- Verified traveler (4/5): - Unable to e-mail, kept pinging back. Phoned but no English. Reception was unprepared for checking in, again no English. Safe not working properly. Returned to room one afternoon and found the lock on the door was broken and insecure, had to change rooms. The breakfast was very unhygienic, flies on uncovered salad, fruit etc. It was a shame because the staff worked really hard especially the young girl on the reception. Resort was ideally located for The Bridge, museum etc
- Verified traveler (4/5): Could do better - It's in a great location by the river and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room was not very clean and seemed like it hadn't been checked - we had to ask for more toilet tissue and there was hair and general grime in both the bedroom and bathroom. Beer cans that had been left in the swimming pool area remained there throughout and the central area around the check-in looked untidy and grubby. We had booked a single king size bed but were first brought to a room with twin beds. breakfast was also fairly poor.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Basic hotel - This is a basic clean hotel. Family run, friendly staff. Looks like this hotel has been struggling to attract guests. The location is good, rooms are clean, but no wow factor.
