- Suniyah (5/5): Overall, the stay was disappointing due to the unpleasant damp smell and lack of comfort. - Staff were friendly and helpful. Property looked nice. There was a strong damp smell lingering throughout the hallways, which was quite off-putting. The room itself also had the same smell, although it improved once the air conditioning was turned on. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, which made the stay less enjoyable. Overall, I was disappointed as the experience did not live up to my expectations.

No complementary breakfast, no restaurant, even kitchen doesn’t work for hotel guests. Front desk staff were not helpful. Hotel corridor smells like junk food, cause the guests leave their trash just outside of their room.

There is no bar either which is weird for a suppesedly 5 star hotel. No poll bar or service by the pool either. Very few sun benches by the pool. They also list some restaurants nearby that dont seem to exist. The lobby is small and looks like there is very few services at this hotel. Disappointing

The mini kitchen was very useful as I am travelling with a toddler. We also loved the swimming pool. It would be great if the kitchen had a microwave. I was also having some issues with the dryer function in the washing machine as the water kept pooling inside.

The washer dryer took a long time to finish. We just came from an 18 day cruise and we had to do laundry. Also the AC is a bit loud so we just turned it off.

The location is extremely strategic—right in the middle of Orchard Road and only a 5-minute walk to Somerset MRT, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to the team for the lovely room decoration and birthday cake for my daughter. She was so happy, and it truly made her birthday extra special. Overall, this hotel is great for families, and we would definitely stay here again. Nothing.. everything was beyond our expectation.
