- Yong Ling (3/5): - 早餐好吃，早餐服務人員態度很棒 本來是很期待一晚3000多的房間，觀望了好幾年，3/24終於入住，房間滿大的，格局也不錯，因為原本就喜歡有點年代感的飯店（類似像歐華或長榮桂冠），雖然房間設備有點舊，冷氣不太涼，空氣有一點霉味，這些都可以忍受，隔天早餐品項該有的都有，有熱豆漿就給讚，麵包也很好吃，早餐服務人員態度滿分，但好心情只維持到吃完早餐後回到房間休息，當時正值上午9點，大量的陽光灑進房間，房間亮到讓我看清楚昨天睡的床單，上面有一灘乾掉的血跡，位置正中偏右，在確定血跡不是自己的之後，頓時心裡感覺一陣不舒服，因為鄰近退房時間，所以在退房時告知了前台，結果前台人員的結論好像是如果我昨天就發現的話，就可以換床單或換房間，這實在是讓我啼笑皆非，所以敢情是昨天加班太累、沒有力氣檢查床單有沒有血跡的我的問題？？？住也住完了，因為還有其他急事要辦，我就不想再追究下去了，但也看不出前台有什麼歉意，不過比起態度問題，我更在意的是：為什麼飯店會讓房客躺在有血跡的床單上？為什麼沒發現血跡？還是發現了選擇忽視？我的床單到底有沒有換過？小地方即可看出飯店內部管理問題。結論就是，下次還是住回長榮桂冠吧… PS:3分是留給親切的早餐服務人員
