• Viorica (10/5): - Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, sie war sauber, gross und hell, und alles war in der Nähe,z.Bsp.zum Bahnhof 15 Min,Lebensmittelgeschäfte,Restaurant. Sicher werden wir wieder kommen.

• Olivier (8/5): Bien mais sans plus. - L'espace de l'appartement Problèmes d'odeurs dans l'appartement et voisinage plutôt bruyant. Manque de produits de première nécessité, table sur le balcon. Équipements minimalistes. Parc vélos pas optimal. Rapport qualité prix peut faire mieux malgré la bienveillance des propriétaires.
• Ro de Silva (10/5): Fabulous - Nice, big apartment with two bathrooms. It's in a good spot, like a 15-minute walk to the train station. Our place was on the first floor, so we could see the top of the Matterhorn. Nothing at all

• Yuan (10/5): One of the best apartments I have stayed. - Clean, modern, well equipped kitchen, nice view, two bathrooms. Someone was smoking in one of the other apartments and the smoke blew in. Informed the host and she responded promptly and will take care of it.

• Strom (9/5): Superb - Beautiful new, modern apartment with lots of room. View of the Matterhorn when it doesn't hide in the clouds! However, the laundry is not in the apartment. It is down in the basement and is 2 CHF each for the washer and dryer. Good location about half way between the train station/Gornergrat station and the lifts up to Klein Matterhorn. We would definitely stay here again. It is a moderate walk with about half of it uphill from the train station. If you have any difficulty walking uphill with your luggage, take a taxi!!

The dishwasher was not working. Sent multiple messages via bookings chat to the host asking about the dishwasher and laundry machine and the messages were ignored.
• Brittany (10/5): Beautiful property and great space! - Excellent apartment with lots of space to spread out. Very new and updated. Well stocked kitchen. Great location. Zermatt itself is on a mountainside so be ready to walk up hills no matter where you stay in Zermatt.
• Claire (10/5): You won't be disappointed. - The flat is very spacious and immaculate. The showers are fabulous with plenty of hot water. The mattresses were very comfortable with feather duvets and huge feather pillows. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge. The bathroom is large with twin sinks. Two rooms have a sink in them. There is plenty of hanging space in bedrooms and for outdoor clothing. An elevator is available. The situation of the apartment is convenient for the town centre and the cable cars. There are balconies outside every bedroom and lounge/ diner. The WiFi is good. The host is friendly and will greet you on your first evening and settle up any outstanding city taxes the night before departure. Shampoo /shower gel provided. Washing up liquid is provided. There wasn't a washing machine in the apartment ( possibly one in the basement- we didn't look). You will need to buy dishwasher tablets, extra toilet rolls and only one bin liner is provided. We separated out recycling items, but there isn't a recycling collection as British expect. We stayed for five nights and cooked every night - one bin liner was just about enough. Some toirist information leaflets and inflation about local facilities would have been useful but Google filled in the gaps.

Host was very helpful and kind. - It was modern, clean and comfortable, and had two showers and toilets, and washing machine/dryer in the basement. Also a lift. Would recommend!! It was quite hot for September and had no aircon or fans. Would be very warm in summer!
• Fahrner (9/5): Wonderful stay overall. Would definitely recommend. - The place was spotless in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to local attractions. Impressed with quick response when coffee machine was broken; was replaced right away. Host was welcoming and friendly. The only minor issue was that the pillows were a bit flat, but folding them in half did the trick to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

Location to town centre amenities and local activities, train, cable cars & local hikes was excellent. View of Matterhorn from property was more limited than expected, however there was a better view from garden and full view of the mountain was only a 5 min walk.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 만족스러운 숙소 - 숙소는 넓었고 주방 시설이 잘 되어 있었다. 식기세척기는 고장난 상태였는데 이용하지 못해서 불편했다. 리셉션이 없다고 해서 체크인 방법을 몰랐는데 소통이 잘 되지 않아 불안하였다. 메세지를 좀 더 잘 체크해 주었으면 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 저렴한 가격과 편리한 위치, 넓은 객실, 잘 갖춰진 주방 등에 만족 하였으므로 체르마트에 다시 간다면 다시 이곳을 선택할것 같다.

• Gustabo (10/5): - Excelente ubicación, instalaciones en perfectas condiciones, tiene todo como en casa, lavandería en el sótano, área para guardar equipo de esquiar, internet. Muy cerca de todo estación de tren y funicular, súper Coop , restaurantes, museo de Matterhorn.
