- Balvinder (7/5): - The room was nice. It's not too small and clean. A bit out of town. Not much near by
- Anthony (7/5): Good value for money - Clean, quiet, free parking, good value for money
- natalie (1/5): - Location im afraid is the only good thing I can say we liked
Also the lovely young girl in reception who in my opinion shouldn't be there herself in such an environment and encountered what we did with people who lived/stayed there, I did feel sorry for her It was the most terrifying 12hrs we have encountered. The place is used as a Safe Haven for the unfortunate, and we unfortunately despite paying for our small dogs to stay with us, got threatened with our dogs being killed and we got verbally attacked in the reception by a large frightening woman because a man who had been smoking weed outside ran towards the dogs frightening them which in turn caused them to bark.
We couldn't find another hotel at 10pm therefore we all had to pile in one room wedging wooden hangers under the door for our safety
There was Mucus on walls, floors were dirty
- Stuart (5/5): It was ok for one night. - It was quiet The bed wasn’t made, it looked like someone had just slept in it .
- mark (10/5): -

Quite tatty furnishings but functional and comfortable
- Niki (1/5): - A formal complaint will follow
- Leah (8/5): - The bed was really comfortable and the room got warm really fast so good with a toddler.
Good location on the A46, it's near everything we needed and close to family members.
Good value for money. The bathroom ceiling was mouldy and the paint was cracking.

- Tony (4/5): -
- Ioan (10/5): Nu mă deranjează nimeni - Eftin Curat
- Jack (3/5): Not good, even for the price - I didnt meet any staff onsite but i did call reception earlier in the day and the attendant was helpful. The whole room was pretty grim looking and dirty. The furniture was quite dusty and there were questionable stains on the walls. Overall, the beds were comfortable enough but the cleanliness of the place really put me on edge as I found a spider in my bed. The shower was weak and badly positioned over the bath.
- Sam (8/5): -
- Kristian (6/5): All in all get what you pay for 4 nights x2 rooms just over £350 … cleaning in the hotel shocking and need to atleast bu - Parking and access very easy plenty of it
Rooms are large plenty of space and the staff were extremely helpful in assisting us!! The pillows where like rocks
The noise of the main road is so loud (I know can’t be helped!!)
There was disgusting state of bedding and shower curtain with bogies wiped on the shower curtain obviously not cleaned at all
Stains on the sheets and the sofa covers well I didn’t even want to sit on it as you could see a
Couple defiantly enjoyed themselves on it previously…

- Stevens (8/5): - Comfy bed and plenty of room space. Staff were amazing- topping up supplies anything we needed.
- Sara (5/5): You get what you pay for. - Location us was fine. Bed was comfy and it was clean. This is a run down budget hotel and was all we could afford for an unplanned trip. Paint coming off all doors, dents in walls and dated bathrooms. However lots of room for our two dogs, which is why we had to book.
- piotr (7/5): - Zapachy w pokoju
Zapach pościeli

