• Lucie (4/5): A éviter - Deco sympa et personnel tres aimable Des cheveux autour du miroir, le mitigeur n'avait aucune pression. De leau froide en continue a la douche, bac de douche tres abimé. La chambre n'étais pas aussi confortable et spacieuse qu'attendu. Frigo qui ne fonctionne pas. Lumière 1 ampoules sur 2 fonctionne. Accès au spa payant, sans etre prévenu a l'avance.

Malé umyvadlo v koupelně - na pokojích je sice K dispozici rychlovarná konvice, ale ta nešla z výše uvedeného důvodu naplnit, takže jsme ji nevyužili. Chybí světlo nad zrcadlem. Velmi těsný a malý prostor kolem toalety.

• Jakob (1/5): Sehr laut, kein Spa Bereich wie angegeben, wenn dann nur mit extrem hohem Aufpreis. Eine Frechheit - Es war in Prag Wellnes Hotel, aber ohne Wellnes inklusive. Der Aufpreis für die saune für eine Stunde ist eine absolute Frechheit. Extrem hellhörig, wir konnten im Bett hören wenn das Frühstück vorbeireitet wurde. Die Nachbarn haben wir zusätzlich beim pinkeln hören können. Preis für das Frühstück und Zimmer absolut überzogen. Kaputte Sachen im Zimmer und sehr viel dreck.

• Frank Sammet (5/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und die Haltestelle (5-10min Fußweg) der Straßenbahnen sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach ausgestattet. Kaum Auswahl bei Brötchen oder Marmelade. Die Parkplatz Situation könnte auch besser sein.

• H. (8/5): Goede kleine accomedatie om Praag vanuit te verkennen. - Goed bereikbare plek om Praag te verkennen. We konden de auto voor de deur parkeren en 200m lopen van het hotel was een tramstation waarvandaan je perfect naar alle plekken kon komen. Nadeel overigens wel is dat je heuvel op moet lopen als je terug komt :-) Welness moet van tevoren geboekt worden. Is dus ook niet standaard zo in de whirlpool te duiken als je terugkomt uit de stad. Uiteindelijk hebben we hier niet echt gebruik van gemaakt. Er mag wel worden gezorgt voor een fatsoenlijk koffie apparaat voor het ontbijd. Nu was er alleen een perculator of een half gammele volautomaat zonder melk mogelijkheden. Een goede WMF waaruit cappuccino komt zou niet misstaan.
• Peter Šághy (6/5): Je co zlepsovat. - Lokalita vyhovovala potrebam. Hotel, kde zjavne nemaju personal, alebo tam je minimum personalu a tak to aj vyzera. Uplny vrchol je aby v hotely, ktory si nalepi na vchod 4 hviezdy servirovali na ranajky stare niekolko dnove pecivo, ale ze komplet, nebolo nic cerstve co by sa dalo vybrat. Na izbe bolo chaldno.

• Heike (7/5): Für Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend - Hotel nett eingerichtet, Bett fanden wir bequem. Frühstück war lecker. Über die Osterfeiertage konnten wir kostenfrei auf der Straße parken (dort war immer Platz). Hotel hat kein 4 Sterne Niveau. Wir hatten in 3 Nächten keine Zimmerreinigung, nicht mal der Müll wurde geleert oder gebrauchtes Geschirr entfernt. Gegen Ende ging uns das Toilettenpapier aus. Ich sehe nicht ein, dass man sich um sowas in einem Hotel kümmern muss. Beim Check-in wurden wir über einen eingeschränkten Zimmerservice nicht informiert und in den Hotelrichtlinien steht "tägliche Zimmerreinigung". Das Bad hatte allenfalls 2 Sterne Niveau (unrenoviert, alte Dusche, Wasser in der Dusche wurde höchstens lauwarm (!) und kam dann als zartes Rinnsal (schlechter Duschkopf?), Beschädigungen in den Fliesen, kein Vergrößerungsspiegel,..) Das Zimmer war klein (wir hatten nur Standard), das war nicht das Problem, Aber durch die kleine Größe stand das Bett an der Wand (also für den "Wandschläfer" nur Ausstieg nach vorne), an beiden Seiten keine Nachttische, keine Steckdose an der Wandseite, nur an einer Seite eine (Lese-)Lampe. Lage war außerhalb, wir wählten das Hotel, da es gut gelegen ist für einen Verwandtschaftsbesuch. Für reines Sightseeing würde ich es mir nicht aussuchen (Straßenbahnanbindung zwar sehr gut, aber nach der Haltestelle muss man noch den Berg hochlaufen). Für mich ist es auch kein Wellnesshotel, wenn alles extra kostet, auch die Sauna. Hatten wir aber sowieso nicht vor zu nutzen.

• Ankica (6/5): - Schönes Ambiente, unser Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber die Möbel sind nicht sehr hochwertig. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück, jedoch nicht die beste Qualität. Die Zimmer werden wohl nur jeden 2. Tag gereinigt, was erst auf Nachfrage zu erfahren war. Unser Badezimmer extrem klein, ziemlich veraltet und hatte einen extrem unangenehmen modrigen Geruch.

Luxurious, super clean, super friendly staff and a very tasty breakfast. Very comfortable beds, this is probably the best bed I have slept on. Perfect for both spa and city break.

• Diletta (7/5): Buono, ma adatto più a coppie romantiche che a turisti curiosi - Struttura nuova e accogliete, un po barocca nella scelta degli arredamenti ma ci sta a Praga; staff gentile e disponibile, colazione molto abbondante e buona, ottima la pulizia degli ambienti. Posizione non centrale, istruzioni su utilizzo della spa non chiare.

• Yulia (8/5): - Hotel is situated not far from public transport close to center of the city . The breakfast was very good . First night the mattress on one bed was with hole . But after our complain they changed it quickly . A slightly small bathroom sink but other things are comfortable . Actually this hotel is good 3 stars , not 4. Breakfast , we were in winter time , it was warm in the room and Clean .

• Katja (8/5): Mega Spa Bereich und verbesserunsbedürftiges Frühstück - Wellnessbereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten 2 Bäder und Sauna. Der Bereich ist für die reservierte Zeit nur für einen selber privat nutzbar. Man bekommt einen Set mit Bademantel, Badelatschen und Handtüchern. Es gibt eine Salzgrotte. Die Massagen hatten wir nicht gebucht. Das Frühstück hat echt noch Ausbaupotenzial. Vor allem die Getränke und die Auswahl von Wurst und Käse. Personal war zwar freundlich und hat sich wirklich bemüht, allerdings bleibt uns ein Rätsel, warum wir über den Silvesterabend mit Büfett für Gäste im Hotel nicht informiert wurden.
