The lounge is very clean, and it’s a perfect place to relax and spend time comfortably in China. I would love to come here every day.

Особенно понравилась современная и молодежная концепция JEN. Также внизу был очень классный бар, атмосферное место с отличными бургерами, куда хотелось возвращаться вечером после прогулок. CCTV뷰 하나만으로도 이 스위트룸은 충분이 예약할 가치가 있었습니다. 낮에도 밤에도 그 압도적인 크기는 보는 즐거움을 선사합니다. 그 외 스위트룸을 위한 룸 서비스, 직원 분들의 친절과 원활한 영어 소통, 수영장과 짐나지움 시설 등은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 디너 및 조식 부페도 훌륭합니다. 디너 부페의 스시는 밥 부분이 맛이 아쉬웠습니다. 스시에 쓰는 쌀이 아닌 쌀을 사용한 듯 합니다.

• Singaporelonegranger (10/5): Fantastic view and excellent location - The location in the CBD was a winner for me. Connected to several upscale malls, you’ll be spoilt for choice for restaurants and cafes. Our room had a view of the iconic CCTV HQ, so it enhanced my Beijing experience. Well organised and spacious room layout. Arguably one of the best bathroom layouts. 2 sinks on a very long counter with equally long shelves below. For once, I had more than sufficient space for my toiletries and hanging my towels and clothes. The Jap toilet was another plus. We didn’t have the breakfast but there’s a supermarket in the connected mall and a bakery not to mention the coffee and tea joints. My favourite Gaga cafe can be found there as well. This is going to be my base the next time I’m in Beijing.

The variety of food was excellent, with a wide selection of choices that catered to different tastes. The customer service was outstanding at different levels – the staff were attentive and took great care to accommodate various guest requests. The hotel’s location in the city center was also very convenient. Moreover, the facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were hygienic, and I appreciated having a mini-bar and snacks available. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service. We were warmly received upon arrival by the Front desk team and swiftly checked into our amazing room overlooking CCTV tower. The room had everything we needed and of course perfect view. We were also taken care of by Concierge Paul whose service approach was proactive. He always asked genuine interests questions and thereafter gave great recommendations. This hotel's gym is extraordinary. It has got to be the best i have seen, inviting environment, spot on vibes and interesting classes with trainers with passion. The only not so great thing about this place is the buffet restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served - food is very basic and staff are awful always fighting without any consideration to guests or even looking at them. The bar downstairs is okay, snacks are good, the worst beer i had in my life though they brew their own beer. European band play almost every night. Very special thank you to Harry and Marquez from concierge they went up and down to make sure my questions are fully and clearly answered and provided prestigious service.

• Joo Sim (9/5): Ticks all the boxes and then some. - Loved the location as it was next to the China World Mall which is huge and has many food options. The rooms were spacious and very nice views from our room. Very good service all around and a good buffet spread at breakfast. Would definitely stay again1

• Yasin (6/5): Nice room, view and location also good only food needs to improve with providing halal food. - I like the room, bed and bathroom, i like as well location and the view from the room the issue is most of foods serve in breakfast and dinner is with pork and lard, only limited items that consider as halal food. need to prepare the corned for halal food and need to mention it this is halal food to make the Muslim costumers feel comfortable to have breakfast and dinner in the hotel.
