve used a throw blanket or two and some laundry pods would’ve been nice but we bought some and left them behind for the next guest.
• beatriz (1/5): - The address on Booking.com did not match the property's address. There is a hotel sign at the indicated address, but our apartment was not in that building. No one answered the emergency phone number provided. The code sent didn't work, and we were left in the snow in -19°C weather for almost an hour before an employee arrived and showed us the correct building. Furthermore, we selected a property with 2 bedrooms for 3 adults. The sofa bed is inside the bedroom, offering no privacy between the adults. It is not a suitable property for 4 adults. I slept in the living room on an uncomfortable two-seater sofa. I felt completely cheated, especially since I emailed the property inquiring about these errors and they did not respond.
• Marco (9/5): Très satisfait de l'endroit et des installations. - À seulement une dizaine de minutes de marche du Vieux-Québec. Loft propre et douillet. C'est l'une des rares fois où j'ai pu dormir dans la noirceur totale et sans aucun bruit. Crochets à installer dans la salle de bain et barre pour serviette à mains. Il n'y avait pas de liquide à vaisselle, pour laver à la main. Savon pour lave-vaisselle cependant.

Light out in bathroom, dead batteries in TV remote, no coffee or creamer, tea, dryer did not work, technician had to come, chipped wine glasses and old scratched plates, no where to hang any clothes ie. Hooks in bedrooms, no shelves or dressers,. Couch only held 2 people and unit rented for 4 people.

• Pierre (7/5): Hébergement idéalement situé - Logement très bien situé. Voilà un logement idéalement situé qui pourtant a des aménagements contrastés. Deux chambres coquettes… sans penderie. À la limite, une penderie commune à l’entrée permettrait de mettre les vêtements si on reste plusieurs jours. Super cuisine avec grand réfrigérateur congélateur et plaque de cuisson avec four et four à micro-ondes… sans planche à découper, pour ne citer que cela. Un rien, consultable sur internet, permettrait d’en faire une cuisine bien équipée. Franchement, un petit effort et ce serait le top.

• Jan (8/5): Mooi appartement vlakbij de oude stad. - Een mooi appartement met mooie, nieuwe meubels, keuken en wasmachine/droger. Genoeg verlichting maar net te weinig sfeerverlichting. Erg fijne bedden. Alles was schoon en doorgaans goed onderhouden. Host telefonisch goed te bereiken en behulpzaam. De keuken is karig ingericht: koken is een uitdaging met weinig pannen. Er waren wel vaatwastabletten maar geen wasmiddelblokjes. Geen koffie of thee; enkel zout en peper. Wat wel jammer was, is dat de marathon van Quebec op zondag werd gehouden en wij daar op zaterdagmiddag 4 uur pas van op de hoogte werden gesteld. We hadden (tegen betaling!) de auto op een parkeerplaats staan die urenlang niet gebruikt zou kunnen worden vanwege alle afzettingen. Toen zijn we maar om 7 uur 's ochtends vertrokken.

• David (10/5): - Can be confusing coming into a new city and figuring out logistics. Communicating with the Le Lofts staff was very helpful and they were very patient. Clean, comfortable room. Stairways are very narrow and steep so caution if you are older and possibly have larger suitcases with you. Try for lower level apartments if available. Nice view of the port from the 401 loft. Would be nice if there were a small set of drawers. AC and air circulation system is a bit confusing and instructions could be updated and clarified. Location is very good. Parking is convenient and very close lot. Overall very good experience.

Aucun placard pour ranger les vêtements. Et même pas de sel, poivre, dosette café, gel douche ( juste un micro-savonnette ), bref absolument rien, et pas évident quand on vient de France et qu’on descend 2 jours dans un établissement d avoir ces petites choses de base indispensables.
• Philip (9/5): Great stay in Quebec - Really good location. Close to amenities but in a quiet street ( Mostly ) Renovation works on a building across the road starting at 7am. This is obviously a very short term thing. Don’t let it detract from a great apartment in a fabulous city.

• Angelika (9/5): Ein sehr gut geeignetes Apartment für einen Städtetrip - Die Lage zur Altstadt ist ideal. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Leider gibt es keinerlei Schränke oder Möglichkeiten, etwas aufzuhängen. Für zwei Personen ist das Apartment ideal. Für vier Personen dürfte es etwas schwierig sein, so ganz ohne Stauraum.

• ESTHER (5/5): Below expectations for the price point and described amenities - The location was good for our needs as well as the number of rooms. Close to the port and park for kids. Staff answered promptly to our messages facilitating planning on arrival day. Parking nearby (18 CAD for daily stay). Gas station and coffee shops nearby. Had basic first aid kit and plenty of towels. Bunk beds needed to be made by ourselves after a long trip. Found dirt under the mattresses and under the couch, the rest was clean. Not enough storage for clothes, only 6 hangers for 4 people. No storage whatsoever in the main bedroom. Not enough toiletries for 4 people on a two night stay. No body wash, only small soaps that disintegrate easily. No dish soap in the kitchen for a quick clean. No dish rack. No washing machine pods. No place to store towels between uses. No hospitality tray.

• Jean-Rémi (8/5): Modernes Apartment unweit der Altstadt - Alles war sehr sauber, es gab professionell gereinigte Hotel-Handtuecher und Bettwaesche. Die Lage war recht nah an der historischen Altstadt, man brauchte nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Unterkunft, was sehr praktisch war. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer liess sich nicht oeffnen wegen eines falsch montierten Rollos. Die Ausstattung in der Kueche war recht spartanisch, bspw waeren Lappen, Schwaemme und Spuelmittel sinnvoll gewesen. Das Apartment ist ziemlich minimalistisch eingerichtet, so gibt es kaum Deko oder Bilder, was den Ort etwas wohnlicher machen wuerde. Im Schlafzimmer fehlt zudem Stauraum fuer Kleidung.

It has several payed overnight parking location nearby with acceptable price there is no elevator access, the advertised second bedroom is really just a small windowless cell with no ventilation, and the only AC unit is in the living room, making it hard to keep the doors closed. The pricing is confusing since it is listed as a two-bedroom apartment, but the second space should not count as a proper bedroom.

• Loraine (10/5): Lovely, well-appointed apartment in Old Quebec. - The apartment was very nicely appointed and comfortable. The location was perfect, in the lower part of Old Quebec. Walking distance to everything including the funicular or the stairs to the haute-ville, lots of great restaurants nearby. Parking is also very close and can be reserved and paid for through Les Lofts. I didn’t mind but up steep set of stairs, so nor good for anyone with mobility issues.

• Jeri B (7/5): Great location but lacking charm, comfort - The location is terrific, close to the port and restaurants. The kitchen was well appointed and the unit was very clean. The unit is not appropriate for more than two adults. The bunk beds are in a tiny, (~4'x7')) windowless room with a sliding barn door. Seems doubtful it would meet any definition of a "bedroom". The hosts were unresponsive to both Booking and me regarding my request to change from 4 people to 3, even though my request fell within the timeframe where I could have cancelled. The decor is sparse and given the high price, I was expecting a little more charm and few more amenities, e.g. package of coffee for coffee-maker and soap larger than a postage stamp. No exterior space (e.g. balcony for unit or rooftop/other for common areas).

• franck (8/5): Un loft sympa mais qui pourrait être perfectionné - L'emplacement avec une rue sympa, les rangements, les équipements électroménager. Le manque de luminosité et pas de fenêtre dans la chambre avec les lits superposés. Mais aussi l'absence de rideaux occultants dans la grande pièce qui est la pièce avec la climatisation.