- Sandeep (1/5): Very bad experience - Didn't had breakfast and location was ok Very bad experience, couldn't sleep whole night cause of the noise from the toilet and next room. There is no reception so we couldn't sort it out. When we explained the situation to the receptionist in the morning no help at all just gave me a card to sort it out for refund.
Never will stay again
- Judyta (10/5): -
- Rima (7/5): -
- Vic (2/5): Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. - Good location for Loughborough. It was so dirty! Not been hoovered properly for a long time. Dust and dirt along skirting boards and under beds. Dust under desk and in floor area of wardrobes. Bathrooms really dated and not clean. Stained toilet.
- Barry (10/5): -
- Amanda (2/5): Sadly Pretty awful. I would not stay here again ever! I did not feel safe. - Not much
The shower was good It was dirty. There were stains everywhere in the room. The bed didn’t look like it was freshly made. The front door is left open and there is no security. There were people setting off fireworks till 1.30 in the morning. The windows are not good enough quality to block out the sound of lorries hurtling past at 70mph all through the night
- Mrs Emma (1/5): Dirty Room - Location Dirty room
Soiled mattress & bedding
Bedding was inside out
No staff onsite to report issues
Next room were very loud shouting etc
Reached out via email afterwards with pictures of dirty room to just receive a generic email response.
- Jack (7/5): -
- Sailesh (6/5): - Basic overnight stay for Leicester - economic- simple straightforward check in - ample parking- cobwebs on ceilings- very soft mattress- definitely needs replacing- toilet not properly cleaned- otherwise ok - as I said basic
- barney348 (2/5): Awful -Damp smell, wet carpet. - We booked a room here last minute, without checking reviews, what a mistake. Due to the busy restaurant next door, it was difficult to park. The room we stayed in smelt very damp. When we took our shoes off there was an area that was soaking wet. We went to the reception to ask to be moved but it had shut for the night. We had to stay as it was too late to drive home by then. The next morning on checking out, we complained and the staff told us to request a refund. We did this on return but took over 2 weeks of messages and phone calls to get it. I would expect even a budget hotel to have better standards than here.
- Marshall (7/5): Clean and quite comfortable - Clean accessible Close to where we needed to be
- Bogdan (10/5): -
- Paul (8/5): - Room was ok
- Karoline (1/5): Don't waste your money. - Location was handy for family. Everything else. We have never been in such a dirty room, mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and all around the bath, damaged walls, dirty toilet, filthy bathroom door, handles dirty etc etc etc
- Kieran (2/5): - Excrement all over toilet seat.
Hairs all over bathroom and bath (not mine as long hair and I have short hair).
Room/hotel very tired and looks as though no money has been spent since purchased from travelodge
- ClaireJ (8/5): Cheap and cheerful, clean rooms comfy beds. -
- Christopher (6/5): - You get what you paid for.The place is clean, with coffee/tea facilities. It’s on the motorway. There’s a restaurant next to it.
- Simonwootton (10/5): -
- Carla (3/5): Wouldn’t stay here with young children again - Location Not very clean at all. My daughter found a roll of toilet roll under her bed. There was used tissues and rubbish under the double bed. Just wasn’t very clean at all
- Edwards (7/5): Good value - It was convenient, good sized room, relatively good value for money Few hairs in the bed, shower was only shoulder height, no bath mat, mattress was sunken, only provided 1 pillow each
- Stewart (6/5): It was bargain for the price the bed was really comfortable and room was bigger then thought - Bed was very comfortable and clean There was white stains all over couch look like someone had alot of hand fun on there
- surinders359 (4/5): Budget shouldn't mean poor standards - We booked a room at this hotel for an overnight stay. We appreciated it was budget but assumed that there would be a decent level of cleanliness. As you'll see from the photos this wasn't the case.
The bed hadn't been made properly, the sheets were still rumpled when we lifted the blankets.
The room had only had a cursory cleaning with the skirting boards and heater looking like they'd never even been wiped down let alone washed.
Definitely won't be staying here again and would advise others not too unless you have no other options.
- Andrew (7/5): -
- Slawek (10/5): - Nice, quick stay...
- Surinder (4/5): Very dirty room. - Based on the price I assumed that this would be a basic hotel however the lack of cleanliness was very disappointed.
- Amanda (4/5): Disappointing - Parking difficult due to Indian restaurant next door. Smell of damp. Large patch of carpet was soaking wet. Bathroom door did not shut. Room facilities rather old and battered. Polite checking in staff. Clean bedding and towels.
- David (7/5): -
- Bradley (1/5): -
- Conrad (4/5): - Room was poorly cleaned, bathtub was dirty, bedding was not fresh.
- Sanjith (10/5): -
- Lee (9/5): Polite staff to being a very comfortable weekend. Would recommend - Room was very clean. Staff were polite. Beds were very comfortable. We asked for a top up of toiletries that we did not receive. The Duvet on the single bed felt a bit small.
- Peter (8/5): - Clean and tidy, a bit dated. Staff were friendly and the restaurant next door is very handy.
Stayed a Friday and Saturday night. Slept well both nights.
- ryan (8/5): Great last minute 2 nights stay - Clean, quiet and ideal for overnight
- Bogdan (10/5): -
- John (8/5): Perfect mid journey rest spot - Great location and easy access.
- Kay (3/5): Avoid avoid avoid - Nothing It is a 1970’s motel and never been refurbished. There is a musty smell in the whole motel. The traffic noise is horrendous. The room is very basic. The mattress was lumpy and so uncomfortable. I would not recommend this motel at all and the staff member was so unfriendly.
- James (7/5): -
- Anthony (4/5): Never again - Bugs crawling in sink and bath every morning. The people that own it all stand outside late at night talking loudly.
- usher (10/5): - Location
- Dave (8/5): -
- Leah (8/5): -
- Manjit (10/5): - Clean
- Ivan (10/5): - Very friendly welcome. Room very good
- Susan (7/5): Convenient and clean - Clean and friendly Very basic chair
- Talvinder (1/5): -
- Cooper (4/5): Disappointing but can understand the cheap price - Was cheap for one night only The windows weren't very sound proof from the busy road. There were stains on the mattress, hair in the bath plug, the shower head needs seriously descaling, the smell in the corridors was horrible, stains on the pull out sofa and what looked like a cigarette burn, stains on wooden frame on bed and it also looked like snoot was flicked on the wall which I was not going to mess with. Cobwebs throughout the room.
- Chris (8/5): -
- Ryse Energy UK Ltd (1/5): We are looking for a refund as this accommodation was not suitable for our staff to stay in. - Our staff would not stay in this accommodation due to the stains on the beds. We had to find them alternative accommodation for the night.
