- Verified traveler (4/5): We were fooled by the overall high rating! - Positives were location if you want to be on Bue Vien walkkng street. It was tucked just down a small lane so was a bit quieter. The staff were very sweet and welcoming. The room was very old and worn. There was a weird smell in the rooms. The AC machine was loud and didn't work well. The mattress was a terribly uncomfortable, so we left after 10 minutes as we wouldn't be able to sleep on it.

- Roger (2/5): You get what you pay for - I read the reviews and relied (unfortunately) on those that said this place was not noisy, this was not the case. There was a club playing live music until at least 2am, loud enough to hear every lyric. The room was tiny, as were the beds and the mattresses were very thin and hard. The blanket was old, fleece and very small. The “shower” was a cheap hand held nozzle not attached to the wall. I rarely leave reviews and am not a hater. This was a very inexpensive hotel and in this case, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a crash pad after partying all night, this is your place. If you want a bit of comfort, look elsewhere.

- William (10/5): - Perfect place. Right close to all the action on Bui Vien without the loud noise from the clubs down the street. Close to restaurants and the main party area of Bui Vien, but quiet for a great night's rest. This will be my new go to Hotel when I'm in Saigon.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 全てはオーナーのお人柄 - 予約していた別のホステルが恐らく施設側の事情で利用できなくなり、最後まで候補にあったこちらに宿泊しました。立地と価格が決め手でした。オーナーの方は人柄の良さを感じる対応をしていただき、気持ちよく利用できました。設備は高級ホテルには及ばないものの、寝れればいい私にとっては十分な環境でした。 ランドリーサービスやチェックアウトなど相談にのってくれて安心して利用できました。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Property location is very good. Walkable most of the places to eat, to the park, to shopping. Elevator is in process of installing when I was there the end of April 2019. The only problem is the music that you can hear at night from various bars surround the areas. They played very loud. If you easy sleeper, it not bother you then this is a good place to stay with a reasonable price. I was there almost a week when I arrived to Saigon and came back for another week before I fly back to my home sweet home. Every thing else about this property is very good,

- Verified traveler (8/5): 簡單、方便、便宜的旅館 - 非常方便的旅館，位處Bùi Viện側，有很多餐廳及街邊食肆，到機場、市中心及唐人街(第五區)都有巴士直達。旅館沒有升降機，較為適合背包客居住，附近有酒吧，晚上還是有點嘈吵，幸好旅館老闆及其一家人都很友善，而且旅館門口就可以訂到本地團，非常便利。附近週末還有一個西貢中央熟食市場，氣氛很不錯。房間內裝修簡單整潔，雖有螞蟻，但問題不大。雖然晚上11時後會鎖門，但可按門鈴等候老闆出來開門的。
- Marie-Dominik (10/5): Great stay - Quang guesthouse was great. We booked two rooms and they were both very clean and comfortable. I saw them cleaning the floors twice a day and even if we told them it was not necessary to come and clean every day they brought fresh towels. The owners were friendly and helpful. Finally, the location is great. A short walk to the market, right next to all the action, bus terminal, etc. If you're a light sleeper I would maybe recommend ear plugs because it is sometimes noisy outside, but it did not bother any of us.
- WEE SEONG (10/5): Good deal for every penny paid - The room is quite new, clean bath towels and average asian size bed is not bad for US$16+/night room located in Bui Vien/D1. Hardly sleep well during the night due to noise from the street.
